Always great stay, rooms are very clean and front desk extremely helpful. The ladies in the restaurant, ...yes there is a great breakfast available are amazing. They follow all the COVID rules and area is constantly cleaned. This hotel would just be another hotel without the staff. I travel 50 weeks a year and prefer this place over any other hotel in Ontario!!

This hotel deserves no stars I worked their for 3 months ! They have Ben bugs and have had them for 2 months ! They don’t clean the rooms like they say they do ! They don’t even ware masks unless they see someone ! Would not recommend this hotel

Like I said previously great location close by some very good restaurants . Bed was comfortable . Bathroom could use a makeover . And get rid of the carpeting in the room . Not good for asthmatics . So when you upgrade this property think about floating floors ( fake wood)

This is a nice clean well lit hotel with staff that have excellent customer service skills and over the top friendly. I fully recommend this hotel when staying in Brockville.

With a room away from the highway, comfort is good and cleanliness is very good. Covid restrictions of course take away from the hotel experience, as does the too high room rate. Always a good one night overnight choice; once conditions allow, a hotel lounge wold be nice to have.

Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the shower head wasn't very good so it took a while to have a shower and the wake-up call button didn't work on the phone. Besides this, the room was great, the hotel is in a quiet area close to the 401, so very easy to get on and off the highway.

Holiday inn express is always a great option. I did stay in a room that backed onto the highway and all I could hear was the highways traffic. Other then that. Good place to stay

As stated about why did holiday inn keep changing the rate. Also no senior discount or no discount for holding a conference at holiday inn.

My wife and I have visited this hotel a number of times and have always wished that there could be a nice restaurant located within the same vicinity.

Our family had two Junior suites which were very comfortable. In the evening the children had a fabulous swim in the pool. Breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable. All in all a pleasant expience and we look forward to going back there again in July.

Room smelled like someone who never showers but uses aftershave religiously. Booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool. Found out the hard way that the pool isn't heated. Not a recommend, by the third day my breakfast quantity was reduced but I didn’t make a complaint out of it! Plus front desk needs to be taught hospitality management at some point especially the lady named Jordan !

Was a great stay we git s free suite upgrade for being ihg member. Breakfast was also good. Our kids loved the pool and very clean and followed all covid regulations which made it stress free.

With everyone in our world dealing with the covid pandemic right now it’s bringing a lot of stress to people, I checked in this hotel today in the evening and the desk agent was very focused, he had someone on hold and another guest waiting to check in , he didn’t stress and was very polite and mannered ! He was able to multitask in a present manor! Dustin was able to help me out with a few things I needed and didn’t hesitate in any way ! I would really recommend this hotel ! Thanks to the front desk agent Dustin who is still keeping positive during this time , also the room was very nice and clean when I went inside so if I could rate this hotel more then 5 I would ! Definitely coming back here in the future!!

First of all, the staff were really accommodating and did everything possible to make the stay as nice as possible. The room itself was clean, but it was a bit surprising to see what appeared to be a large burn mark in the carpet. The carpet in the hallway leading into the bathroom was frayed and pulling apart from the ceramic. This could have easily been fixed. There was NO housekeeping during the weekend. Signs were posted that due to Covid there would be no housekeeping. The room only had 2 wrapped glasses for 3-4 days which was not enough. When we asked for wrapped glasses the staff did not have any to give us and offered bottle water. Nice for sure but not acceptable as we needed glasses. The room only had two bath towels and two face clothes and a couple of hand towels. When asked, the staff at reception gave us more. Thank you. We asked that the wet towels be removed and again we were asked to leave them outside the room. A bag was provided for us to put the towels in. There should not have been a need to ask, if they knew they were not going to have housekeeping the room should have been stocked keeping that in mind. The garbage was not removed over the 3-4 days. When asked to remove it we were told to do it ourselves, (not in a nasty way), and to leave it outside at the door. It was removed sometime during the day. No extra garbage bag was left in the receptacles and again the staff at the front gave us an extra bag. As well whoever removed the garbage left a bag at the door. The pool area had a face mask on the floor in the corner near the entrance door and was not picked up for the duration of the stay. The dining room staff were very pleasant and did everything possible to make the breakfast really nice which it was. The breakfast was more than adequate. Holiday Inn; the fact that housekeeping is not considered an essential service at your Hotels would be a deterrent for us to stay with Holiday Inn again. Housekeeping really matters to us at all times.

The service I received was second to none. Staff even allowed me to check out a little later so I had somewhere to work between meetings. True customer service to complement their safe environment and comfortable rooms. I strongly recommend this Brockville hotel. Well done staff and thank you!

I was expecting a light clean up each day and fresh towels. I guess with Covid that service is no longer provided. Even if the garbage was cleaned out would have been nice.

Service was total trash, phone in my room is dead for 2-3 days and I tell them n they do not fix it, I call front desk through my phone and ask them for additional coffee cups and cutlery and the lady says , “oh I’m training people now, come down and get them”.
