My daughter joined Kidnetix summer camp this year and she throughly the camp as the staffs are friendly and responsible. They good choice. Of indoor and outdoor activities to keep them engaged. I highly recommend this for all kids who love fun !! ????

This is the worst place to have a party. They scheduled one "teenager staff" to supervise the whole place with a birthday that had more than 50 people in attendance. The teen became overwhelmed and called the owner or boss or whatever for backup, She came there literarily pushing people out and yelling at customers. My daughter got injured in the play ground, the staff didn't even offer a first aid...she asked me to leave because she had another party that needed to start. She was totally ridiculous. Stay away from this place...customer service is zero and the safety of your kids there is the last on their priority list. Go there at your own risk.

Terrible place for summer camp. Not enough courtesy to resolve issues. Only Teenage staff during summer camp. Supports bullying of younger children by older children by telling younger children to just sit down. Only thing they want is your money, then they dont care. I paid for two weeks and same day my son complained of bullying at the camp. We called to address the issue and the onsite manager states 'need management approval' where the place is owned by a single person. Asked for the contact number of owner and were given an email address to which i am still awaiting a reply after two emails and 3 weeks now with no response. BEAWARE before you pay them. I paid for next week and called to cancel the same day as my son compalined and said he did not want to go. They tell me that you have to cancel 15 days before the week when the kid starts when there are not even 15 days between payment and the week paid for. Extreme lack of customer service, caring for children is not there where the teenageè supervision staff has no idea how to be kind to younger children. Extremely bad management. The onsite manager keeps on stating that manager will contact you, when there is no other manager. Much better places for summer camp with respectful and cooperative staff. dont waste your money or kids times here. Update: owner replies here. But hasn't replied to over 3 emails sent to him. Great company indeed.

A basic play place that will serve the purpose for small kids but is quite limited on space in the party room. The staff were good & always seen interacting with customers or cleaning up. It was clean & well kept although a couple of the toys like the baby bouncer & bouncy horse were broken and unsafe for children & should be removed. I only attended for another child’s birthday and personally wouldn’t book it myself just because I felt it lacked that party place zest but the kids did enjoy themselves.

Total mess , no organisation, zero customer service experience. Came on Sunday waited almost 20 mins over the counter no body was shown. Entered with kids and i was checking every now and then if someone will show to inform them with our presence but unfortunately we couldn't find any. After 10 mins a lady came and told us that this is a reserved day for parties and we can't stay. Told her we were waiting fir long time how we could.tell! Her answer was you should call before you come!! haha this is a joke for sure! Never heard with same during my stay in Canada. Appears this lady is serving alone and needs help i cant blame her much. Another thing .. dont you have chairs or benches for adults i have two kids and have to change clothes standing up on our feet!! Old slides and machines.. not that clean! First and Last time .. thank you

Just hosted a Birthday party here. The place and service is amazing!! The play area is very large and their options for kids of all ages is very impressive. The help provided is exceptional. Staff are very friendly and receptive. Would highly recommend this place.

Disappointed with the customer service ended up booking elsewhere because they were giving me the run around. Phone system doesn't work and staff is aware, they told me to email them but would not respond. I had a credit as I paid for a program before covid that they did not want to refund and I asked if I could put it towards the party booking and was told they would have to let me know. It took me following up 4 times before I got a response and it was to advise me to call in to get an answer. When I call in the phone systems we're still not working. It is impossible to get any answers from staff. Thankfully I did not give them any money and was very patient but after not hearing from them I booked an amazing place elsewhere. I couldn't even call to cancel.... Due to the phone system. Additionally, they tried to blame me for not following up or calling them even though I tried and did not care about their poor customer service.

Had an awesome experience being serviced at Kidnetix! Ashley was super super helpful and put me at ease when booking my daughter’s party! Such an amazing facility. I didn’t know I even got free easy ups by pampers to try out!! Love this place already. My fav indoor play place !

Note: This review is in relation to the drop-in centre, and not a party, like many of the other reviews. I ended up bringing my son here on a PD day due to the fact that my first choice for an indoor play centre was closed. To be honest, Kidnetix was not my first choice because their previous facility on Boivard was mediocre at best. I have no idea when they transitioned to the newer facility on Van Kirk, but I am very glad they did. They have a bouncy castle with two slides, 2 play areas (1 of them has multiple air bazookas) and a pretty intense slide, 2 springed rocking horses, a clubhouse climber for the little ones, an indoor basketball shootout game (it doesn't keep score), 2/3 Little Tikes toy cars, an air hockey table, a foosball table...and there are at least a few other things that I don't have time to list. I spent over an hour there, and didn't notice because my son was so engaged with all of the equipment. I'd be lying if I told you I didn't take advantage of some of the activities myself lol. Additionally, everything appeared to be pretty clean to me in the play areas (including the bathroom). The entrance, however, could have used a quick mopping, but it was a cold slushy day, so it understandable. Ultimately, I think the $5 expense to enter was well worth it so I would definitely recommend the drop-in for parents looking for something to do with their kids on a PD day. A message to management: You may want to improve your website because it does not to a very good job of highlighting the offerings at the different locations.

