We have all the reviews of people who have information of the products of Parc Omega (Zoo) in Bancroft (Canada).
To this day the firm receives a score of 4.7 over 5 and the rating is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is practically the best one, and it's founded on a high number of scores, so we can be pretty sure that the score is quite credible. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Zoo belongs to the category of Animal park.
I guess it was destiny pushing us to go to OMEGA Parc and the fact that the parc was in our way to Algonquinn. Fantastic beasts roam freely here and you can feed them as well (only females). Apparently males are aggresive????????. Must visit this place
Did not expect this attraction to be a large as it is. Lots to do for the kids while there. scenery is beautiful. Only issue was it was too hot and our slushies were melted.
It was great to see the different types of the animals and to be able to feed them. Great place to take the kids.
Exceeded expectations in every way. Would definitely visit again with kids. Every thing is kept up well with so many little details thought through to make it a wonderful experience.
Expect what you don't think, real good attraction for the family and specially for kids, feeding wild animal discovring them (real size not picture) Bison - elk - wild boar - white deer, black wolf artctic wolf and fox and plenty of animals ... The place is ok wide space, nice place to get out there for spring break, nice and helpfull people, most of the time you are in your care but from the restaurant to the farm passing by the sugar shake you can walk almost 7 kms Enjoy and have fun. Oh also don't forget to get your carrot from your grocery store other wise 1lb coast 3.75$ Have fun again and get out to play.
This is a must do for families specially with kids. However, this experience is definitively enjoyable for everyone who loves animals. My advice: buy the carrots in the supermarket and bring them with you (less expensive alternative than uy them in the park) but make sure you take enough carrots with you to feed tons of animals. Definitely there's not other experience than can you get closer to the animals, they literally breath on you.
What an amazing place to spend a day. See animals in their *nearly* natural habitat, up close. They come right up to the car looking for food. The staff is knowledgable and friendly.
Was a great time my 1.5 year old had a blast so much to see such a cool experience
This business restricts our freedom as Canadian citizens. Wants us to forcibly take an experimental Vax. Won't let you in with out a Vax pass. Boycott stand strong for our rights and freedoms!
Such a wonderful place!!! Great activity for a couple, friends getaway, family trip or just for people who wants to connect with nature! Great experience! Very friendly staff!
Astonishing and spectacular ???? Great place to see beautiful Canadian Wild Animals in their natural habitat, the parc Omega is well kept and organized, the animals are gorgeous and you can feed some of them right from your car. Great place to bring kids and adults of all ages, check website for tickets and times, respect the Parc Omega rules and the Animals please.
Fine night show, though not quite impressive
Excelent place to see wild animals, bring your own carrots, arround 3kg is perfect, go around by car and walk in few places.
Amazing ride while enjoying Arctic Animals
Nice place, fun for kids. They allow you to bring your own food and drinks. There is a nice store for souvenirs. Washrooms were nice.
Bring alot of carrots ????. Can go as fast or as slow as you want. Plenty of animals, nice restrooms, great parking in rest areas. Good place for physically handicapped or children to enjoy some nature.
A very nice spot to see the Quebec wildlife in their habitat. You can drive around feeding carrots to the many elks, deers, pigs, caribou and moose, artic wolf and fox.. They have bison, bears and a few more animals as well. The herbivores actually come up to your car for treats which is a nice experience. Nice place to bring your young ones or for a day trip.
Was planning to go to Omega park today with my family as we love it there and have been many times. As I tried to book online, I noticed that as of September 1st, they require proof of vaccination otherwise we cannot visit the park. Nobody should support this and shame on them for enforcing this ridiculous mandate.
Had a fantastic day with my family at Park Omega! Very well managed park. Kids and parents alike had a blast during the drive feeding the deer. Excellent experience. Thank you.
Kids loved it, animals are fed which attracts them to the roads. Think some must be comlletely filled with carrots. Happily surprised with the wi-tents.
Good place for relaxing and camping, but need more attention to toilets at the group camping site. Especially cause the cleanliness: smells- dirty...no hygienic at all
I love this place in general, this review is for those thinking about going to the park on a public holiday - dont bother! It was almost like whoever set the limit on the e-commerce system has no idea what that would look like in real life: it was a 3.5 hr traffic jam, 3 lanes of bumper to bumper traffic throughout the park. Absolutely packed with cars; none of the animals had any interest in the nonstop traffic jam, they had all eaten plenty already and pointedly ignored everyone. It was just a big waste of time and a completely different experience to most other times we visited the park.
An incredible and unforgettable place to enjoy as a school trip, with family or friends. You are in touch with nature and you have the chance to learn more about endemic animals of the region. We also had the chance to feed some animals. It is a wonderful and amazing place.
Really enjoyed seeing all these animals, great experience. Bring carrots! We brought 10 lbs.
It is very nice to share with the family. I loved it, it was wonderful to feed the animals
First time to be there with my family and friends. Kids can feed the animals and touch them. Beautiful environment and many fun.
Only an hour from Ottawa, this is a great place to take guests from overseas to see some very friendly native animals. Absolutely purchase some carrots at the front guest center, and don’t give them away too early. Save some for the animals in the back too. Takes about 2 hours to get through the entire park if you keep up a steady pace.
The entrance at night time was gorgeous and caught my eyes on my way to Mont-Tremblant. So I visited it on my way back home. This place rocks! At the entrance if you are not sure how many bags of carrots to purchase, in the top part as displayed in the map, they have another shop for you. Also, you can take a break or walk around to the farm and the wolf observation deck there. Plus, they have kids playground. Families can spend a whole good afternoon there.
Beautiful landscape with North America animals.
It's legit. All of the animal are surprisingly friendly. Caribou walk up to your car to eat carrots out of your hand and the deer will walk up to you while you're on foot and eat from your hand. Otherwise, the turkey, and boars just wander around the roads. Lots of baby animals. All of the other animals tend to be very close to the road / fence, so are easy to see and they were very active for us. We went early August at around 4pm. Wolf show was cool and neat. Bring like a kg of carrots per car.
I was disappointed in this experience. Too many cars bumper to bumper. My favorite part was the beauty of driving through the trees as it snowed.
We booked to visit a couple weeks in advance, planned staying overnight nearby in order to visit. No heads-up was given on Sept 1 when a vaccine passport requirement was issued. Showed up to be turned away when the government has a grace period until the 15th. By description it looks like you're in your own car for most of it. Tired of these businesses in this province having power trips to do what they can to push away out of province visitors. Now we wasted money staying locally just to be turned around. Never will have the desire to visit this godforsaken province.
We went in the middle of winter on a weekday morning and almost had the place to ourselves. All the animals were out except for the bears. Great place to take your kids, or just to see native animals up close. Great little lunch spot in the lodge as well.
Parc Omega was a good amount of fun, and had a beautiful expanse of park and walking or driving trails to go through, feeding the animals was fun and you get to see a lot (recommended for people coming from out of country, you get to see and learn about a lot of Canadian wildlife and indigenous creators and crafters) but definitely don't bring a car you are worried about being scratched (we did get a few minor car scratches from the deer). We went for both the day AND their Halloween event, and while the day was VERY fun, the night was very passive and felt like they didn't really have a lot to do aside from walk around. You couldn't feed the animals and there were so many people there were almost 0 animals present (it was VERY crowded for the Halloween event) The night events might be nice for a walk on a date or for an anniversary, especially on a day that's WAY less busy, it would also be a GREAT place for class trips and business events, and the bathrooms and overnight stay area were GORGEOUS.
This place is awesome. Came here with the pit family and friends. Everyone had a good time. Feeding animals was very cool. Would come again.
At first I wasn't sure about this place. But in the end I loved it. Kids had so much fun at the farm and we were able to see lots of animals during the car ride but also while walking to the farm which is about 10 min walk from. The parking. A great day overall.
My daughter, who is 14 years old, despite having a valid ticket was not admitted to the park due to the lack of full vaccination. As a result, she spent about 4 hours in the Park's parking spot waiting while we showed the park to our other kids. It was frustrating because I called the park the day before to inquire if there were any restrictions on admission and was advised that full vaccination is not required at the moment as the Park is an outdoor facility. Any accomodation for those who didn't take a vaccine or is not fully vaccinated is absent at all. Park is a public place and has to have an accomodation for those who have no vaccine or are not fully vaccinated for various reasons. Worst experience ever.
Lovely place for family and kids!
Amazing experience for the whole family. Great way for kids to learn about animals. Bring lots of carrots (Costco!), my kid loved feeding the animals :) You can do the car tour in 30-40min, if you don't stop, but I highly recommend to slow down, take your time & enjoy, plan for 3-4hrs. There is also a farm with farm animals, a nice picnic area with tables, restaurants & ice creams.
Such a unique experience! Loved feeding the animals and walking around the pond. My only concern was that some of the animals in the farm seemed dehydrated.
Beautiful place , close contact with wild animal , nice experience
My family was planning a trip to Parc Omega but after what just recently happened there to my friends, I will not take a chance and would advise everyone to be very careful after an old tree fell and caused serious damage to their car and the park says they're not responsible. Doesn't make me feel very safe knowing that there are animals and anything can happen at any time and they would not be responsible. This is very disappointing because they should definitely be responsible. You would think they have insurance for this type of thing so enter at your own risk. No Thank you.
If you want to see wildlife up close and personal, in a safe and controlled environment, this is the perfect way to do it. You’ll see Elk, Wapiti, wolves, bears, bison, coyotes, boars, fox, moose and other wildlife. Great day trip for families. A couple notes if you go this time of year. It is rutting season so do not feed the male elks. If it has antlers, don’t feed it. Also do not feed the bison. Both these rules are posted, however people don’t always listen. They are there for your safety and for the safety of the animals and the park, so just listen to any instructions and follow them.
We had such a great time at the park. We brought a lot of carrots with us and we visited the park before 11 am. The animals seemed to be very hungry at that time so they were very active. For people who want to bring their own carrots, I would suggest you chop up the bigger carrots into thinner pieces. I chopped up all my carrots and I'm happy that I did as I noticed lots of animals don't like the bigger carrots and they wouldn't eat them. I also brought some baby carrots with me and they are the perfect size to feed some small deers. All of us had a great time and I'll definitely visit the park again.
This place is really great! Lots of lovely trails to walk. Great picnic spots. Friendly staff. Fun aerial walk way. Very informative animal shows. We spent the whole day and had a great time. Great for all ages.
We had the best time yesterday on our visit during rutting season. All the animals were well behaved. We brought a few bags of carrots that the deer enjoyed. It felt like going through customs and showing your passport hehe. After we arrived, we went to the first building where there are washrooms and also a lake to enjoy. They also have snack and the best croissants ???? and coffee stand. My daughter loved the chocolate croissant and I had a salmon multigrain baguette. I was surprised at how big the whole park is. It took us 2 hours to complete our tour, however we stopped and had a picnic with our friends at one of their many eating areas. My daughter loves the arctic foxes and she got a af souvenir at their shop. She also got the poutine and hotdog which was amazing and I got a vanilla chocolate swirl ice cream come which was so so good!
Amazing experience! Exceeded our expectations! Really terrific experience for my family- loved feeding animals with carrots who approached our car. Really beautiful driving through woods and seeing caribou, elk, bison, turkeys, artic fox, wolves who howled in unison and black bears who came out of their dens! Will go back again!
Excellent way to experience wildlife and nature. The 16km drive through is clean, pain free and well marked out route. We went in the winter, but could be more crowded in the summer. Feeding the animals were allowed, and lots to see with description of each section of the animals
Amazing canadian experience. You get to see all kind of animals from real close. A lot of them come to your car expecting you to feed them carrots or apples. A canadian style safari. Good for family.
Took the kids there this summer. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is very large, very organized, and very clean. The resting area is really nice with clean restrooms. Staff is nice and all the prices are very reasonable for a family. We rented a golf cart and drove through the woods several times. I wanted the kids to spend as much time as possible feeding the reindeer, so I purchased a very large sack of carrots from a local market before heading to Parc Omega. We intend to go there for another visit in the near future. Hats off to all the staff that keep this place well maintained.
Had a good time here. Worth renting a car and driving over for the day. The fine weather and fall leaves was good for my soul. Only way to see the place and probably get there is by car. It's a drive through animal park. Bring money for carrots to feed some of the animals. Nice walking trails and an old farm where we could touch cows, goats, and rabbits.
We decided to go here as an alternative to a birthday party. What an amazing way to spend the day. The animals are so fun. Right from the start, you get greeted by a bunch of carrot hungry deer. My favorite part was getting to see the wolves and foxes. The Arctic wolves were especially spooky and it looked like they were always ready to about to jump at you. Event with COVID social distancing measure in place, it was a great time. We had a wonderful walk in zone 11, where we had a picnic lunch, and some really great heritage/history in zone 4. One thing that I would have preferred, but this is only a personal note and that was smoking on the grounds. As non-smokers, it was off-putting when we walked through a cloud of leftover smoke that someone recently left. Other than that, amazing opportunity and experience that we will do again. There was so much that we didn't have time to experience in just one day.
It was a great experience, even in winter times. It was fun feeding the animals. They were free to roam around and not harmful, if you follow the parc's rules. The reason for not full stars is because I don't know I might come in a wrong season or day, but there were less animals; I think. Less bears, less artic wolves, but more "Bambi-like" animals, which is they were nice too.
It is a great place to get close to nature. The cabin was beautiful and relaxing. So fun to see these animals up close!
Wow! This is an amazing family experience! We got to see and feed the animals up close and brought home wonderful memories.
We absolutely loved this beautiful park and the many animals. Everything was well run and it is a great, fun way to get up close to so many animals. We loved it!!
Always a good time. I especially love the rainbow trout in the lake. If only I could bring a fishing rod lol. I like the fact that they have walking trails which helps extend the day and take a break from the driving.
A fantastic time with the kids. We lucked out with a gorgeous, sunny Fall day. Feeding the Elk was a hoot. The kids were laughing and excited the whole time. You can't buy enough carrots before going. You'll go through them. The conservation are is beautiful. Aside from the car path, there are hiking trails and a great spot to stop for lunch or snacks, with chalets, outdoor fireplaces, picnic tables, a great kids' climbing structure and gift shop. It is well worth a day trip from Ottawa or Montreal. We'll be back again.
I've been a few times and it's a blast for the kids. I bring lots of carrots for the elk at the very beginning, as well as the deer during the walking trails. Packing a lunch saves some cash, but the prices are reasonable for lunch. The long trail to the farm is about 2km
Just STUNNING !! Its a Beautiful place
Well maintained, animals are in a natural environment, they require a vaccine passport at admission Wich is greatly appreciated.
