The zoo has an impressive collection of animals and they also appear to be well taken care of. Only problem is that the zoo still is going through the build process and much of the infrastructure is still missing. No restaurants or snacks available, although some drink machines are scattered. Most of the walkways are still unpaved. No other activities are offered at the zoo, just walk around to see the animals. Expect 1-2 hours depending on how fast you want to go through. Its important to note that there are also other options at the complex like water slides, inflatables, etc..but those are a short walk away outside of the zoo.

Certains enclos sont très restreints pour quelques animaux. Je ne sais pas si nous sommes allées une mauvaise journée, mais la propreté des enclos laissait à désirer; boue, excréments en grande quantité. Seuls les enclos des lions, tigres, léopards etaient propres et ce sont les plus grands. Et que dire de ces pauvres animaux comme les wapitis, les loups gris qui sont sur le bord de la route très passante; c'est très bruyant et désagréable. C'est loin d'être reposant pour ces bêtes qui sont supposés être dans un endroit paisible. Et si vous voulez profiter du casse-croute ou de la crème glacée, attendez-vous à une autre bonne marche. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et disponible. Première et dernière visite dans mon cas

Encore pire, nous sommes arrivés avec une tente-roulotte (le camping ne pouvait pas nous recevoir, pas de problème). À l'accueil on m'indique donc où m'installer spécifiquement. Un autre employé, m'interpelle et me dit que je n'ai pas d'affaires là. Je lui réponds que c'est l'indication que j'ai eue. Ensuite, comme il n'y avait pas d'eau sur le site (et que nous n'en avions plus), je reviens à la voiture à mi-parcours. On en profite pour se ruer sur moi et me dire de changer de place avec ma tente-roulotte avec condescendance (alors qu'il y avait un semi-remorque et deux autres roulottes à mes côtés). Nouvel endroit à plus d'un kilomètre de marche. Quoi?! Je reviens vers ma petite famille 1h40(!) plus tard avec de l'eau. Les enfants étaient bien heureux de me voir enfin de retour. J'ai évidemment manqué une bonne partie de la visite, mais j'ai surtout laissé ma blonde toute seule avec deux enfants tout ce temps pour rien. Car, de retour au stationnement, devinez quoi, mon emplacement était toujours désert, les roulottes et le semi-remorque toujours sur place (pfff!). Mais nous, nous devions retourner à plus d'1km de là pour retrouver notre véhicule. Pour le prix et l'expérience déplorable, il devient difficile de recommander l'endroit...

Ils mettent des pancartes aux enclos relatant une histoire de comment ils ont sauvé des animaux, le plus souvent, l'histoire ne fait pas de sens et il ne semble pas y avoir de volonté de les remettre en nature. L'annonce dit à partir de 17$ mais il ne faut pas vous fier. 5$ pour un cadenas pendant la journée et 80$ additionnel pour un cart pour aller au zoo. Sans compter quil faut louer tous les équipements pour chaque activité. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

En tout cas, c'est toujours sympa de voir différents animaux. Dans l'ensemble les animaux paressaient en bonne santé sauf peut être les fauves qui semblaient amincis.

2 hours walk.. Tickets are reasonable. My kids are 2&3. They didn't get attracted or involved much. I don't recommend for young kids. Toilets are very dirty. No water no snacks available only drinks vending machines at two places. Good things are.... they have number of animals kangaroo, white and grey wolf, crocodile, eagle, owl, many lions, tigers.. for this price its best deal.... I suggest using the benches placed near lions area for eating food. Stroller or a cart is must to carry kids and stuff.

Une personne de notre gagme est partie chercher une fille a la reception, elle est venue voir, elle a vu que le cadenas etait barré, elle a dit attendez je vais voir ce que je peux faire. On a vu d'autres employés à l'interrieur du zoo, finalemement oui le cadenas etait barré mais la chaine etait pas bien attaché mais ca reste que aucun client ne s'en ai rendu compte et avaient de la difficulté a sortir... j'ai suggeré que la prochaine fois qui fasse le tour pour voir s'il reste des clients ou mettre simplement une personne attitrée a la porte. Je vous rappel qu'il etait 15h pile a ce moment. On m'a repondu que la prochaine fois de prevoir de partir d'avance... wow! Quel belle replique! J'ai dit que je peux laisser une mauvaise note sur internet, elle m'a repondu qu'elle s'en foutais... bon bein voilà c'est fait!