My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here and I’ve never seen a group of kids having so much fun. The customer service during the party was excellent and the booking and planning details was easy as they have everything you need. Thank you Kidnetix. Highly recommend throwing your next birthday party here.

The playground facilities are great. Lots of space and plenty of options for young kids. The main issue I had was the temperature controls. It was very cold near the rear of the building, making this a spot I wouldn't go back to in the winter. Would be great if the space was properly enclosed.

Absolutely love this place. Appropriately priced for the service you received. The kids enjoy themselves, things to do for kids of all age groups. My children absolutely rave about March Break camp and Summer Camp. When my kids cry and negotiate not to leave in the evening from camp, you know the camp is doing a wonderful job.

Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional staff. Staff showed up 15 minutes late and acted as if she hated her life. Was not enthusiastic did not even care to greet me or my guests. Accused my party of stealing tableware out of their storage room. Compensated me $80 for my bad experience but honestly it does not make up for my terrible experience and ruined birthday party. Don't book here for any event! Also came here for an Easter event and it was extremely disorganized.

My 5 year old son attended the summer day camp at Kidnetix this year and I can't rave enough about the experience. He couldn't wait to go back every day. The covid protocols they followed made me feel at ease sending him. The staff members were fantastic, and they had so many wonderful activities and special treats/items they would give to the kids every week. I highly recommend this place. We'll certainly be visiting them again and back for summer camp next year! Thank you to all of the staff for making this a summer my son won't forget!!

When I first arrived to the facility I felt so welcomed, my kids love it here and I'm planning on implementing this play ground into our weekend routine. I highly recommend this facility to everyone looking for this a indoor playground. I really wish I heard of this place early cause I just heard about their Toonie Tuesday's. Thumbs up all around.

I wanted to bring this to everyone notice that my daughter (She is 5 )was part of the SUMMER CAMP for 4 weeks and apart from the daily activities kidnetix team planned for these weeks , we have observed a drastic change in her behavior. She has learned the stuff which is not appropriate for her age group and when we used to ask her from whom did you learn , she pointed us out the names of the kids at the summer camp which are way bigger in age then hers (10+ ) . We were of the assumption that the kids stay with their age group but that was not the case at this summer camp. We even confirmed with one of the staff and she said that they are short of councilors that is why all kids are together. This is something that is completely unacceptable . Also when we requested them that we need to talk to the owner to discuss this , the lady on the phone (Jennifer) replied very rudely that simply mail us. They don't care to respond back once the money is out from your pocket. We would not recommend this place for summer camp at all specially for the younger kids.

The kids had a blast with the equipment that was in working order. The receptionist, Ashley, was the most lazy, uncouth and ill mannered person I have come across to date. The pizza was late, I had to repeatedly ask her to take time out from watching her movie to get the garbage bins switched out, get the complimentary tea and coffee or even the juice. She then made me wait half hour to process my payment and then attempted to steal the money without issuing a receipt. The party room, for the most part was clean with a couple of broken tables. Would not recommend this place for a party, at least not with Ashley on the payroll.

I had my son's 6th Birthday Party here in November and booked the Bazooka ball party and all I can say is that it was his best party yet. we booked for 14 player and all the kids and even the adults had fun playing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend everyone to book a Bazooka Ball party with them

Hello to Kidnetix Owner- just want to inform you on how my son's 5th birthday party yesterday started with a good experience however ended with such a bad experience. 1 staff that too with did not care attitude, rude nd not at all p ok ite with guests legt us with such an embarrasment in front of our guests. When i booked the party , everyone was so nice, as advised dropped the decorations an evening before however had to put them by myself on the day of the party. Party was till 1pm however your pizza order came at 12:40 and the guy expected all 4- 5 years kids to eat in 5 minutes. He invaded the room nd started telling everyone party was over in other words get out. The behavior was not appreciated at all. Also when we told him he said you can see i m the only one and I just get 14$ an hour? Was it our mistake? To book a party and not knowing of this horrible customer service we ended with such a chaos and all in front of our guests. Everyone initially liked the place and started asking about birthday bookings, your potential clients however after seeing the service that no one appreciated as it was such a disaapointed. I am still getting messages to tell me i should complain to the management as literally our stuff, people still eating was thrown out. This is your Brampton location. Never going back as it was not worth the price. Customer Service 0 score. I had to send apology messages to all my guests, never thought it woyld end like this.