An unforgettable experience. The animals are fantastic. Elks come toward our vehicle. Don’t open your windows wide, they will stick their big heads inside the car. My kids thought its funny????. I was a little scared but they are laughing. What an experience! Don’t forget to bring lots of carrots too!
Wonderful family outing!!! We go annually and it never disappoints.
I love this park. Variety of animals and you can feed them while you drive around the park. Recently. they expanded the park and added wolf shows. Highly recommend a visit to this park, especially with your family.
This is an exceptionally awsome parc to visit , just an hour drive from Montreal. It hosts lots of different animals like bears , fox , deers , ducks , moose , geese etc and is managed in very professional way..
Amazing place to enjoy animal from your own car. Great place to amazing pictures! If you dont wanna use your car you can rent a small car for 4 people... great for kids, they love give carrots to the animals. And also there are biggets place to walk!
Amazing experience, it’s the place to have fun with kids and family, you can feed animals and touch most of them also there are many shows to assist. I recommend this place for everyone.
One of the best experiences ever driving through this park, the deers and elks come to your car and it's amazing. Bring lots of carrots you will need them!
This place is really great! Lots of lovely trails to walk. Great picnic spots. Friendly staff. Fun aerial walk way. Very informative animal shows. We spent the whole day and had a great time. Great for all ages.
The animals can be a bit aggressive when offering food. Don’t be surprised if your car has a couple scratches on your way out. Pick up carrots at Costco before visiting to save a bit of money.
Animals Parc you can feed the Animals from your car
It’s a good day trip as well as a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights & was so peaceful. Fed the deers & other animals with your hands- was an experience. Staying with the wolves & black bear.
What a disappointing experience. They should call it the deer park. It is the only thing you will see throughout the tour. It is super large in area but almost no animals can be seen. Besides, they let in so many people that the queue of cars is endless. The point comes that you just want to escape from there. It's my honest review. If you want to see deers everywhere, go ahead! Go. The rest is boring
We visited while it was pouring rain but the animals more than made up for the terrible weather. The little doe and caribou are so adorable and they come close to let you feed them! The wolf enclosure felt a little small for how many wolves there were, and I hope they're able to have all the space they need to run and live. There are boar, bison roaming around, and all sorts of woodland creatures that really make this a super unique experience. Great for kids too and there's an educational radio station you can listen to while you drive through. Bring LOTS of carrots as these animals love a delicious carrot-y treat!
Parc Omega is NOT following Covid 19 protocols. While their website and voicemail states people are required to buy a time slot to control the amount of people are on the grounds, they are allowing anyone in. I purchased a 9:00am time slot (Tuesday July 21/20) slot and when I arrived, there was already 11 cars lined up ahead of me at 8:30am with no tickets! When I asked the attendant how is it I have the first time slot and there's all these people ahead of me, I was told it's because "some people don't have internet or some people don't have a credit card." Now I don't blame people for trying to get in, I have an issue with the fact that the place was packed, so packed I opted to leave after doing the car trail. In the past I would usually walk the trail, get some food and go see the wolves. Not this time. When I returned to the main entrance there were cars lined up all the way down the highway and bottlenecked three cars wide. So many cars in fact a Parc Omega employee was trying to control incoming traffic and had to have cars move to the side so I could squeeze out to leave. Because of their Covid 19 restrictions being blatantly ignored, people are being put at risk. They are violating restrictions imposed by the Government of Quebec which is those same restrictions that allowed them to get approval to re-open. I'd been there three times before, and I've already spoken to two other people who have had the same experience this week.
Enjoyed our day. Our kids age 4,9,12. Plenty of animals to feed. Great walking path to the farm. Restaurant had great burgers and twisty fries. Will visit again in the future.
Amazing Park and very well maintained, extremely fun for a family day out. The park is very peaceful and is a great place to escape the city life for a while.
What an amazing place to feel the nature! Unfortunately didn't see any of buffalo, red fox or moose. But had fun feeding elks with carrots! You can spend the whole day out there, 3 hours flew like 15 minutes! Would be back there for more positive emotions!
I was tempted to go but then I checked the ticket fees. This is insane. With taxes expect around $40/adult and $30/child. Do the maths for 2 adults with 2 teenagers, well over $100. I understand the animals need care and food, but such pricing is shocking to me. A max $50/vehicle would have been much more reasonable.
One of the largest guided safary park in Quebec area with a big variety of North continental animals that are pretty comfortable to leave in their usual atmosphere. All animals are used with people and you can feel how wild wolf can smile to you as he like understands the Show. Great fun informative experience for kids of all ages and even a lot of emotions for people that know just city life. Recommended at least one a year..
Nice park Have a lot of deers ???? You should feed the deer’s with carrots ???? Not much other animals
This is a fun ride! You have the chance to feed the wapitis ????????if you don't mind the drool lol. The bison are very cool to see as well.
Amazing experience at this very unique park! Best part was feeding the deer and having them come up to your window, first time interacting so closely with large wildlife! Wild boar and deer roam around the park freely, so be sure to save some carrots for the deer who was at the end stages of the car tour trail! This park is so much more ethical than other zoos. At Omega, the animals roam around in their habitat, they have much more space and have other animals to interact with. Would 100% recommend going, especially if you're driving from Ottawa to Montreal-- this place was the perfect place to rest from driving and having an awesome experience!
If you're looking for a good mix of the safari type drive among the deers, bisons, etc., farm activities, hiking and kids playgrounds - you're in for a treat. The place is nice, open and allows you to also hike, not just drive (i.e. to the farm or the first nation lake/trail.)The poutine is also recommended :) Not too bad for a non restaurant establishment.
Better than a zoo where animals are caged. At parc Omega, humans are caged and animals roam free. Summer or winter, good place to visit with family and spend a day with nature.
This place is awesome, for adults and especially for kids! During winter you can see bears. I had a lot of fun there.
I go to Parc Omega once a year and this year it was my first time going in the winter time. If you’re looking to do something fun during these Covid times, I highly suggest you visit this place.
Kids had TONS of fun. Very good structure, all clean, great little walks and watching animals. Bring your own carrots, and bring at least two 3lbs packs per person
Amazing place and great experience. Make sure to bring a bunch of carrots!
Great experience, if you don’t want scratch or other damage on your car, avoid these male deer with antlers especially at the entrance, they all move around there so they can get feed. Other than that, you are good to go, cause it’s winter the buffalo all stay together instead move around!
Beautiful Parc and huge, I’m surprised that Animals weren’t around. Only Black small Little cute Pigs ! And Gazelles !!! I was waiting to see other animals around .???????????? The park looks really empty in the afternoon or could be because of the ???? cold , i feel bad it’s to cold for the animals to walk around! Maybe park omega administration should mention that to visitors . I consider the fees of 35$/ for one hour contribution to the animal, I hope they can get good support and good care . ✌️
I love visiting this place in the fall and winter seasons, kids enjoyed every minute of it ????. It can get a bit crowded in the summer, even with animals around gridlock is not fun lol. If you're going, I'd recommend bringing at least 3 bags of carrots, pre-cut into thirds. A note for the owners: maybe you consider putting a sign or something by the front gate encouraging people to move forward so everyone can get through? We were stuck there for like 20 minutes yesterday because people kept blocking the entrance, wanting to feed the very first deer they came across. Help people understand that there are kilometers and kilometers of hungry animals that can be fed, not just the first ones lol. But anyways, once we got in, it was a great time, thanks ????
What an amazing day. Although it was very very busy and some people in their cars were idiots, we still managed to have a really spectacular day! Best birthday ever ❤️ Can't wait til the spring and summer to go back and walk the trails.
Amazing place for a family outing. The drive inside the park is about 15 km and it would take about 2 hours. Animals will come towards the vehicle. Make sure you carry a lot of carrots. You can buy them at the park too as they are not so expensive. You will easily exhaust 4-5 bags of carrots make sure you are packing. Trust me!. There is a wolf show at 12, 2 and 3pm. Other animals which you would see are Artic fox, Bison, turrkey, Boar, wolf, bears, mountain goat.
Just STUNNING !! Its a Beautiful place
Amazing experience, definitely buy more than 2 bags of carrots, a lot. Of hungry animals here
I most definitely recommend everyone to visit! I was worried that there would be a lack of animals, but there are animals everywhere. One major recommendation I make to people are bring a camera that has a good telephoto lens. The Elk and deer will be right up to your vehicles and person, but the wolves, bears and foxes are usually much further away and a good telephoto zoom lens is the best way to get the photos.
Visited Summer 2020. Fantastic park with wildlife. Drive-through safari. Also, an opportunity to disembark from your vehicle to do trails, petting zoo, and other features. Fun opportunity to feed the animals carrots from your car. Sometimes the deer/elk would place their heads into your car, which was fun/scary. Make sure to tune-in to the radio commentary to the radio station provided for an in depth commentary of the park. Would visit again! Personally, found this park more extensive and entertaining than the African Lion Safari in Hamilton, ON. p.s. There is also an option to the do the 'Wolf Cabins' where you can sleep overnight in a cabin surround by several wolves! Didn't get a chance to do this because it was all booked out! Will be back, hopefully! :)
Well maintained, organized, and really cool experience for family and kids.. Feeding the animals was a touching experience with a beautiful forest view, staff were available across the park to make sure the rules are followed,a 45 minutes drive from Cumberland-ottawa and reminded me of jurrasic park and wild animal safari..safe and lovely.
fun for the whole family! we spent around 4h in the park. tip:if you are bringing bags of carottes - cut your carottes in halves (lengthwise) -easier for animals to eat!
Amazing experience to view the wild life in natural habibat. Make sure you get your bag of carrots
What a nice relaxing place to go with all ages!! I went with my father and daughter and everyone enjoyed every second of it, they have there a very nice parc for kids, takes at least 20-25 minutes to go around real fast the whole trail, and for a slow ride there's no end, you can spend the whole day there, (you have to be a nature loving kind of person of course) one thing though, to feed the animals, it is best to buy at home because it costs a fortune there, Enjoy!
Kids love it. It's good place to visit during cold winter days since yiu can just drive slowly and stay in the car
Website doesn't state anything about covid 19 measures. Since everything is outside and nothing is stated on their website or on the tickets I purchased I assumed a vaccine passport wasn't required. After driving an hour we were denied entry and refused a refund. Staff were super rude and aggressive. The older gentleman was banging on our windows yelling when we refused to leave without the refund. I've probably come here 10+ times in the past and have always loved it - will never support them again.
Great experience! Beautiful grounds. The animals are very approachable and all seem to be in good health. The park makes a point of keeping them free to roam their natural habitats, and it’s great to see them that way.
Such a great place to bring the kids or the kid at heart. Many people brought food for picnics, which I recommend for families. For those who don't want the hassel they also have a new restaurant on site! Highly enjoyed the trip! Also, just a note, please only feed the animals that they allow, and only carrots. The other animals should not be fed other food, and we want to make sure that they stay healthy to lead long healthy lives for others to enjoy.
Parc Omega is a fantastic way to spend the day and I do so almost every year for my birthday. Pack a lunch, sit by the water, enjoy the sounds of nature and the variety of animals. Tip: rent the caged golf cart so there's no risk to your vehicle.
An unforgettable experience. Loved the place.
If you want to see animals from Canada in their real habitat, this is a must-see. There is not much publicity because they want to keep it quiet and nice for the animals, but the experience is really nice. You can feed deers, see hunting birds and meet a whole wolf pack.
As a family we enjoyed this park very much. One day is not enough to do all the activities it offers, we were able to do just the car safari and it was great!
Great park to spend the day with family & friends. Watching the animal super closely & feeding them carrots was an amazing experience. We saw, all kinds of deers, wild boar, artic fox, bison, moose, wolves and elks, we didn't see the bears because they were hibernating, for a winter day the place was pack. But we were able to enjoy and take awesome pictures. This place is a most visit.
So much fun! Reasonable price for the amazing animals. They're all so friendly, I'm looking forward to going back.
A drive-though zoo. You can drive around in the zoo and see many different kind of animals during the day. They also have other shows during evening time. Two bags of carrots can be prepared before arrival to feeding animals. It is recommended to have the zoo map of the park for the best browsing order. You can adjust the car radio to the specified frequency to listen to the stories of parks and animals. Prepare some 25 cent coins and disposable cups to feed fish by the lake in area 4. It's a great zoo. We have gained a lot of happiness there. Strongly recommend!
Great place for everyone, the park is really beautiful, lots of animals, very friendly. It’s really fun to feed them carrot; you can bring your own also
It was my first time to be here and I found it amazing adorable place you need to visit more than once.
Very well kept park. Animals are in great health. Watching the wolves was the highlight for us. Expect a 3-4 hour day there maybe longer if you rent the golf carts. Please do yourselves a favor and buy your carrots or veggies before you visit as they are expensive. There is also a great picnic area.
Beautiful place to go see different animals and very educational as well. You basically drive around the parc to see the animals, some are on the streets (specially the deers) waiting for you to feed them carrots, so don’t forget to buy carrots before you start driving around the parc. Also don’t give all the carrots to the first deers you see on the entrance because theres a lot more along the way.
If you love animals this place is for you! You drive in your car pretty much through the whole Park and feed/look at the different deer, Buffalo, wolves etc.The deer were not aggressive and took the carrots gently. If your worried about your car just use common sense and don't feed the deer with the big antlers and listen when they say DONT FEED THE BUFFALO! They have a nice place to get out and walk, use bathrooms and see a Wolf show. We saw 5wk old baby Wolf cubs when we went. We arrived at 10:30 and stayed till 4. Brought 12lbs of carrots and feed probably 75% of animals we came across. Also BRING BUG SPRAY! Definitely will go back!
Awesome park didn't see any buffalo however the others were all there. (Side note, don't give out all ur carrots the entrance....you will have a gagillian other opportunities! And two carrot bags should be enough) Very big park plan for a full day and bring comfortable shoes if you want to walk! Enjoy and I definitely recommend it!
Always a nice visit, the animals seem comfortable and well cared for. Activities are informative. Driving is easy — go slowly and bring carrots — and there are also a few areas where you can park to stretch your legs, feed the fish, or walk a little. Worth the price, especially when you consider how the number and variety of animals they've in their refuge.
A beautiful park with opportunities to visit with awesome animals. You can see 3 types of wolves (gray, black, and arctic), turkeys, elk, deer, muskox, bison, and bears. I really recommend seeing one of the bilingual wolf shows-- they are really informative and you get to see the dynamics of the entire wolf pack.
