We booked in for 2 nights while on vacation from Ontartio, didn't want anything fancy, but this delivers fairly over expectations. The room had an up-scale feel, huge room with 2 queens, bathroom with bathtub and shower separate, mini fridge, coffee maker, and indoor pool/hot tub/sauna close to the room. Rooms were clean, fantastic for a basic one, and parking is right near by. The only thing is Booking.com indicated they still served a breakfast, possibly modified, however, they did not provide any breakfast in any form. The price seemed high as this wasn't actually included. This, and the location is the only reason why it isn't 5 stars, plus I can't give 4.5. Front desk staff, Andrew, was nice to deal with upon check-in and had good information relating to my travel oriented questions. The office does have coffee available to make there, or extra to do it in your room. On that note, any coffee or extra items you will need will have to be obtained at the front desk. The pool is open until 10pm I believe, would have been nice if it was an extra hour. The Hotel is close to many restaurants and a short walk to all the downtown shops. While this facility is on the edge of town, walking to places is fairly easy and you won't need to fight for parking.

Upon arrival staff was very friendly and everything went smooth with the checking in etc. We entered the room and it was very nice just like the pictures we saw ahead of time. Being that it was new years and our anniversary we decided to pour some drinks to kick off our evening but both the glasses and coffee mugs in the room were dirty..like not washed at all dirty. Called front desk and they delivered us new ones so that was good. No breakfast or attached restaurant was a bit of a let down thats for sure but it was only a short walk in the cold to some other locations just up the street.