In February 03rd 2018 I book for my daughter birthday they call me a week before the event to confirm the party that was supposed to be on Saturday then again they call me on Friday a day before of the birthday to confirm food, everything good until then, the Saturday of my daughters birthday we got there 15 min before as per there instructions and this place was close whit no one inside it was a snow storm all my guess arrive on time everybody was there except for Kidnetix staff members I have around 10 7 years old children standing on the snow storm for 45 minutes we decided to move the party to the closer McDonald as was nothing else to do thanks to my guess that where wonderful we were able to give my daughter a birthday but Kidnetix did not call me until 4:30 pm when the event was supposed to be at 1:15 pm so they took 3 hours to realize that they had an event that they did not attend. to I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Worse place i ever choose for a birthday.

We had our son’s birthday party on 2nd Mar 2019 from 5:45 till 8:45 pm. I had such a high hope from Kidnetix and I read so good reviews that I selected the best. But there were lot of events that happened because of which I will not recommend Kidnetix to anyone. We payed a $1058 for full facility with this kind of poor service. There is lot more that I have not mentioned below: 1. We found the staff/ Lady Receptionist extremely rude with no smile throughout the service to us and our guests. 2. We didn’t find the 2 party hall floors clean before our party started. 3. The lady attended was not taking care of clearing the bins on time during party. Our guests cleared the bin once and when I told her to please keep a check on the bins, she didn’t respond properly. Is this how the customer and guests are treated? 4. When I asked her to clear the tables which had used disposables, she said that she would do it in the end of party, again not polite. And these rules should be mentioned before hand at the time of booking so that we know what is our responsibility and what is staff responsibility. 5. Please be clear in providing details to customer. At the time of booking it was told that disposables would be provided by Kidnetix. But the day before party when I asked again, she stated that disposables for only kids and not adults would be provided and that too plates, cups and tissues only. Rest we have to arrange. We have no issues in bringing our stuff but instructions should be clear. 6. When I asked on call about table cloths, the same lady on duty told me table cloth would be provided. On the day of the party she told it will not be provided for the tables on which food will be served. We have to buy them at extra cost of $2. Again this Information should be provided before hand and not at the time of party. 7. Bazooka ball game will start only after cake cutting and not before. This also came as a surprise to us. Kids were waiting for bazooka ball, we told they will open soon but we were not aware this game will open after cake cutting, not before that !! I am extremely disappointed by the service provided on paying a full facility service cost. I will not recommend Kidnetix to anyone.

Just had my sons 5th birthday party there last Saturday and was very pleased with the place. The service from the staff was amazing, she was smiling and very happy to help with whatever I needed. The playground and party room was very cleaned considering there was a party 15 mins before mine. Highly recommend!

Had a bad experience with front desk due to implementing dishonest policy. They did not allow more than one child per groupon voucher. This was in no way stated in the fine print, yet they would not accept it. Not going back again.

My children 6 year old boy and 12 year old girl, spent the full summer at Kidnetix in their day camp. At first we registered them for one week, just to try it out. We weren't sure if it would be a good fit for our 12 year old but she loved it. The activities they planned kept the kids active all day. The staff were really nice and responsible. Great place all around!

Me my son and my two nieces attend the Halloween Party this weekend and shall I say I had just as much fun as them. I was totally not expecting the to enjoy it the way I did it was just amazing. They had a live dj who shall I say was this amazing kid who knew all the latest and greatest hits. The night was full of things for the kids to do so no one was ever bored. Truly an awesome night for both kids and adults and they will definitely be seeing more of us in the future.

My daughter likes the bouncy castle but there are more negatives than positive. I've brought to their attention that the doors to the back storeroom doesn't close and it's an easy push to open and it's full of harmful stuff. The washrooms hardly ever have garbage bags, the carpet is sometimes vacuumed but not on.the.regular. it sucks cause it HAD so much potential. Today we went to the Easter egg hunt. Wow it was supposed to be outside with inflatables, none of that. It was a disappointment for $20. I have to say I'll have to stop going.

My son and his friends did the Bazooka Ball (pre-teens) and They Loved it! Our Hostess, Ashley, she was awesome - friendly, entertaining, she was good with our boys! For the Kidnetix, she promoted the company sharing about the summer camp and the mobile video game party (this was favourite with the boys).The Moms present were very impressed by our hostess and could see their boys had fun! She was really good with them! When it came to booking, the staff (Karen) was easy and worked with me trying to schedule it. Overall, my son & his friends said they had a good time. So if you are looking for a fun activity for your pre-teen that is safe and fun ---> Bazooka Ball !!!! If you see it on Groupon --> Purchase it! Either way you will not be disappointed

I went to van kirk Brampton location as a guest in a birthday party. The staff had no smile on face and never welcomed or greated me or any other guest. Bazooka was not ready and started late. Play area is good.

Not what it used to be, much better before the pandemic it's run down half of the play area has been torn down. Most of the games don't work

Very disappointing, they never follow business hours. Close whenever they feel like it. Change prices all the time. I’ve gone about four times with my kids, two hours before Closing time and they are closed. One time I called before I left my house, drove twenty minutes there and they said they are closing early.