Very nice Safari Park. You can see a variety of Canadian wildlife on a 12km self-drive safari. It is perfect for an activity with all family. During your safari, you might see deer, elk, bison, caribou and other animals roaming in their natural habitats. You can pick up a bag of carrots at the entrance so you can feed some of the curious animals that come right up to your car. It is a very fun activity. I highly recommend!
Loved the experience. Great for pictures when the place is not crowded. (Weekday during fall). I will go back during winter to enjoy a different scenery for sure. Only con : a bag of carrots should be included in the price.
Visited this place lasr March. Great "close encounter" experience with Canada' wildlife. Such a fun visit and see wild animals roaming around. Don't forget to bring some carrots to feed the animals. The entrance fee is quite on the pricey side, but, still a worthy place to be.
Get ready for a wild and beautiful time at park omega. More than just a drive with deer, you can go for hikes, feed fish, see wolves and birdshows. My advice if coming, be ready to spend the day, and bring lots and lots of carrots! Woukd strongly reccomend the wplf observatory and the aboriginal lake/hike(with trout pond, you can buy fish food at gift store and head over after?
A must go place for animal lovers. You get too see all kinds of deer, foxes, wolfs in their close to natural habitat. Keep in mind, that if you go in wintertime, the chances of seeing the various kinds of bears they have are not high. If you get carrots to feed the deer, make sure you budget your carrots as it is clear the deer you meet in the beginning are not as hungry as those further
I LOVE this place. It's beautiful, and the animals are amazing. When you arrive, you're greeted by the elk right at the gate. Those elk are the most aggressive wanting their treats right away. The park takes about 2-3 hours to see in its entirety. There are a few different places where you can get out of your car and walk around. There are deer that will come up and take carrots from your hands. The gift shop isn't over priced but the food vendors are. For 3 hot dogs and 3 bottles of water it cost us 32$ Bring lots of carrots! We went to giant tiger and got 5 bags for less than 2$ each. They sell carrots at the park for a little more but not bad. We stayed at the park that night and got tickets for the park online at the same time. This got us 2 days at the park. We stayed in a teepee and were given access to a private boardwalk over bears and wolves. It was incredible. The issue is that the bathrooms are far from the last teepees and it's an uphill walk... it was really hot the long. weekend so it was a struggle.
I go to Parc Omega once a year and this year it was my first time going in the winter time. If you’re looking to do something fun during these Covid times, I highly suggest you visit this place.
Nice family time. Kids enjoyed seeing the different animals up close. Suggest going early in the day to avoid line ups when people stop to feed the animals.
First time. The animals are gorgeous and the photo ops are fantastic. Don't get hustled by the first few deer! Keep your carrots for the whole trip. We had carrots apples, and celery. They ate it all.
Parc Omega is one of my favorite place. It's the perfect place for a one day trip with the family. Suitable for any age. We visited there 4 times and each time was a different experience. The night trail is very beautiful. I would highly recommend it.
Absolutely love this park. We rented a caged cart which is worth it not to risk our car not being scratched by animals. Of course, you can drive your own car (which most people do). Staff was friendly and told us we can pay at the end meaning that we don't have to decide to rent the cart for 3 hours or whole day. We ended by spending almost 6 hours in the park. Remember to bring bags of carrots (or you can buy it at the park) to feed the animals such as deer. The park was well run and maintained. Lots of animals to see and they are not in cages which is way better than any other zoos we visited. It's sad to see animals in small cages. Our son loves the overall experience and we will certainly go back.
Amazing place! ALL is great here: landscape, animals, food…
They have done alot a upgrades and it made for a great day. For reference we have a 7 and 11 year old. Renting a golf cart to take a spin the the farm was by far the highlight.
The park experience was very good. We couldn't get to see bears but otherwise it was excellent.
It was great to see the different types of the animals and to be able to feed them. Great place to take the kids.
Visited this place lasr March. Great "close encounter" experience with Canada' wildlife. Such a fun visit and see wild animals roaming around. Don't forget to bring some carrots to feed the animals. The entrance fee is quite on the pricey side, but, still a worthy place to be.
I would give this a 10/5 if I could. Low tourist traffic. Beautiful reserve. The first totem trail is a must do. Bring some quarters for fish food. Feeding the female elks can be thrilling at first. The gift shop and the second stop for walking is a great spot for picnic. Farm animals for the kiddos is a short walk from here. The wolf observatory is uniquely designed. Unfortunately by the time we got to them mid afternoon, they were all asleep. Fall colours was an added bonus. Dedicating a full day to visit and spend time here is highly recommended.
If you want to experience what it's like to be a Canadian Disney princess and be surrounded by animals you normally see on street signs then this is the place to go to. You will come out of this place with a smile! Guaranteed. Just bring your own carrots from the grocery store. Not the baby carrots but the big long ones. They charge double for the carrots inside. Although I don't feel bad paying more to support the park. Still had I known, I would have bought another bag from the grocery store. Bring a knife to chop up your carrots so the bigger fellas don't devour the entire carrot in one go. Highly recommended!
Omega au Nuit was amazing. I can't recommend it enough. Whoever the art director is did a phenomenal job.
Amazing place if you love animals! I go there to get great photos of different types of wildlife.
Amazing experience! As soon as you enter elk and deer are waiting for carrots. The drive around the park was great, lots to see and experience. The 2 walking areas also had a lot to experience. We also stayed at the wolf cabin and were pleasantly surprised. The cabins are very well maintained with the stove top, fridge, toaster over, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all the required pots/pans/plates. There is also a wood stove and a fire pit outside the cabin. Wood and kindling was also provided. All you need to do is bring some food and you’re good to go! The wolves were active and would come right up to the glass. We also had access to a boardwalk that took us by another wolf enclosure and bear enclosure. We were able to see the full family of bears in the mid morning.
Amazing. Deer, boars, caribou, moose, wolves, bears...bring lots of carrots, they will come right to your car windows. Prepare for drool.
It was such an AMAZING experience! My entire family loved it so much that we will be going back as often as we can!
Nice trip. We were able to see most of the animals. There's a spot to stop half way along the trail. It has a small restaurant there, and a gift shop. There is a large tent set up at this area as well with picnic tables under it, so you can bring lunch. There's also a small park for older kids (5+). The little farm, where kids can pet the animals is a 2 KM hike from this area(you can't drive to it). So have a stroller with you for your young kids. I think you can rent a golf cart possibly to get there...so we missed out on that. It's a bit silly to have a petting zoo be a 2 km walk away. Other than that the kids enjoyed the drive. We bought 2 bags of carrots, but could have easily went through 4. (They sell bags of carrots there for 3 dollars ish).
Great place to see many animals up close. Don't forget to bring a few kilos of carrots as the animals will flock around each car and stick their heads in from every open window to be fed with carrots :) it takes almost 3 hours to fully go around the park, including a break in the representative old Village. Some nice items in the souvenir Shop too. Bring snacks and drinks as the only market is in the Village and routes are one way so you can't reach there anytime you want to.
Overall experience was great! It’s a really fun activity. Only issue we had was waiting at the entrance for COVID passeport checking. It was so disorganized. Some lanes were going fast and ours was not moving at all. We may have lost at least 30 to 45 minutes in the car. But for the rest it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed it a lot! Pictures as a proof of our experiences ????
I love the natural habitats these animals live in. If they're fenced in, their enclosures are still very large for them to roam happily. Also bring a lot of carrots! We brought 3 large bags and it wasn't enough. The animals near the end of …
Everyone will love this park. Fresh air, beautiful animals up close, and my highly recommended night walk in the park is the best and will give you a great feeling of enjoyment. When you come here during the day, buy 3 or 4 bags of carrots from the grocery so the animals can come near your car so you can take a video or foto of the animals. Caribou, beaver, boar, dear, will eat your carrots. Bring a rag or small towel, and also some wet disinfectant towelettes with you in your car to wipe a bit of drool that may accidentally drop in your car or yourself from the animals. Watch out the mountain goats though as they might stand to reach out by the window of your vehicle. Some animals must not be fed like the wolves, Arctic fox, bear, some goose or ducks, vultures, and more. When you come here, choose the afternoon so your time for the 8:30 PM illuminated night walk is not too far apart. Visit the town of Montebello while waiting.
Very cool experience!
Great park for spending few hours drive through… kids will enjoy feeding the deer’s; take plenty of carrots - you will regret if you don’t; how much you take won’t be sufficient!!! Apparently they didn’t like corns, I had a few they just sniffed n walked away…lol; deers /reindeeers are the major attractions don’t have high hopes like the lion safaris.. then the rope bridge can be some fun activity too
This is a MUST. One of my favorites spots here in Quebec. You can see lots of dears, bears, moose and other animals. You feed them with carrots and you can even pet then a little bit. Very friendly environment and you can go all year long
Our family of four had a blast at parc omega! Our young kids will enjoy it even more in a year or two when they can go a full day without a nap. Bring LOTS of carrots - we went through 8 3lb bags
This place is an animal therapy day. You'll get out of there with a smile on your face.
A must visit place. You can experience (even have some direct contact) the amazing - Canada's own native wildlife. Even though, we have been to places like African Lion Safari etc., this was a whole new different world all together. Especially for kids, here they can learn and experience - touch them, pet them, feed them carrots (you may need to carry a few bags full) some genuine Canadian species. A highly recommend place for sure????????
Great visit...our annual routine. They have a new canteen serving poutine, etc. Kids shows three times a day. Ice-cream parlour in its own log structure. You can get bags of carrots for feeding at the visit centre at the parking lot for the same price as regular supermarkets!!! Expected more costly! Over ten flavours of SlushPuppy! There s also an on-site radio broadcast within the park. Watch for the FM channel number sign after paying for admission. Great broadcast of all kinds of information regarding the park's wildlife.
This park is a wonderful way to spend a warm summer’s day. It was explained to me as African Lion Safari but with North American animals, and I have to concur with that. Once you enter the park, you are free to spend as much or as little time inside as you wish. Even though we only had enough time to make two laps, we found that each lap let us see something different. The animals are all incredibly friendly and won’t hesitate to approach your vehicle. You will definitely want to have your camera handy throughout the park. Also, they have a radio station which has interesting information on the animals and park itself that you should check out. If you want to feed the animals, make sure to buy some carrots at the visitor centre first!
This is a great experience and opporunity to get close to animals while being safe. You can feed them veggies from your car and there is also a spot to walk around and you can get very close to the deer. Silly Uncle Jim Bob got out of the car and walked around on all fours pretending to be a deer. There are lots of cool animals to see and it's nice they are able to roam free! This is also a great activity for social distancing! Great for any weather!
What an amazing place to spend a day. See animals in their *nearly* natural habitat, up close. They come right up to the car looking for food. The staff is knowledgable and friendly.
A very lovely wonderful experience here! Since it was during Christmas holiday season and snowy day, there were lots of cars and driving surface was bad. However, the staffs acted right away to fix the road and shovel snow for drivers! At first, we were stuck in the first 500m route because cars were stopped to feed deers and wild boars, it got smoother afterwards. If you are lucky you should be able to witness most of the animals. Park is very well maintained, feeding deers with carrots (recommend you buy carrots before entering Parc) is a very unique experience! And you can drop by the visitor center at very end, spend time in souvenir store, restaurants and other amenities! There is also a wolf observation station there as well, make sure you don’t miss it! You can basically spend most of the day here and friendly for couples, family and friends visit!
Amazing Park and very well maintained, extremely fun for a family day out. The park is very peaceful and is a great place to escape the city life for a while.
Amazing! Be prepared for caribou slobber.:) We listened to the parc radio broadcast and it was fascinating to learn how the park came to be and the way the animals are managed. We will be back.
I absolutely love this place. I've been going almost yearly since I was 4, (so essentially 26 years) and I never get tired of it. Best part is bringing people who have never been hahaha It seems every year they have something new, whether it's a new enclosure, or different trail to walk. Definitely a great place to bring the young ones with lots of animals to check out. Just make sure you bring enough carrots!
This park is really worth it if you're staying in Ottawa or even Montreal. You go through a car track where there's lots of deers, boars and caribous just hanging around waiting for you to hand them a carrot which you can buy right after the entrance. There's also 3 kinds of wolves, coyotes and even black bears from which you can be quite close while staying in your car. It was really incredible!
Amazing place! If you are in the area and have kids, or just young at heart you MUST visit. Big tip, buy at least 10 bags of carrots because you'll want to give them out to all the animals, but you quickly run out.
What a place ! Wonderful opportunity for the entire family to get up n close with animals in the winter season , main attraction for kids is feeding the animals with carrots ????. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained restrooms.
As always, an awesome fun trip to the parc. There was a big crowd due to long weekend but that didn't dull the excitement and fun throughout the park. It's a place that you can enjoy year round in all seasons. Get lots of carrots, feed the animals generously and safely. Have a fun trip.
It was a nice 1 time thing , kids loved it but tbh I dont think the drive was worth it, to me anyways . The main reason we went was to see the wolves but having to stay in the car 25ft away from the enclosed fence you barely see them :/ to bad there wasn't a better viewing platform or something.
Very nice place, you can feed carrates to deers. Must visit place....
It's a whole day experience... Bring plenty of various as deer can't have enough.. Also comfortable shoes to take advantage of the trails... After October 1st it's colder so keep that in mind. It wasn't very crowded by mid October.. mobility can be a challenge, but even from your car or is a great trip.. only ,90 min from Ottawa
Such a great place for kids of all ages!! Animals look happy but not fearful. You can bring your own carrots to feed them.
A place to go to see Canadian semi wildlife. Lot and lot of animals to discover, pet and feed (you can buy a bag of carrot for 3$ at the information center). The staff is nice especially the one in charge of animals. The wolfs show is very cool. Little advise, watch out for your windows has some Mooses will not hesitate to lick your car until you gave them some carrots. Prepare yourself to get car jacked for you carrots ;)
Nice park Have a lot of deers ???? You should feed the deer’s with carrots ???? Not much other animals
Exceeded expectations in every way. Would definitely visit again with kids. Every thing is kept up well with so many little details thought through to make it a wonderful experience.
Nice park especially for Kids. parc is around 2-3 acres so huge. we got 5 bunch of carrots from Walmart and that was enough( if you have kids you might need more). Animals are friendly and know you have ????. lodging is really nice but expensive if you are a couple only and also gets booked up really fast. lodging with wolves was booked for this year. The trail is worth visiting. wolves observatory is good. there are picnic area where you can sit and eat your lunch or buy lunch. washroom available.
