They have a really big car park and a big all purpose conference hall for any occasion. Worked there as a temp and their staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Signage to the conference area is not clear. The facility is acceptable for a large conference although the main hall is very dark. The outbuilding is bright and will accommodate fewer people, depending on your specific needs.

Second time there. First for a Christmas party and now for my daughter's convocation, they have very nice halls and how they keep the grounds looking nice.

It is a nice place but their set up for graduations is very cramped. Give each chair a little breathing room. It was also very hot and not well ventilated. The process where I was not allowed to be inside with my family after I graduated was odd.

I was here for my second dose of COVID-19 Vaccine Shot today and must say an awesome location to plan your work related conference. It has a lot of space and a huge well lit hall/auditorium. It also has a lot of space for fun activities. At this outset, I am indebted to thank the Region of Waterloo for organizing the Vaccination Drive so beautifully and such a good location. Thanks a lot!!

I am normally a vendor for the Toys & Collectibles show that is held at Bingeman's Conference Centre. The location has always been nicely set up, and clean. Nice restrooms and accessible location. I would recommend this venue for events.

Went for OTIP's Annual Corporate Meeting. The venue is super, the lunch was excellent, but when it came time to leave, the wait time to get out of the parking lot and on to Wellington Street took some of my colleagues up to 45 minutes to get out.

A good venue for corporate or large-scale family events. Full-service catering, but food quality has declined over time - find that emphasis is on presentation and "wow" versus taste. Well-maintained and clean facility.

We celebrated a combination 65th birthday and 40th Wedding Anniversary in the Berkley Room at Bingemans. From the initial meeting through to the end of our event, each staff member was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Melissa Petty was our coordinator and her ability help us plan our event was perfect. We had an awesome evening! The buffet dinner was delicious. The salmon was done to perfection, and many guests commented on this entree. To top it all off, Bingemans German Chocolate Cake was "to die for." Thanks to everyone at Bingemans for making this a memorable evening for us!

The service and catering was fantastic. The dinner was pretty good. The overall atmosphere made for a special evening for all who attended. Though, I wish they offered drink service to your table. I was unfortunate enough to be furthest from the bar and I'm not good in heels so my disabled date did the fetching. Otherwise this is a great place for any type of event, they can easily set any mood.

Really large venue for a lot of people at a conference. I had the pleasure of seeing really motivational speakers here. The coffee and pasties you usually get at these events are nothing to write home about. The lighting is very nice though, and the whole venue is quite aesthetically pleasing. Lots of parking. There's a brewery right across the street when business turns to play. I would not recommend the boston pizza attached to the venue.

We had booked Bingemans as our wedding caterer. As a 2020 bride, I’ve already had to reschedule my wedding once and have now had to cancel due to the pandemic. I have been thoroughly impressed with the excellent customer service we’ve received from the Bingemans team, especially Cassie! Despite having to cancel we received a FULL refund and are able to use our non-refundable deposit towards other services (which we intend to do because their food is delicious!!) 10/10 would recommend!

Was here for a family work event. This is coming from a family man point of view. I had 1 bad experience that just ruined it for me. There were a ton of volunteers that couldn't help me with my situation. I had to change my baby's diaper. No one knew where the family washroom was. I was directed outside to a separate building that had a family sign on the door to my suprise., It was filthy and still no change table. I had to walk back to the conference building in the rain and even the women's washroom didn't have changed tables( I asked a lady who walked out of the washroom) so I had to change my baby's diaper in the hallway where there was family's walking around to see. I wasn't embarrassed to have to change my baby's diaper, but I didn't want strangers looking over at my naked baby. It's a shame for this place to not have change tables in the washroom when they know family's will be attending this building.

Attended the 2019 Butter Tart Festival this Fall at Bingemans. Not only were there every imaginable freshly made butter tarts to sample and purchase but a host of other vendors selling all sorts of wares. All gooey, chewy, gooey good butter tarts. I've been familiar with the Bread & Honey Festival in Streetsville for some time but this Butter Tart Festival provided a new experience. Small admission charge and convenient parking. Bingeman's offer camping, entertainment and amusements including a water park, event space, catering and a conference centre and is located along the shores of the Grand River in Kitchener.
