GREAT service!! I wanted to do a project involving vinyl decals for a friend’s wedding and knew very little about the printing process. Once I had my design I contacted Graphic Zoo and Wai guided me with expert advice about what was feasible. After making necessary changes to my design for the printing process Wai also helped me prepare the file by instructing me about his needs for the process. Finally when I picked up my print he had printed not one but two copies just in case I messed up on the application of the first as the wedding date was rapidly approaching. He even lent me a tool to help me in the application. Happy to report that it turned out great and I didn’t need the second copy but that was a very thoughtful gesture. Now with my new found knowledge and skill in this process I will definitely return with more projects. THANK you!

I'm posting this on behalf of a family member who does not use Google for reviews, but people should have a heads up what they're getting themselves into here. Below is what they shared with me: "I had a Fedex package left here, I was waiting in line for over 40 minutes with all the staff ignoring everyone in line. Eventually someone in line complained and he and the staff started yelling at each other. Birthdays, Jesus, and families were brought up in this yelling match. It was totally bizarre. Another person in line asked for some communication and for the staff to at least acknowledge the people waiting and we were told to be patient, which would be fine if we hadn't already been quite patient. I wasn't 1st in line so I can only imagine how long the people ahead of me were waiting. With this being a full-service print shop, maybe the Fedex pickup side is too much for staff to handle?"

Really great quality printing! I needed to print a portfolio for grad school application on a tight deadline, and they were able to get it done the same day. Great attention to detail too! Harold was very thorough, and asked a lot of questions beforehand to make sure the portfolio was printed exactly the way I envisioned it. Highly recommended.

Went in with a USB came out in 1 hour with 25 prints done. Fast, good quality, fair prices. Good if your looking for quality and knowledge and not a pat on the back.

This place is excellent. The person I spoke with, Dana, I believe his name is, was knowledgeable, helpful, interested, and professional. He explained the process of printing my materials, provided some valuable tips and was far more helpful than any other place I went to. I'm now embarrassed to say I want to Staples first and the difference in the quality, service and professionalism is like night and day. Go to Graphic Zoo! I'm going back there to get business cards printed now!

Steer clear of this awful place!!! I went to this place for a photo edit where I wanted more balloons added to a party photo...a very simple request. Their quote took forever & was very high. When I asked why so high, they became rude & abusive. I was so horrified, that I ended up writing to the Better Business Bureau about it & Graphic Zoo's response was to lie & say it was because I asked for extensive editing. I predict that instead of being grown ups & apologizing, they will try to save face now have some kind of aggressive snap back to my review, so readers, just know this: If a company offers excuses & are rude in response to customer feedback, then take it as a glimpse of things to come & avoid giving them your business.

Amazing service! Walked in with a photo and wanted to make it into a card. Took less then 15 minutes and was less then $15 to make. Extremely happy with the quality of the card and impressed with how efficient they made it happen. Will be back for sure! Highly recommend this place.

I wanted only 3 copies, but they asked me to pay $5 at the last minute. According to their HP, 1 copy is only 10c. They said $5 is the minimum amount! I never go there again!

I wanted to print my logo on some blank envelopes. First the staff told me to that this would not be a problem and that some test printing will be done in order to ensure my satisfaction. After returning back with the envelopes and providing my logo via email - I was surprised by the unacceptable customer service of the owner who did not greet me and simply refused to execute a simple black&white print on a standard envelope. He stated that he has 20 years of printing experience and my request is not possible to execute. The staff seemed like a changed man-very unfriendly and not helpful anymore. I do not recommend this place, too bad I can not give zero stars. This is my first google-review ever - but I felt like I have to share it.