Very fun place, definitely worth it
To be able to drive amongst so many majestic creatures, and feed some of them, is nothing short of blessing and happiness. Best place for a family / romantic adventure!
This is the place for kids to find out about animals from Quebec (and a few other places). The excitement of feeding carrots to beautiful deer through the car window, seeing bison up close, and learning about wolves by watching the whole pack dynamic is priceless. The Tipi camping in the forest behind, with access to a boardwalk high above the wolf and bear enclosures allowed our kids to see a baby bear climb a tree. An unforgettable experience.
Great place to take the family! Being in nature and so close to the animals is really fun! Especially when they come up right to your car to eat the carrots. (Which you can purchase after entering the park). Pack a cooler full of food and drinks and stay the whole day. The caribou are super friendly. Definitely worth the hour drive.
The most amazing experience hanging out with the Wolf Pack in Omega Park!!! Book one of the amazing wolf cabins--you won't regret it! The facilities are brand new, rustic-chic and fully stocked--shower, kitchen, stovetop, minifridge. It's like staying at a really nice Air BnB... But with wolves! The wolves were super close to our cabin most of the night, and were not afraid to venture up to the windows... Especially when we were cooking! We went in January, on a full moon (but it was cloudy). The wolves were sleeping nearby, even though it rained most of the morning. They seemed to love the spotlights, too! So cool to wake up at 2am to wolves howling RIGHT THERE!!!! Worth every penny--I'm booking my next trip right away!!!
Amazing experience, highly recommend, beautiful animals and the scenery is very nice
Great experience for kids. Animal seem happy and healthy. Very friendly of you bring carrots.
Stayed overnight in the stilted house. Lots to do and see. Buy the carrots there to feed the elk, deer, etc, and support their efforts.
Great as usual! Bring lots of carrots to give out. They also have a little coffee shop at the entrance where you can get a quick beverage. They have a lot of porta potties. We have been going for a long time and will continue to do so. Strongly recommended.
My kids and I had an absolute blast. There was staff everywhere ensuring the animals were fed and people were following the rules. However, the food was extremely overpriced, we paid over 80$ for lunch and all we had were hot dogs and poutine. 5.25$ for a single, plain hot dog. Next time we will be packing out own lunches. One more thing that really bothered me was people were throwing rocks at the wolves on the observation deck! A mother was allowing her daughters to chuck rocks at these wolves, in which they all scrambled forward thinking it was food and even began to fight to get to it first. A couple wolves caught the rocks in their mouths, which could damage their teeth. There was no staff up there to intervene whatsoever. I had to leave before I intervened myself, wolves are my absolute favorite animals and I couldn't stand to see the locals harassing them. Other than this event, it was an overall incredible experience.
Very interesting place, fun for the whole family. Different animals and incredible staff made the experience very exciting even in this pandemic time.
Great animal park. Safari style from our car. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to the "wolf lady" explaining wolf psychology to us. Lots of nice animals in a few different natural habitats. Tip: buy more carrots... we only had one (first time there) and we feel bad for the animals we passed through without carrots. Great outdoor lunch area. And the wood carvings are amazing. Nice first Nation walk.
Really enjoyed the time in Parc Omega. Fun for all family. Enjoy a nice time feeding deers. The birds show was really nice as well as watching the wolves and bears.
Buy your own carrots at Walmart that's the cheapest place, the 3lb bags. If you're going to feed the goats just throw carrots to them don't feed them from your car/hand because they will get up on their back paws and put their front paws in the window and could scratch your car, not good.
Worth every penny. Very interactive. Animals are very well taken care of. Definitely a great place to visit. Fun for all ages.
We weren't sure what to expect but really enjoyed our visit. Initially we were a bit concerned with the cost as it is on the expensive side but at the end of our visit, we really thought this was value for money and our driving tour took over 2 hours. It's clear that the park offers different experiences in the winter compared to summer and so it would be worthwhile visiting in both seasons. In the winter, the Arctic Foxes and Wolves were out and about but forget seeing the bears (hibernating of course). Tip: come prepared with lots of carrots to feed the deer. They sell them on-site and they aren't too expensive but it's easy to get through more than 5 bags.
Amazing wildlife safari experience. Don't miss the arctic dog sledding. It closes by 4pm or so. Turn on 88.1fm for park's radio. Take lots of carrots with you...
Very beautiful park, a must go for the family anytime of the year.
Nice experience. I enjoyed my time with family. It's just too expensive for 90 minutes experience in the car.
What a wonderful safari park!! So well maintained. We enjoyed a full day at the park. Day time safari was amazing. Night walk was even more amazing. It was a magical experience. It is a must visit place for families. The radio service was so informative. Overall we are super happy that we visited the park
Had a blast with my daughter & granddaughters! We laughed so much while feeding the moose & deer while in the car. Its beautiful here. Great family fun!
A great place for the family. Easy to have a good time here. So many animals. Park is laid out nicely. Two of us went thru one in a half bags of carrots. Check out the pictures.
Visit this wonderland during fall, you will never regret it. They have lots of deer’s, American bison and wolves.
Better than a zoo where animals are caged. At parc Omega, humans are caged and animals roam free. Summer or winter, good place to visit with family and spend a day with nature.
3rd time in 5 years and always love this place. If you want to save money, bring your own lunch to picnic and get carrot from supermarket the day before coming.
We came on Christmas Eve and it was the best day ever. Cannot recommend it enough. Just make sure you pick up enough bags of carrots!
Nicer than last time I went in march (winter season) because there were more visible animals (ex: black bear, farm ones, etc)
So much fun! Reasonable price for the amazing animals. They're all so friendly, I'm looking forward to going back.
The night walk was amazing. The lighting and sound effects were awesome. Was a real treat to see the wolves near the end of the walk. They instituted just the right amount of covid precautions as well. Takes about an hour to walk the whole experience.
They have done alot a upgrades and it made for a great day. For reference we have a 7 and 11 year old. Renting a golf cart to take a spin the the farm was by far the highlight.
Beautiful place to go with the family after of lockdown. You enjoy nature.
Great place to the kids. Tree top trekking, feeding deer, watching the wolves, bores, bison, bears.
The English translation of the website didn't let us know that we could not have our dog with us. We are travelling from BC and paid online, but we're told we could not have a refund. We would have loved to see the park, but we're not allowed to go in. This should be written clearly on the website. No dogs allowed in your car!!! I'm okay with not being allowed in, but am unclear on why we didn't get a refund and no one will answer our emails
Beautiful drive through the park! Didn’t see Bisons when I passed through their section. Great place to visit overall
We initially thought it was just a car trail through the zoo. But it was way more.. A great place to visit with the family. All kids and adults would love to feed animals.. carrots is something you need! So pack a few bunch of carrots and you will find a lot of moose and deers all the way who will enjoy your carrots. You will also enjoy spotting other animals, fishes and bird. There are a lot of places to rest and enjoy a meal u pack or you can buy. There is also a beautiful bridge built across trees for walking.
As a family we enjoyed this park very much. One day is not enough to do all the activities it offers, we were able to do just the car safari and it was great!
What an amazing day!! Didn't imagine that a drive-through wildlife safari would be this much fun during winter. Loads of deers, wolves, reindeers etc to see. A must visit place. Don't forget to buy carrots from the visitor centre to feed these animals. We were there on Boxing day and it was busy because of that but it didn't matter much. We spent 3+ hours and we loved it.
We visit this place today with the kids, it was an amazing experience for the kids and for us as well There are a lot of different animals Must stop to the 11 station, there is an amazing Putin and also you can see the wolves Toilets were super clean
Had an amazing experience that too in December. Many of the animals are free roaming and will come up to the car and pose for some awesome pictures. Feeding the deer carrots was a cool experience. Your car will get muddy and there is a risk of lick stains covering your window, but nothing a good car wash can't fix. It's a bit pricey but definitely a unique experience.
I went here with my family and we had such a wonderful time seeing all the animals and feeding them carrots! Keep in mind there are certain animals that you should not feed! I saw people feeding bears which you should not ! But would love to come back here and explore the park in the night next summer!
We loved it! Great way to see super cute animals in their environment ???? Our 3 year old daughter loved it!
Went for the light trail walk at night and have also been to the park during the day, both are such a great trip! If you are looking for something memorable and beautiful check out park omega at night! So many amazing lighting setups to see we stayed near the end of the crowd to really walk slow and enjoy it all.
Amazing place and great experience. Make sure to bring a bunch of carrots!
This was an awesome day out. Pretty pricey but lots of fun. We did a winter visit and saw all of the animals (only caught a glimpse of the bear). The dog sledding was awesome, but expensive ($25 per person) and the line was long (over an hour wait). It's a shame you can't book the dog sled in advance so there were a lot of people who waited in line but were disappointed as they weren't able to buy a ticket. Would definitely like to come back in the summer to try out the walking tracks and other outdoor elements of the park.
Great place. It just so peaceful. Feeding the animals and seeing the nature. There is some great place in the parc. Great place to hangout with family or friends
Very fun, must go, but avoid going when it's winter, there are less animals to see.
I love this place. I've been 5 times. Once for every year. Amazing Canadian animals. They have a nice hiking trail. The deer to feed. The giant tipees. The big carved wooden eagle. Bring lots of carrots the gift shop is so cute too. The deer are really cute best to go when theres baby animals every where. The scenery and the trout lake is beautiful. U can feed them for 25cents. BRING 25 CENTS. Also groupon usually has a great discount off tickets during the winter time.
Terrific experiences at Parc Omega! Lots of fun & excited moments! Our family enjoyed the road trip & this new adventure very much! Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Don’t forget to buy a big bag of carrots to feed your favourite deers & moose.
Primarily a safari park to see wolf, deer, boar, black bear, bison up close. It's a drive through. Good guidance were provided. Can feed carrots to deers and elks!
Great visit, the animal are beautiful and the site is vast. There's a lot to be seen and it's really fun to fed carrots to animals (make sure to bring enough 10 lbs isn't enough) . Well worth the visit and I'll make sure to visit again in a very near future.
Great place for the kiddies! So many little activities all around the park to do you can speak a whole day there. You’re basically driving through the park passing by the wildlife, the animals are not shy and will come right up to your car and stick there head inside! There are pit stops along the way so you can get out of the car and walk around. There’s a sugar shack, farm, a small suspension bridge, a hiking trail and so much more. Definitely will be back to explore everything we missed.
Great full day outing for all ages! I was pleasantly surprised to see how much there is to do. There are lovely walking trails and a lot of outdoor activities. The drive around is a nice pace with lots of different animals to see and deer to feed. I would highly recommend cutting your carrots in half before going to make it easier for the deer to eat.
It's a wonderful experience, it's very emotional! The animals are very kind, and looks like they are happy and comfortable. The please is very clean, will oriented, very good employees! We had an amazing time!
One of good activities to do during the pandemic Visiting Parc Omega was a good experience of this summer. You stay in your vehicle the entire time, so you have no worries regarding COVID. The animals are beautiful and it is much better viewing aspect than seeing them caged in a zoo. This is a great experience for children and adults we had so much fun and laughs my 14 years old and 3 and 1 year old they loved it. The only down side was the animals get their hid inside the car and Slava and spit everywhere you must clean your car inside and out side after the visit. I highly recommend you put Parc Omega on you to do list especially if you have kids It was beyond amazing they have small shops for ice cream and others for food. Make sure you get your carrots with you :) lots of animals to feed.
Would have been 5 stars if they let bears climb in peoples car.
Wonderful day trip with kids.. bring ur own food and enjoy .. bring carrots to feed animals
I actually wasn't going to come with the rest of the family because I had a few other things to do, but I put them aside and dont regret it at all. This place is really fun and a really cool experience. It's similar to African Lion safari, but I actually enjoyed this more. The different types of deer and elk are everywhere and they love coming for carrots that are sold in the store (at a reasonable price) for $3. The price of entry is around $20/person, which may not seem cheap, but the size of the park is huge and we spent hours there, so definitly worth the money. The wolves are there too and can be seen at a viewing station. At times between 1-3 they all gather right at the glass and we even had a chance to feed them. It was really cool. The pigs and boars are also fond of carrots, and the white foxes are adorable. I really recommend coming, even if you're in the ottawa area, you can take the ferry in Orleans and it's only 35 minutes or so. A truly amazing place.
Bring as many carrots as you can, then buy an extra bag. This place is super cool though the line up to get in takes quite a while. Make sure to zip past the deer that bog everyone down at the start and head right into the woods, the animals are everywhere!
Had a great time. Not too many cars. Was able to take my time and see all the animals. The walking trails are not long but very nice. The guide at the wolf observatory was very knowledgeable. Remember to buy a Costco sized bag of carrots before you go!! And great tip... break them in three's.
Great day at Parc Omega! Fun for families and couples. The animals were closer than I expected and the trip to the old farm was well worth it. Absolutely beautiful place with friendly, helpful staff!
Unique experience. You get to feed animals carrots. They are very friendly and harmless. You see ducks, bears, wolves, deer, Caribou etc. If you choose to stay I recommend the wi- tents..very unique. We however planned last minute so only got tipis. It got quite cold at night. Early summer tipis might be good enough. If you stay the night you get access to a boardwalk area where you can see wolves and bears. You are allowed to feed these bears. Take your own food. Take extra for the bear if your staying there. We also experienced Omega by night. It was unique and worth the extra fee. If you book accommodation, you get discounts on both the day tickets as well as Omega by night. Your car won't get a scratched If u follow the rules. You will need to wash your car after though. Some animals slober over the windows when you try to feed them. Worth it though.
It was my second visit, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Loved seeing the animals close to their own habitat. Nice way to spend an afternoon. I wasn't impressed with the cars throwing carrots at the bears when they were explicitly told not to do so.
A great day trip. Lots of animals to see both from the car and along the walking trails. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was very fun to feed the animals and see so many different ones. Nice drive and nice walking on the sugar Shack path. We have to come back to explore this place in the summer and in the fall.
Bring as many carrots as you can, then buy an extra bag. This place is super cool though the line up to get in takes quite a while. Make sure to zip past the deer that bog everyone down at the start and head right into the woods, the animals are everywhere!
A picturesque corner of nature, a real paradise for free animals.
Its an interesting place to be if you like animals and they let you feed most of them.. but there isnt that many kinds of animals and its expensive, but still its fun!
I love the natural habitats these animals live in. If they're fenced in, their enclosures are still very large for them to roam happily. Also bring a lot of carrots! We brought 3 large bags and it wasn't enough. The animals near the end of the trail seemed hungry because most people have used up their carrots by then, so if you want to feed them, you need to pace yourself :P A lot of fun, even during winter with bears hibernating. I will be back for summer to see the bears!
