Tipperary Park is a beautiful and quiet park, with lovely water features and many spots to sit along the water. It has treed staggered throughout, providing shade for those who seek it but also plenty of sunny patches in the grass. They host the New West Farmers Market, which I recommend checking out!

This park is a hidden Jewel it is absolutely outstanding. Right now there's a farmers market and the lineup is incredible with the flowing Creeks inside nestled amongst trees and little hidden trails and walkways and going up in bankments and such it's a beautiful beautiful Park

I like this place. Especially the calming creak/pond. I have to give it a 3 stars because twice it appeared a man was sort of casually following my kids around. And then sat down to stair at us. Not really a park for kids to explore with out you by their side.
