Nice place for a hike, just make sure to bring bugspray, and something to keep bears away depending on what season you come in. I didn't get a chance to hike as much as I wanted the day we came, but Ill definitely be back to go for a longer hike and explore as much of the area as possible. We saw a handful of smaller animals, and several garter snakes. Definitely recommend coming by here for a hike, or for other seasonal activities.

Great area for winter outdoor activities. Big yet small enough to bring kids and introduce them to snowshoeing and winter hiking.

Came across this place and it's great place, roads could use some maintenance, a boat launch would be ideal but otherwise is a paradise! This is mainly a public hunting location so people using it for a job be safe! Also respect the land, I can't help but notice the amount of garbage being dumped here as well as litter of beer cans, coffee cups etc...please take your garbage with you leave only footprints!