Nice family spot for a day trip. Kids enjoyed themselves and the drive was nice enough. Not a zoo of exotic animals or anything. But still a fun place to visit
This was one of the greatest experiences we have had as a family. The genuine laughter and simple awe and greatness of the animals was truly memorable!
Great ride along park with Canadian wild animals and a small farm
Great experience for all folks young and old! It’s easy to navigate around the park because you’ll have a map and there are clear signs along the way. Among the ones we were able to see were caribou, wolves, boars and bears. You can buy carrots to feed some of the animals. Bathrooms were pretty clean too.
Everything was well organized. clean toilets, clear instructions and proper directions. Several coffee and food places onsite. Most importantly a fun place for family and kids. Bring carrots from home :)
Amazing! Be prepared for caribou slobber.:) We listened to the parc radio broadcast and it was fascinating to learn how the park came to be and the way the animals are managed. We will be back.
It was my first time to be here and I found it amazing adorable place you need to visit more than once.
Highly recommend this place to families. Children have lots of fun feeding the animals.
A very fun time for the family and neat souvenirs. Midway through the drive there is a stop with food, ice cream and some light shopping. Don't be afraid to use the portable toilets here, they were the cleanest I've ever experienced and have soap and water. Costco carrots will save you a decent amount of cash.
This place is amazing. My family and I had an amazing time here. It's so cool and cute that you can not enter the place without feeding the guard elks a carrot. Fond memories that I'll remember forever. Definitely coming back!
Even though we went in one of the coldest days it was still amazing! The fun will depend on how much you love animals and would enjoy feeding them, for me it was a fairytale of a day. …
Awesome place. Great to see animals in natural not man made zoo like environments. The drive through this place is incredibly fun for old and young. The deer and elk eat carrots right from your hands. Half way through you can stop and eat with deer around you, it's crazy. Carrots were less then 4$ a bag, plan on 3 bags for a fun time. You can buy food and ice cream, but most bring packed lunches. They have a small .7km walk trail or a shuttle to a little farm that you can play with goats as well as see other animals. If you can get there for when it opens, animals will be more active, if you get there around 11, by the time your half way through is 12ish, then you eat and have fun at the half point then continue on your drive through, the animals start to be less active. The exception is the wondering deer as they want your carrots.
Soo nice! The animals are well kept, so much fun for the kids to feed the animals carrots. Overall a unique nature experience!
3rd time in 5 years and always love this place. If you want to save money, bring your own lunch to picnic and get carrot from supermarket the day before coming.
Very nice open park. Most animals are let loose to roam around and to get real close to the cars. At first, most people can't help but smile nervously as they wonder if the animals like the elks and bisons are going to charge at their cars or crack their windshield with their horns. The little wolf pack show was interesting. Snack bars are very pricey though. Entry fee is kind of pricey too.
Amazing experience! I loved the farm. It was calming, well organized, and affordable. I would just warn people not to drive fast. A lady was speeding as if she was on the highway, and she could have easily hit an animal. I know it is not the parc's fault, but a warning to people before they head in would be nice.
Great place to go for a family trip not too far from the city. The animals are super friendly and present through out the parc. The road are well cleaned and there's a lot of space for the animals and the cars. If you go on a crowded day, the lift to the farm may take a while to get on, but walking is also a good option. Food is a bit expensive, but it is to be expected.
Reservation recommended
Expensive for a little family but it’s definitely a memorable experience for kids - they’ll love it. Unfortunately we didn’t see the moose’s, not sure why.
This was super fun the price was reasonable and kids loved feeding the animals. The carrots are available at the reception at a reasonable price so no need to stress if you forgot them.
Come here every year. Lots of animals, scenic drive, very clean and well maintained.
Highly recommend this place to families. Children have lots of fun feeding the animals.
Really great place for foreign tourists who want to see local Canadian animals in the (semi) wild. Best to stock up on carrots and feed them through your car door. Fun time for a family with children.
Our kids had a blast. One for the books definitely. Kids were exhausted with joy after the parc omega la nuit experience that they didn't the powerful howling of wolves near us while hubs and I am amazed with such intense sound of wilderness. We can't wait to go back! The staff were amazing. The amenities were very clean. La nuit experience for the win! We would like the WI-Tent next time :)
This was an amazing experience! Our group stayed overnight and everything was super clean - it was pretty amazing all I saw was a giant ant in the shower and no bugs indoors outside of that. (There are obviously flies and mosquitoes outside). Their common area for cooking is well equip as well. Go early to rent the carts if you don't want the animals scratching your car. We saw some goats hop up on people's windshields and on the roof of their cars. Remember to buy a lot of carrots! We brought around 20 lbs and it wasn't really enough for a day and a morning after.
Honestly one of the most fun experiences I've had! Only about an 1hr drive from downtown Ottawa. We bought carrots from Loblaws instead of at the Parc but they were still reasonably priced there. It was so much fun to have the animals come up to our cars and it was also fun to try and spot all the animals hiding in the foliage. Would definitely recommend giving yourself at least 2hrs to be able to take your time going through the Parc and getting your money's worth!
Great! Wow! Amazing! A must do if you have kids. You can spend the whole day here without getting bored. Make sure you bring lots of carrots!
Awesome interactive Natural Canadian park for the whole family. Absolutely love watching my kids feed the deers with low cost provided carrots. We enjoyed at the halfway point we can park and stretch our legs, grab a bite and even take a stroll to the farm animals.
Best place ever. Go there and enjoy while you are surrounded with the animals. Animals are very friendly over there until you feed them, lol. Must recommended place. Take plenty of time and go there
Had an amazing time. Our kids (4 and 6 years old) absolutely loved it. Many interactions feeding deer and some wild boar. Got to see grey and Arctic wolf, silver and Arctic fox, moose, deer, wild boar. Highly recommended!!!
We had such a fun time at Parc Omega. The animals went wild for carrots and would stick their heads right into our car. Watch out for animals with antlers as we left with more than a few new scratches on the paint! I highly recommend the birds of prey and the wolf shows.
Really unique animal park where you can feed the wild life. Path was accessible with simple 2wd cars (in May). Telephoto lens on a camera would be nice for pictures as you can't leave your vehicle in most areas. Carrots weren't grossly expensive in the gift shop - $3/2lb of carrots. Go early because the carrots sold out fast and the animals get full and become less interested.
Loved Parc Omega, bring your own large carrots to feed the animals. It was an enjoyable experience staying in your car the entire course to see the animals. Taking a break for a picnic with the family and resuming the ride was a great break from being locked down during pandemic.
Beautiful park with lots of great animals, mostly the ones living in Canada like deers, wolves, bears, Arctic Fox, bison, ... You can drive your own car and drive all around the park and see the animals. You can also feed the animals carrots and stuff. Great activity if you have kids. Not many food options though. Make sure you bring your own food if you don't want to eat hot dog, poutine, or cheap burger. Definitely recommend it and will go back.
Awesome experience to see and touch the park animals so close! Make sure to carry tons of carrots!
Great park, plan at least 4 hours to visit and walk around.. lots of stuff for kids, bring a picnic,
This was the first time we went to Parc Omega and it was fabulous! ???? The kids loved seeing and feeding the animals???????? It was really fun and we didn't expect to see so many! It's not a joke when our experienced friends who've already went told us to bring at least 20 lbs of carrots!! ???? Make sure to ration or they'll be gone before you know it ????????
Beautiful place , close contact with wild animal , nice experience
Honestly had one of the best times ever here! For someone from a big city it's a beautiful day with animals. You get to be in your car (so great for covid times) but also get to interact with animals. The narrated tape was very interesting.
Fabulous! The various types of deer really do come right up to your car - for us before we even got across the cattle grid! We’ll maintained, easy drive around (you can repeat a loop if you want). Loved it! Of and yes buy more carrots than you think you need - we did 4 bags for 2 adults and broke them into parts and just had enough ???? 100% worth the money! A special and memorable part of our Canada experience.
Omega park is located in between Ottawa and Montreal, super easy to access. The park is huge and you need to stay in the car all the time (except at the reception and at the lunch/wolf exhibition areas). You will find several animals along the way. Some will come to your car and you’ll be able to feed them! You can buy carrots at the reception, or you can bring from home.
Great for kids. But mind you it's pretty small. 1.5 is more than enough to go around. And there's not many species other than moose. Entry fee is quite high just to see bears, wolves, deer, geese and Moose moose and more moose. Definitely not worth to visit it second time
Anywhere I can feed and touch wild animals is awesome. My family and I went in the winter. I would definitely like to go back in the summer for a different experience. The animals are not afraid at all of humans and come right up to the window like they own the place. Lots of fun
This is a fun ride! You have the chance to feed the wapitis ????????if you don't mind the drool lol. The bison are very cool to see as well.
Beautiful place! We had a lot of fun! Unfortunately some people are disgusting- were throwing carrots at the animals just to hurt and to laugh????
Nice zoo park with a direct contact with Canadian animals in a wide wild area. Great to feed deers from the car or in the special zone, they are like "pets". A farm can be a nice stop too for city children to discover chicken is not only in a plate
I had a lot of fun! It is a great place to take children and is COVID friendly since you don't have to leave your car (though there is a place to go hiking too) bought a bag of carrots that I thought for sure I wasn't going to finish, but the deer further down from the starting point were a lot hungrier!
Parc Omega, was so much fun. You drive slowly around while the animals come right up to your car. We brought carrots with us to feed the the animals, and you may buy carrots at the restaurant and other stops through out the tour. At the halfway point, you can get out of your car and walk on the trails there is a souvenir shop and food kiosks along with washrooms. Covid19 protocols in effect. You can rent a golf cart to drive on a trail to the farm, where they have chickens goats, cows, and other animals to look at and feed. There are tractors to sit in for pictures, and a beautiful garden area to walk through. So many things to do and very well organized. Everyone was so helpful and very friendly. It is a great family adventure. We will go back to rent on of thier cabins that has a beautiful picture window to see the Wolves up close and personal during an evening stay. So don't miss out on the excitement and fun, book your rendezvous to go. Cheers!
Very incredible spot! Animals seem to be well cared for and the staff seem very happy with their roles. Here's a animal feeding hack: cut your carrots long but thin...the deer seem to have a much easier time eating the cut carrots over the whole ones. This will bring them to and keep them at your car longer.
My third time going here with my kids. Once we rented the gated golf cart, that was amazing. The kids especially loved it. I recommend you rent it in a warm day. Keeps the animals off the car and from getting damaged by accident from antlers. We went in winter, fall and summer. All seasons are amazing. Avoid weekends as it gets super busy and cars don't follow standard of staying to the right for petting and left to pass. So you end up wasting lots of time waiting for others to move. Note: being 2-3 bags of carrots. Don't give them away too fast! Later you have more animals.
More than just feeding deer, there is a lot more than meets the eye here with plenty of animals and nice nature walks as well. Can get quite busy in peak summer periods but worth the drive out if you are staying in nearby montebello
Awesome experience...one should go once a lifetime...i would go once a.month if I get chance..we got chance to feed animals...and atmosphere is very live..even we are our diner surrounded by deers by the.pond and.in.woods.
This place is awesome. Came here with the pit family and friends. Everyone had a good time. Feeding animals was very cool. Would come again.
The kids loved it! An amazing place!
Very cool experience!
Had never been but always heard about the place. My friends and I got a groupon earlier in the summer but we never got a chance to go until winter and it was an awesome time! It was definitely worth the visit seeing all the animals up close. Some of these animals I've only seen on TV and to see them up close and so magnificent it was quite an experience. The Bisons, Ibex and Mountain Goats as well as the Wolves Show were a highlight and I would highly recommend them. you can get bags of carrots at the location to feed the numerous four-legged animals double come to greet you in your car! I hope to be back the summertime as I think the experience will be different compared to the winter experience. I think that this park needs to be visited at different times of the year to be able to see the animals in the different seasons. Looking forward to be back real soon!
Amazing place to spend the day
My girlfriend and I went for the first time recently. Was a really fun experience watching elk stick their heads into my passenger window and trying to take carrots out of her hand. Lots of land and cool animals to look at. Would recommend about two bags of carrots to feed the animals minimum because the elk are smart and have spread out throughout the park to take careot taxes from you the whole time !
Amazing all around. The animals look well taken care of. Great day trip. We will be back for the evening tour.
I guess it was destiny pushing us to go to OMEGA Parc and the fact that the parc was in our way to Algonquinn. Fantastic beasts roam freely here and you can feed them as well (only females). Apparently males are aggresive????????. Must visit this place
Great ride along park with Canadian wild animals and a small farm
What a unique experience during winter time. I read reviews to bring lots of carrots, so we brought 2 bags and that wasn't even enough! So protip, bring 4 bags to last the whole loop.

Overall good.
There were so many animals to see and it was exciting for everyone. The best part was that we got to feed the deer that were all just roaming around. So fun!
Very fun, must go, but avoid going when it's winter, there are less animals to see.
I have visited many places but this one was nothing special. It was my first and obviously last time. I bought tickets for my family and myself. I paid about $150. They charged tickets per person which is not logical at all. It would have been more fair to charge a fixed rate per car. I have 4 kids, my wife and I. We were all in the Van. Was not convinced why would I pay tickets for every one to stay in the Car specially there is not much more to do. There was a farm in the same location but you have to park your car in a rest area and rent cart to go there which means more $ and one cart would not be enough. Any ways, this place was just boring in my opinion. Probably others might like it. But the ticket policy is just not logical. I hope they start considering charging per car instead of per person. It would not change a thing for me since I have been there and it is not a fun place for my family and I to go back since I have seen any other better places. Gave the rate of 3 to be little fair .
Wonderful concept of Canadian wild. The visitors can get very close to animals such as buffalos, wolfs, mooses or bears and even feed the less dangerous species from inside their cars. There's also a safe area with a lot of walking trails, natural playground and other activities. During our visit, we were almost the only visitors of the park and the views all around were beautiful.
AMAZING!!! You can see so many animals, basically like a safari, they look healhy and in their original habitat, with tons of space to live
Wow! First of all, I must mention that we have visited almost every local farm, Granby Zoo, Park Safari, you name it. This is by FAR the best family activity we’ve ever been to. The drive itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved feeding the deer and seeing the buffalos. Then, the farm was absolutely gorgeous with the big tree house structure that my kids adores and the garden. And even the trail to the farm was stunning. My kids loved watching the wolves and petting the deer around the food area. For the parents, the best part was the suspension bridge activity. Wow!!! It was totally worth the 1h45 min drive and we will be back soon!!!
My second visit to Parc Omega was amazing like the first time I went. If you are thinking about going.. just do it!! All the deer come up to your car. Bring atleast 3 bags of carrots.
Kids love it every time. They have made a beautiful park and keep adding to it every year. Not your typical zoo, no cages just fences to protect the animals. Open year round and it's fantastic in winter too.
The variety is incredible! Bring more carrots than you think you'll need. Animals are sweet, non aggressive and very friendly. Absolutely worth the drive.
Nice family spot for a day trip. Kids enjoyed themselves and the drive was nice enough. Not a zoo of exotic animals or anything. But still a fun place to visit
This is a wonderful place to visit. Yes a bit expensive to enter, but you'll not regret it at all one you experience everything the park has to offer!! Excellent for amateur to professional photographers alike. The free roaming animals are gentle and amusing to watch. The ones who are in enclosures are well cared for and in areas that are natural and huge!! It's beautiful to see that the a lot of their profits go right back into the park as opposed to so many "zoos" around. The animals seen happy, content, well cared for and comfortable. They aren't in unnatural enclosures. They do everything to make it as natural for them as possible and the animals aren't forced to handle a whole bunch of people right in front of them. They are left to live as they should. Highly recommended!!
Good for kids. Felt not worth. The park mainly had deers, few wolves, and bears.
The wolf cabins are amazing. So great to be so close to them all night. Like the rest of the park they are a bit expensive though. Definitely could have done with a bit more firewood (there was only about a dozen logs included in the price for the nights stay. The rest of the park is fun. Lots of animals to see but it's mainly a drive around in car type of place. Bring a big bag of carrots with you and watch out for the mountain goats jumping on your car!
Nice place to put yourself at the same level with animals. Clean, safe and spacious for humans and animals
Excellent! Lots of animals in a nice open and clean environment. We go here every year. A must visit
Excellent place for children, they can feed caribou and deers by hands right from their seats in the car. Lots of playgrounds and activities for children 5 to 15. Excellent place to spend the afternoon during sunny days. Highly recommended.
It's Canadian Jurassic Park! Parc Omega is my favourite place on the planet. Being able to see caribou and wolves and all kinds of Canadian wildlife is so wonderful and unique. I buy 10 bags of carrots every time and I have no regrets! The staff is also lovely and knowledgeable. It would be my dream to work here and help all the animals!
Absolutely wonderful place. I was amazed with the animal coming to the car for us to feed them. So used to be surrounded with human and vehicles. The looked in shape and a well maintained parc. Minor disappointment was the food is very expensive. $5 for a hotdog. Next time will bring our own food and enjoy it in the picnic area.
Great way to safely spend a few hours with some animals you dont always get to (or want to) see on a daily basis! Winter is fun but Summer is the best time to come visit as some of the animals arent available. Slowly becoming too expensive but I just cant say no!
Almost animals have been not wandered. Beautiful landscape but traffic jam inside the park.
My second visit to Parc Omega was amazing like the first time I went. If you are thinking about going.. just do it!! All the deer come up to your car. Bring atleast 3 bags of carrots.
Amazing experience with so much to see and do. I suggest taking carrots or buying some at the entrance, you can feed them to some of the animals that come up to your car. My 1 year old enjoyed feeding deers and elks. They also have a rest area where ice skating is available.
Great place to go out to with kids especially during these times, lots of animals to see and feed.
Amazing place! So many deers to feed with carrots! Spacious woods and hills for wildlife, beautiful wooden cabins of gift shops, Cafe. Kids were pleased! Buy 3-4 bags of carrots at the beginning! 2 weren't enough for first kilometer????
Two couples and three kids spent the night in one of the bigger chalets (the two bedroom on stilts). Beautiful spot, well constructed, was fun to be in the open area while the rain poured down around us. Great amenities.
Amazing park for family fun. Animal feeding, golf car ride and animal farm visits are awesome. Other activities in the park are equally good. Highly recommend for families with kids. Washrooms are super clean and stylish.
Great place to experience northern animals,u stay in ur car and drive around, feeding animals from ur car window is amazing for kids.
Very nice place. You can feed the deer in the park, 100% recommended!
Took the kids here for the first time last week. They loved it and so did us adults. Seeing the animals up close, feeding them, but still in a somewhat natural habitat is such a treat. While we didn't use it, their playground, restaurant and boutique looked really nice, too. This is a great family activity. We'll return.
It’s a special zoo. Parc omega allow you and your kids to feed animals by yourselves. You could either buy carrots from Costco which is the cheapest way or buy from the park. There is one area allowing you get off your cars to have a short hike. We have been there twice and every time we enjoy a lot.
Highly recommend lots of beautiful wildlife !!
It is a very beautiful place for animals, but it is also not a habitat for them, some are in cages, they should not be in cages they should be outside the park in their natural habitat
When i was told about this place i couldn‘t believe it and had to experience it myself! And it was definitely worth the 3h drive from Kingston. It was amazing and seeing some of these animals so close and even getting the chance of petting them was truly mind-blowing!
Awesome experience...one should go once a lifetime...i would go once a.month if I get chance..we got chance to feed animals...and atmosphere is very live..even we are our diner surrounded by deers by the.pond and.in.woods.
Loved it, such beautiful animals and open space...well done????
As always, an awesome fun trip to the parc. There was a big crowd due to long weekend but that didn't dull the excitement and fun throughout the park. It's a place that you can enjoy year round in all seasons. Get lots of carrots, feed the animals generously and safely. Have a fun trip.
Wonderful experience. My friends that don’t like animals couldn’t resist feeding the elk carrots.
If your kids, or you, love animals. This is amazing. Similar to African Lion Safari, where you drive around, but animals are in much better condition and layout is fantastic. Without monkeys wrecking you car. Elk roam wild and will stop your car looking for carrots. Make sure to bring 15 to 20 lbs (I know it sounds like alot but you will need them) or you can purchase bags in the store at the beginning. Minimum of 3 bags recommended. I can't say enough good things. It will take 2 to 3 hours to get through the park.
We have young kids, 9, 5 and 3 and they all had a great time. People were friendly and courteous and followed Covid19 guidelines, wearing masks and trying to keep 2m distance. Site was generally clean and the atmosphere was very good.
Kids friendly ;) we spend four hours walking around and browsing plus car tour around the territory. Take warm cloth and be prepared to stay the whole day in the parc.Terrific nature. Have the carrots offered with you.
This is one of the places you never get bored of. I definitely recommend this place. The park is well maintained and they even got a radio station you can get on amd hear all about the park. Its soo beautiful to see the animals up close. You can aslo rent golf karts and there is a trail you follow insid3 the woods that takes you to a different part of the park and all you see is deer around you. The prices are reasonable for everything.
Happen to be in the area, unplanned, surprised, perfect way to be close to nature on the rainy day!! Amazing animal park to take kids, families or on your own! Get lots of carrots from the visitor center on your way in, it didn’t take much time to feed all the cute & hungry animals.
SO MUCH FUN!! Oh my goodness we had an absolute blast with all the deer and feeding them carrots. So much cracking up! We got our tickets on groupon which I think was a great value. Also loved driving around and able to see a bunch of other wildlife: highlights were the artic foxes and (very active) bears
This is even better in winter! The animals are easier to see and definitely come for carrots (don't feed the wolfs, bears or bison), just get the bags from your local grocery so they are cheaper. Bring binoculars as well in case you can spot some farther away. Great for the kids and even just anyone out of town who wants an experience to remember!
Great experience, huge fun, wolves are magical. Highly recommended. Wolf chalet was modern and comfortable. Great family fun.
Amazing place to spend the day
Good place to visit with family .kids enjoy feeding deer. Nice and clean atmosphere.
Spent the day with my family and also stayed overnight at the camping area. We all enjoy very much the experience, the cabin was beautiful and the opportunity to be so close of the animals was one of a kind. My only complaint would be that the camping area is too close to the highway that you can listen to the trucks at night, unfortunate when you have the opportunity of being immerse at the woods.
Perfect place to spend the afternoon. Went with two children aged five and seven. They had a blast feeding all the animals that will walk up to your window. We got out and walked to the wolf and closure and then grab some ice cream on the way out
One of the Best experience. Will visit again soon. Once in Picnic area start with Wolf Observatory n finish at Farm. Rent a Golf cart for farm. Start at 10 am n stay till 5 or 6 pm . ITS AMAZING.Carry at least 8 bags of carrots from Walmart. Souvenir shop is Great n Ice cream is very good, Less sugar n dense milk flavour. Full day picnic.
This park is a drive-through experience, visitors stay in their cars and drive through the park on a winding trail. They also offer three walking trails, playgrounds and the complete experience takes about two to three hours. Bags of carrots can be purchased at the visitors center at the start of the tour; these are fed to "safe" animals throughout the tour, which comes up to a visitor's car for treats it is awesome
Fun activity with kids, they get to feed some animals, make sure to buy enough carrots.
Really enjoyed this place, a definite must see if you ever go visit Montebello Quebec
Oh we had a great great day. All the animals were out! Beautiful weather. Get gas before you enter just in case. You'll have a blast!
My family and I had such a great time here! I’ve been to several of these drive-through zoos and this was by far the best! The park is BEAUTIFUL, and there were so many active native animals to see, not to mention everything there is to do in the picnic area! My only regret is that we had an entire day to spend here!
We had a perfect day! It's beautiful there even in winter! I loved the dog sledding experience but found it way way way overpriced !!! That is my only negative review. 25$ each plus tax so 60$ for 2 people for a 10mins ride is astronomical ???? it should be free or at a minimum 5$ per person as an add on..going to Parc Omega is a great family experience. However financially it can cost easily for a family of 4 200-300$. Gas from Montreal and back, tickets for 4 adults, buying carrots and apples for the animals, dog sledding, food and drinks, gift shop... ???? $$$$ it adds up!
Very good experience.. open every day around the year.. we went in April everything was perfect but one problem that there was lots of mud everywhere so it's better to wear boots if you are going in that time.. The animals were very friendly.. your car will be dirty in the end of the journey because of the animals around. It is a must to go with children. Visit the cabane a Sucre, it's very traditional. Suggest to go in summer and in fall to see and enjoy more the beautiful nature Respect the animals and follow the rules to have a great day.
Great experience. Everyone had a blast.
Good park with its main attratction is being able to feed the deer and similar animals qnd get close to them are they are very accostimed to people. There are other animals as well such as bears, arctic foxes etc. I was under the impression some animals were probably medicated as they were too passive for qhat I expected which makes me sad. Sometimes there’s too many cars. The animals have a wide open area to live but I wonder if it’s enough for them... 4 points for it being a zoo focused on the animals and not the people and not having animals in cages etc, and for the experience to be able to feed the little deer and them being happy when fed carrots.
Amazing place if you love animals! I go there to get great photos of different types of wildlife.
Really nice drive thru experience - Convenient, washroom facilities were clean, good to keep the kids engaged for a day - will visit again for sure
Parc Omega is a great place to go to see animals. They love eating carrots so bring them along with you before coming to the park. Go for a walk on one of the trails and see if you can find the Iron Moose!
Loved it, such beautiful animals and open space...well done????
It was a great experience visiting there. Giving it only 2 stars to warn those drivers who wouldn’t know their car could be scratched. Wish we would have known that our car can get scratched. We didn’t and our car got scratched by an animal there today. If you don’t have a carrot left, don’t pull over to watch them, they are waiting to be fed but if they don’t, they try to get through window and this might damage your car. Be careful.
This place is a lot of fun! You drive around the park in your own car and the various animals walk around and come right up to your car. You can feed them carrots too! You can buy carrots at the park but just bring your own bag of carrots in to save some cash. You can circle around the driving portion of the park as many times as you want, and get off at various places to hike on some of the trails. There's a few food establishments there, but you're free to bring your own lunch in the park too which is great. At various hours there's shows like wolf feedings that are a treat to watch. You can easily spend a whole day here, so it's well worth the money.
It is very nice to share with the family. I loved it, it was wonderful to feed the animals
One of the best experience you can get out of Quebec or Canada in General. The animals are really trained to come to your car. (Sometimes) gets to crowded as they try to get your carrots. :) Came here during fall and they was snow flurries at night. It was perfect! We went during weekdays on Covid 19 Situation so there are less people and more time for you to enjoying your time with the Animals! Highly recommended and we will surely be back for more.
A really good place to spend a day at. You get to see variety of animals and the surroundings are beautiful too.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Seeing the animals up close is amazing. Bring plenty of carrots with you for feeding the deer. There is also a lovely picnic spot and playground as well as a hay ride and several shows where you get to learn more about the animals from park keepers. Excellent enjoyable day out.
It is always amazing to spend some time outdoors and enjoy time with nature and beautiful animals safely. You spend most of your time in your car and if you decide to get out of your car, masks are mandatory, but they have lovely trails for snowshoeing. Everyone loved giving carrots to the animals and petting the buffaloes. Highly recommended family activity.
Great Park, kids love it
A little paradise, super friendly animals, kind staff, clean area and easily navigable. I would definitely recommend renting the mini carts at the far end of the park to go for an hour-long ride in the mini forest. The path also leads to the farm which was cute. May, 2021, it was 23$ for one cart. Expect a whole lot of animal saliva and fur on and in your car ???? Get a lot of carrots! They also sell it at their boutique. I would recommend 2 bags per person if you want to feed a lot of animals. Also, there are still deer and boar towards the end, keep some for them too :)
One of the best parks to visit with family and kids. Nicely maintained park with friendly animals. Bravo!
At first I wasn't sure about this place. But in the end I loved it. Kids had so much fun at the farm and we were able to see lots of animals during the car ride but also while walking to the farm which is about 10 min walk from. The parking. A great day overall.
Visited on
It was really a great experience. It was my first time visiting a drive through zoo and to arc omega really made it special and worthwhile. We were lucky enough to to see pretty much every animal in the park. I would highly recommend this park to anyone.
Phenomenal experience. The park itself is a wonderful place and although it looks like a maze, but driving and exploring makes it enjoyable. The place also has gift shop and a coffee shop which can refresh and boost up your energy for more adventures. The beautiful animals in specific sections are always a wonder to see and it's fun and very engaging when we feed them with the carrots (which you can buy here). I only wish there were more carrots in the bags but I'm just nitpicking now! Overall it's a very joyful ride and an experience you will never forget. Totally recommended.
Fun family activity. I would recommend bringing carrots with you when you go to feed the deer and elk. The highlight of the trip is certainly the herbivores coming up to the car.
Had a simply amazing time. Opens at 10, closed at 5. We did about 4 hours. Get a groupon if you can. I brought 7 lbs of carrots and it was enough but I got stingy towards the end. Loved the wolf show at 1pm!
Ever wanted to get close to an Elk? Or get a great view of a pack of Grey Wolves? Parc Omega is the place to do that. Drive in the comfort of your own car through a lush Canadian landscape, filled with typical Canadian animals, many of which will walk rightup to your car window to take a carrot from your hand. The carrots are available at the gift-shop before you enter the parc. Some fo the more dangerous animals like the wolves and the bears are behind fences, but still very close and easily visibe form your car. If you like nature photography, you'll get some fantastic pictures that you'd find very difficult to get in the wild. And don't forget to take the hike or the wagon ride to the old Log Farm, where you can interact closely with the animals and the kids can take a pony ride.
A great place for the family. Easy to have a good time here. So many animals. Park is laid out nicely. Two of us went thru one in a half bags of carrots. Check out the pictures.
It was such an AMAZING experience! My entire family loved it so much that we will be going back as often as we can!
Great park, animals are chubby from all the food they get from visitors. It's clean and you can notice they still invest in improvements. You can get a better price at Groupon! So might worth checking it out before you buy them there.
A great day trip. Lots of animals to see both from the car and along the walking trails. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Omega Park has been growing and improving over the years. It was fun before but now it's a more diversified experience. I really enjoy stopping by the rest stop half way through and doing the walk (or ride) up to the farm and going on the tree walkways. The new first nations area is beautifully crafted. Went on a cloudy day 15C and all the animals were happy to be out and get fed.
It was truly beautiful and worth the trip. I highly recommend it! Keep in mind there are some inclines on the path and a few optional steps to see different expositions, so not ideal for wheelchair users. There are plenty of places to stop and sit though if your health is a bit more fragile, so it is tolerable at a slow pace. The staff is amazing as always, plenty of different areas. All in all, it's a fantastic outing for families, friends or lovers.
One of the best experiences in my life! I love animals and this park is amazing!
Amazing!! Get the carrots!! Pack a lunch, spend the day loved every minute of it.
Car trail was fun, kids had a fun time feeding various deer and boar from the car. Animals are not shy. Save money and bring your own bags of carrots, we had two, could have used a third. We skipped on the snack bar food as it was it pricey, but we grabbed drinks and enjoyed the live music for a few. There is also a tree top walk way and jungle gym our girls had fun with. Well worth admission price and we'd go back next year.
This park never ceases to amaze me. It is a perfect place for a family with kids with lots of ways to explore both wild and farm animals. The place has a lot of new additions to their existing amenities and excellent safety measures.
Good park, clean and very well maintained. Food, parking available on site. You can carry carrots to feed few of the animals. Kids will enjoy as well sitting area on site.
Great experience feeding deers with carrots ????. Overall it’s a good place to go for a day outing.
Nice pleasant experience.Enjoyable place
Really fun experience. About 1h-1h30 from MTL Definitely worth doing. Really nice as the animals come right up to your window. Just be aware that they can damage your car
The best place to visit in the Ottawa area. Feeding the animals is fun no matter your age. They sell carrots on site for a reasonable price and the wolf talk is worth seeing every time. I suggest seeing the birds of prey in the summer. It’s worth the drive!
Beautiful place to go with the family after of lockdown. You enjoy nature.
An excellent place to spend a day with the kids at. Most animals that get in your face are from the cow and pig families and salivate a lot, so prepare accordingly. You can see some wolves and bears and the occasional fox. A very cool treewalk is available too, and the putine is better than average. Will visit again.
Its an interesting place to be if you like animals and they let you feed most of them.. but there isnt that many kinds of animals and its expensive, but still its fun!
The whole gang had a great time at Parc Omega
Awesome experience. Tons of animals to see, walking trail had good spots for photos. Take lots of carrots!
We were luck to see most of the animals, and got to feed lots of deers
Parc Omega was wonderful! It is a amazing place to get Photography! So bring your kids. Or your photographer friends and enjoy the drive ????
The whole family loved it. So many deer! They were practically everywhere! Will go again for sure.
Was planning to go to Omega park today with my family as we love it there and have been many times. As I tried to book online, I noticed that as of September 1st, they require proof of vaccination otherwise we cannot visit the park. Nobody should support this and shame on them for enforcing this ridiculous mandate.
One of our favourite places to go!!! A definite must go place to see, great for the family or friends. We go multiple times a year , the animals are always there to great you and the staff is so pleasant. We love the fact you get to see animals close up and get to feed them!!!!! We recently just went for the night walk and it was spectacular. The lights, sounds and effects really make you feel like your in a magical land. Beautiful walk through the woods, make sure you have good walking shoes! The wolves are beautiful and getting to see them at night is a completely different experience than during the day. This is my husband and I favorite animals to see. Can’t wait to go back :)
I thought that we'd see the wolves once in a while, but it's non stop wolves. Playing, running and howling once in a while. Awesome place for the family 10/10
Nice place for family outing kids love and all the animals are very friendly. Totally new experiences for kids and they felt close to nature.
It's a park/reservoir where you can go to see local fauna and feed (some of) the animals carrots that you buy in the premises. Almost the entire time you are to remain in your car but that's not a problem because the animals approach without fear. It was very good, and I would recomend whether you have kids or you are an adult who loves animals. You must go with time and patience, since you are to drive slowly and with care for the animals security. There are radio stations both in English and French which offer information throughout the ride. I very much recomend it!
This place is just amazing and worth just renting a car just for this. Wonderful just driving around seeing all the difference animals and then getting out and going to the talk about the wolves they have there. They were beautiful. Lots of bits to do and would also be great in the summer. You get to buy carrots for some of the animals which the kids seemed to loved but not us much as us!
This was one of the greatest experiences we have had as a family. The genuine laughter and simple awe and greatness of the animals was truly memorable!
Tons of family fun! Definitely worth the money! Make sure to bring or buy plenty of carrots. You'll have elk and deer slobber all over your car! Needed a car wash afterwards! The wolf exhibit is amazing, especially at feeding time. The birds of prey was also super cool! If you haven't been, it's a summer bucket list item!
Had a blast with my daughter & granddaughters! We laughed so much while feeding the moose & deer while in the car. Its beautiful here. Great family fun!
Great park with a wide variety of animals and a great day trip for family or friends to enjoy
Amazing park, feed animals, they will aproach your car looking for food but you feed them with carrots. Deers families are gentle, adorable and sociable. Bisons are huge and looks terrific up close, wolves and fox are beautiful.
Super great activity! You can really observe semi wild or wild animals. September is the mating season so loads od bellowing stags after 5pm!
Come here every year. Lots of animals, scenic drive, very clean and well maintained.
I would recommend going there on a weekday rather than a weekend. Less traffic and one enjoys more time with animals. Pick a cool day where animals will be more active and outside of their hideouts. Plan for around one and half hour of drive around the park to be able to see all animals. Plan an additional one and half hour if you want to enjoy other activities and shows.
Great experience overall. There were quite a few different animals to see and feed. One thing I would suggest is going during the week rather than a weekend. It would probably be less busy and better because it can get annoying to be stuck behind a long lineup of cars to see the animals.
Awesome ????place to visit this summer with Kids. It is approximately an hour and half Drive through Safari. It was a great fun to see the different animals in their natural habitat. Remember to buy packs of long carrots along to feed some of the animals. Some of the animals to look forward to are Bison, mountain goats,Reindeer with huge antlers,Bears,Wolf, Boar and many more. Picnic area is available, you will also find a sourviner shop.
Great place! My daughter was happy with this zoo. We had a good experience with a lot of animals.
We absolutely loved this beautiful park and the many animals. Everything was well run and it is a great, fun way to get up close to so many animals. We loved it!!
Great place .. we went in winter on a weekday, so was not busy, got to feed the deer carrots, saw the wolf feeding session at 1 pm.. great day out specially if you have kids.. or love animals
Very interesting experience. You will have a real fellowship with animals, they will come to you in your car and get some carrots, so make sure you buy as much carrots as you can, they love it. The kid love the experience, a different kind of way to come close to the nature. 4 ???? experience because they are not much kinds of animals like in some Zoo. That is something they can improve on.
As a family we enjoyed this park very much. One day is not enough to do all the activities it offers, we were able to do just the car safari and it was great!
Parc Omega is a safe place to visit if you stay and view the many animals in the safety of your car. It also offers a interactive experience were you can feed carrots to the various animals in the park from the safety of your car.
It was an amazing experience. Everything is clean, the staff is so nice. Free valet service is exactly what we needed because we had so much stuff to bring to the site 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were probably the noisiest there lol. The bathrooms were very clean and so were the showers. But the best part was the staff. What saddens me is that some people actually leave their site dirty and full of garbage. Even if they clean up after you please show some respect for our fragile Mother Earth. Madison thanks for taking our garbage bag for us.
Great experience. Deer come right up to you and the vehicle survived all the antlers. Seeing the wolves up close was really cool.
Always a fun time at Parc Omega! We’ve come here numerous times and we are always is awe being able to see the animals up close and feed them. My children have a great time and love feeding the animals carrots. It’s a large park and there is plenty to see and do. It’s not a far drive from Ottawa either. I would recommend buying a lot of carrots- the animals love eating and everyone loves feeding them. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit on and enjoy when the weather is nice.
Must visit park, kids will enjoy lot. U can pat the animals. Very neatly maintained.
Really great experience! Me, my husband and my 3 years old loved it very much. We fed the deers and the goats with a lot of carrots (3 bags!!!) So be prepared ???? Also the boars preferred apples ???? The only bummer was that the goats that jumped on the side and on top of our car scratch the color a little bit.
Absolutely love this place! Make sure to safe some carrots for end. My first time I gave away all my carrots at the entrance (rookie mistake)
This is a must see for all ages! Be sure to bring carrots...bring more than you think you will need. We went through 40lbs our last visit. They sell them on site but we usually visit Walmart. We rented a cart to head to the old farm, this was a first for us, we have been 5 or 6 times and worth the $23. There’s a $5 coupon on the Quebec Tourism site and with COVID you prepay online, it’s very convenient. The animals are happy and roaming, the grounds are well cared for and staff are helpful. Did I mention the shops, they are reasonably priced with quality items for all ages. Don’t miss this great destination for a day or camp at one of the cottages there overnight!
Amazing experience, it’s the place to have fun with kids and family, you can feed animals and touch most of them also there are many shows to assist. I recommend this place for everyone.
This is a great place to bring the family, especially good in the winter. Arrive early (I suggest right at 10) to avoid being stuck being others. They have expanded their sugarbush offerings and it is excellent.
Was a great time my 1.5 year old had a blast so much to see such a cool experience
Amazing experience at night highly recommend!!!
It was a fun trip with my 5 and 3 year old. We brought a 10lb bag of carrots but with our little ones eagerness to feed the animals I think 20lbs would have been best. 10-15 for the ride in and 5-10 for the ride out would have been ideal.
Great activity for both kids and adults! I personally always wanted to see canadian wildlife in its own habitat. This is a great place to get up close to some beautiful animals and engage with them in a safe environment. Highly recommend it!
It is amazing place to go for fun. This is my 3rd time here and it was great trip. A lot if animals to see and feed. Grab your lunch with you cuz they have warm places to stay in and eat.
Lots of animals to see, places to walk around once you enter the park, a nice couple gift shops. The farm is lovely if you can walk there as well
It was a beautiful experience..the park is pretty massive and very well maintained..one can spot different varieties of deers, bisons, wolves, wild boars and bears..also allowed to feed carrots to the deers!
Really different experience compared to going to most zoo's. They have deer that freely walk around everywhere and you could feed them carrots all day long, the kids love it and so do the adults. Its mostly a driving trail for cars but there are a few locations when you could get out and walk around on some trails. They have dear, boars, geese, caribou, buffalo, fish, bears, wolves, chayote, and the nature there is amazingly well preserved. Beautiful. They also have a farm with plenty of other animals as well. Gift shops, ice cream, restaurant. The bathrooms and portapotties are constantly being cleaned as well. Check it out, it's worth it????
Good place to go to see animals in the winter.. Various kind of Reindeers, wolves, foxes etc
Great park for the kids! I recommend bringing more carrots then you think you would need
Great family friendly Canadian zoo with animals native to the region. There is not much variety in the animals there but the literal "hands on" experience makes up for it. Remember to bring lots of carrots!
Kids had fun feeding the deers, moose, elk, and all the other animals. And there were lots of animals that came to our car for carrots, some are friendly enough and not shy when we pet them. The place is really big where animals can roam around freely and the animals looked like they were well care for. The staff at the canteen, souvenir and sugar shack are nice and pleasant. Near or at the middle of the safari, there's a place to have food and the trails there are very nice for taking a hike, however if you go during the spring like we did, bring rain boots, hiking or winter boots as it's really muddy and there are animal poo everywhere, so running shoe just won't cut it. Overall its a great way to spend a Saturday at parc omega. Will be back again.
Nice place, fun for kids. They allow you to bring your own food and drinks. There is a nice store for souvenirs. Washrooms were nice.
Excellent! Lots of animals in a nice open and clean environment. We go here every year. A must visit
What a joy ride! Everything about this experience was just perfect. There are so many animals to look at. Love that they are in their own habitat. The fm channel was a great addition and the storytelling, sound suit the ride along. They also have amazing souvenirs. Cannot wait to be back.
Fun place to take the kids to if you're looking for something to do. The animal's habitat beats what you find at the zoo (not so sad looking) since they can roam around. I've been a couple of times and highly recommend you try to go during the calmer hours. When it gets busy, you tend to get stuck in gridlock while everyone stops to feed the animals.
Great place for kids, friendly staff and joyful atmosphere. Highly recommend it for a day trip or a stop on a road trip.
This is a lovely day trip for for families and animal lovers. Make sure your car has high enough clearance for some of the rougher sections of the road, and bring lots of carrots! (Don't feed carrots to the canines!)
Really cool to drive around and view some of our native animals. The facilities are well kept and clean. My biggest issue is the lack of information given on each animal. There's supposed to be a radio station but we tuned in a bunch of times and not once did the english one work. It would be cool to have a fact book available or even cooler would be an app where it tracks where you are and tells you what animals are in that area. Definitely worth the drive though, bring lots of carrots!!
Absolutely loved the Omega by night experience!! I was completely magical. We definitely will be back to stay at the cabins next year.
Today, we drove an hour and a half to get here with our children. We were told by the ticket inspector that the tickets were for the same day and had already been used. I felt very strange, because when I booked tickets online, there was no information on the ticket surface that it was a single ticket, and the Supervisor lady's attitude was very bad, like a robot. No matter what we said to her (no matter what we asked), we just repeated the same thing: "This is a used day ticket. You can't get into the park!" I considered the mood of the children on the bus and decided to buy a new ticket, only to be told that even now, I still need to make an appointment. We moved the car to the other side of the gate and tried for 15 minutes, but still couldn't connect to the Internet, during which time our kids kept asking when we could see animals... We are so disappointed! Very helpless! Can only choose to go home... The children were sad... Expecting the carrots to be fed to the deer... To be shut out like that... This is a sad Sunday, sometimes the heart is much colder than the temperature!
This is our most favourite place to visit! Feeding animals is always great experience for us-incredibly enjoyable! We always love being there! A lot of space, nature, the freshest air!
So much fun in 1 place. The animals comes straight into the car and it's all very exciting. I would just recommend to insist to get a map in the entrance and to buy carrots ????
What a fun day! Firstly, the welcome centre has a brilliant view and one of the tastiest hamburgers we’ve ever had. Lovely bilingual French/English staff. The washrooms are nice and clean. Before you head out to start your drive around the park, I would recommend buying a bag of carrots or two for an extra bit of fun. The drive is beautiful and interesting, with many animals throughout. Don’t be scared to have your windows down - the animals on the road are curious but very friendly. We specifically wanted to see a Moose, and we found them chilling out near their hut at the top of the hill. Such a fantastic experience!
Amazing place. Kids had tons of fun. While the food on site is good, it can be limited for a toddler's taste. Bring sunscreen and a few pounds of carrots and everybody will have a blast.
What a beautiful parc. The staff are all very polite, helpful and professional, the parc is extremely well maintained and clean. Garbages and bathrooms well located throughout the parc. Great variety of animals to see and feed which are not afraid of people which is a great experience, they are out in the open and walk right up to you. There is one aspect i think the parc could improve on which is clearer signs to indicate the direction of the course and animal habitats.
Super great activity! You can really observe semi wild or wild animals. September is the mating season so loads od bellowing stags after 5pm!
This place is so fun, the whole family really enjoyed our visit! We brought a ton of carrots from the store and we're glad we did as it was really fun feeding them, but to be honest it was a slow day and if it was busy I can't imagine the animals needing very much food by mid morning as everyone has carrots for them. If you go in the off season the farm is quite a walk so bring a stroller or a carrier if you have small children, it's worth the trek though, there's a play structure for smaller kids
Worth every penny. Very interactive. Animals are very well taken care of. Definitely a great place to visit. Fun for all ages.
A really good place to spend a day at. You get to see variety of animals and the surroundings are beautiful too.
Its cool to see the variety of animals. You can be much closer (while in your vehicle) than you often are at other zoo facilities.
The Omega Park at night was an amazing experience and a must see it to believe it. We walked through an enchanted forest with an extraordinary light and sound show mixed with the natural sounds of a breath taking environment. It was like experiencing a real live fairy tale! The park at night is truly a wonder to behold and marvel forevermore in one's mind. This beautiful trek is designed for all who love nature and it's orchestra of audio and visual splendour! Kudos to the design team who imagined and developed such a sublime landscape to deeply tingle our senses. We absolutely loved it so enjoy it as much as we did!
Always a wonderful experience. I have e been 3 times now and it never disappoints. Animals, nature and beautiful walking trails, you cannot go wrong choosing to go here in any season. Fun for all ages.
Great parent-child activities, clean zoo, and close contact with animals.
Great parent-child activities, clean zoo, and close contact with animals.
Very nice. Good mix of trails and driving arround and feeding the animals. Renting a cart to see the old farm is lots of fun. Tip: Bring carrots and apples from home.
We did both the day tour (drive through) and the lighted night walk. Overall a great experience.... the car tour was alot of fun and animals were great. Bring lots of carrotts....we went through a 10lb bag between the 4 of us. The night walk was pleasant and peaceful...lots of beatiful lights and sculptures. The 4 stars is because it was REALLY busy and staff shoulf have controlled people in the wolf area at the end of the walk. Too many people, not enough physical distancing.
Nice park and lots of moose whom you can feed. You can see foxes, pig, deer, bison, buffalo, bears etc. Kids gonna enjoy the whole trip. Suggest to bring own car. Feeding moose and deer is fun for kids. Has restroom and restaurants as well. No need to buy ticket upfront and is always open. Not close on any holidays. They have their own FM channel both in French and English languages where you will have information about animals. Bring carrots with you to have fun of feeding animals and be careful of Male moose.
I loved seeing all the animals in their natural habitats. I had so much fun feeding the deer and warthogs the carrots we had purchased! I found the snacks and beverages to be overpriced and small. Pack a lunch or snacks, bring a blanket and have a picnic in one of the beautiful rest areas. It's great fun for kids and adults alike! We've been twice and I can't wait to go back!
You go in there and beasties get theite stinki saliva all over you and your car ( 300% car need a deep wash after) while eating carrots. So much fun. Animals are well feed and taken care of and can go pretty much where they want in the park whit the exception of carnivores. Safe and fun for kids
Amazing experience. Staying for the night is highly recommended. We slept in the wi tente and woke up in the middle of the night with the wolves Howling! It was truly Magic! Helpful and nice staff as well.
Its cool to see the variety of animals. You can be much closer (while in your vehicle) than you often are at other zoo facilities.
Great way to spend a day. You can get up and close with a lot of the animals. You do need to be patient when driving through the park, but it is a fantastic time. I would strongly recommend for adults and for kids. Make sure to bring or purchase a few bags of carrots.
Amazing place!!! We had a beautiful family adventure, staff was friendly and the place itself is definitely worth the trip. Not to many places where you can experience nature this close. Love it
Such a wonderful place!!! Great activity for a couple, friends getaway, family trip or just for people who wants to connect with nature! Great experience! Very friendly staff!
Very nice place to discover every kind of animals from Canada. You follow a path in the forest in your car surrounded by animals. You can feed them with carrots directly from your car. The animals are very calm and friendly. This is a nice place for a family activity or with your friends.
So amazimg to see all the wild life up close! Feeding the animals was a unique experience! Would 100% come back time and time again!
Had such a blast at Parc Omega! Loved seeing all the wildlife and having the opportunity to feed them carrots. Be sure to bring a few bags, and break down the carrots to maximize the feeding! We spent a good five hours seeing all the animals, getting out of the car to explore and rest, and taking pictures. All the animals were super pleasant, but do be careful of the goats towards the end!
This is a must go, amazing place to see and feed the animals. Bring a lot of carrots (cheaper if you buy it somewhere else other than the park): we had 3 adults and 1 child and took 20lbs, there was nothing left on the end.
Clean, nice staff, animals does not seems to be malnourished. The concept of animals in captivity is subject to huge debate, so I will try to be minimalist. We went in winter and it was worth it to see the animals in 'their' habitat.
I love this place so much. It’s another experience where you can feed animals with carrots . Two bags of carrots are enough for a round trip. Just heading to the zoo as early as possible, cause morning animals are hungry and temperature is good. Nice place for a family .
The most incredible place to go with or without kids. Animal lovers will be mesmerized feeding them! Wolves and black bears! You can stay in the park if you book previously one of the tipi tent, pods or cabin in the woods. Amazing experience highly recommended!
Loved it. Elk and deer walk up to car for carrots. We went in June so thenqlck.wolves had pups. Lots of fun. Plan for 3 to 4 hours minimum but you could spend the day.
We stopped on a whim, I had never been. The rules were clear, but a lot of the visitors disregarded them. I loved all of the animals, only ones we didn't see were the Bison. They were hiding in the shade is my bet. The animals were so very cool. I took about 100 pictures and gave out 4 bags of carrots. :) we had the radio set to their station and learned lots of cool things as a result. Over all it was a super experience!!
Great park, animals are chubby from all the food they get from visitors. It's clean and you can notice they still invest in improvements. You can get a better price at Groupon! So might worth checking it out before you buy them there.
Reservation recommended
Great park to spend the day with family & friends. Watching the animal super closely & feeding them carrots was an amazing experience. We saw, all kinds of deers, wild boar, artic fox, bison, moose, wolves and elks, we didn't see the bears because they were hibernating, for a winter day the place was pack. But we were able to enjoy and take awesome pictures. This place is a most visit.
We had been here few times. This time we stayed in a wolf chalet for a night. Your accommodation also includes unlimited pass for the safari aswell. They also have wolf and bear feeding time. We all enjoyed along with kids.
Sooooo good! Well worth the drive from Ottawa! Everything was well laid out and clean looking and it was just an overall great experience for the whole family. If there was a splash-pad, it would be perfect!
Have been going multiple times every summer. We absolutely love Parc Omega. Definitely recommend. You can send the entire day there. Pinic. See the animals. Beautiful walking trails.
This park is simply amazing. It is in total respect with the nature and the wildlife. The site is really well thought a d will make you forget the city.
Easy to drive and well planned routes with many area for picnic and resting. Not enough variety of animals to see.
Awesome park in jungle, had a great family time there!!
For a zoo, its nice. All north amercian animals. Bring your carrots and your ugly car (i.e. not your nice cars, the animals get your car dirty and gross). The night activity, Omega nuit, is quite nice, takes about an hour to walk through.
Love the Parc, came here the first time in the winter and it was great, then came a second time in the Summer and it was a different experience..both great in its own ways. Parc opens at 9 am but we got here at 8:30 am and we were the second in line at the gate. By the time 9 am turned around, there were at least 10 vehicles behind us. So my advice is, get here early if you want to have undisturbed time with the animals.. We enjoyed everything except the Cookerie - restaurant. The Logger's hot dog is overpriced and awful. The meat and skin were tough to chew. I'd recommend that you bring your own food and avoid the food they serve at this restaurant. I have to add one more note about the coffee. It was the most overpriced watered down coffee I've EVER tasted. I've had worst coffee before but this topped it all. If you can, avoid at all costs!
Fantastic as always. Animals look so healthy in their natural habitat. If you go stop and try the tree top aerial course. It's a must see and included!
Nice park for kids.. you would need to buy a lots of carrots to feed the deers. I would think in average of 10 lbs of carrots for the whole car trail...
Good experince for kids. The number of animal in the car trail is low. It used to be more animals before. By the way, good activity in the pandemic.
Had a simply amazing time. Opens at 10, closed at 5. We did about 4 hours. Get a groupon if you can. I brought 7 lbs of carrots and it was enough but I got stingy towards the end. Loved the wolf show at 1pm!
The kids loved it! An amazing place!
Lots of fun for feed those animals. Bring more snacks???????????????????????????????????????????????????? for yourself and your family members.???????????????????????????????????? Doesn't matter summer or winter, both can see many animals: Elks, Fallow deers, wild turkey, Mosse, wolves, Black bears, Canada goose, fox, etc. ???????????????????????????? If you want to stay, you have to book a lodge much early. Not far from Montreal. Please don't forget your camera???? and back battery???????? Remember wash your car when you get home. ????
Wonderful place to visit wonderful animals . My favourite part was the wolves and bison ????, the bison come so close to ur car it’s kinda scary /fun . There is also a whole observatory area for the wolves. There was also a ton of European red deer not elk on the road that u can feed with carrots . U can buy the carrots from the guest service desks and remember one bag of carrots for each person if u want to enjoy ur time there.
Awesome experience. Tons of animals to see, walking trail had good spots for photos. Take lots of carrots!
Amasing place for a family day! Don't forget the carrots and the picnic. The parc is amazing and the animals really friendly.
Great for the kids. Plenty of opportunity to be up close and personal with the animals and feed them, particularly the deer and elks. Park is well laid out as well. Plan a minimum of 3-4 hours.
Very nice place to discover every kind of animals from Canada. You follow a path in the forest in your car surrounded by animals. You can feed them with carrots directly from your car. The animals are very calm and friendly. This is a nice place for a family activity or with your friends.
Best Canadian experience! You have to do this, buy carrots before as they are quite expensive. The experience was great and I'd warmly suggest you go there, too!
A must do if your visiting the National Capital Region. And up close adventure with some very large animals. There’s a large drive thru section where deer, ibis, boars and others will stick their heads right into your car looking for a carrot. There’s several areas you can get out of the car for a walk and see the spotted deers right up close. The wolf show is great and educational. The find the totem pole trail in the First Nations area is great for burning off energy from being in the car. Great views and a floating bridge in the lake. Great for all ages and for mixed ages as you can make it as calm (always in the car) or adventurous as your like. Other than in winter you can rent a golf cart for the back few kms to get to the little farm. Check the dates if you’re going in shoulder season and the cart is important to you.
Sooo much fun!! Ideal for kids but also for adults ;) Animals are super sweet and approach to get their carrots very slowly and gently. The lake is magic and the farm is big and has ponies!! A day is not enough to enjoy it all.
We went when the weather wasn’t so nice. But it was perfect cause there was basically no car traffic. The animals are everywhere and crowd your car since they think you have carrots for them. Lots to see with plenty of other activities. Recommend you bring your own carrots as it’s $3 at the park store.
The kids loved it, there was a horse drawn wagon ride, santa showed up... just magical!
I love this place! Great for the families, friends, partners, even going alone would be nice. It's a well rounded up activity that's going to amaze all, and it is well organized and arranged. You're going to love your experience, especially if you prepare yourself : buy before hand multiple bags of carrots, dress comfortably and if possible don't take the nice cars, it's going to end up full of saliva and dirt haha. Oh and go during the week if possible it's sometimes chaotic during weekends
Such a fun time. The deer are very used to getting treats from the cars and its amazing to see them so up close and feed them carrots. A very pretty place in general and definitely worth it for kids and adult animal lovers alike.
Wonderful entertainment for kids. Take lots of carrots since you will find lots of reindeers looking to get feed drom your hands. In addition to reindeers you will have opportunity to see black/brown bears, white wolf, black pigs, deer and boisons. You will find golf carts on rent for an hour in picnic area. It was also a fun activity for family driving thru forest area by yourself. There are mobile toilets in picnic area. I spent around 3-4 hours alongwith my family. Overall great family fun activity. I will give it a go atleast one time.
Always a great time! Fun to feed the elk, deer and goats. Driving a golf cart to get to the farm is also fun. You can trek there on foot too but we like taking the cart through the forest for a few spins. The viewing platform to see the wolves and the intro session was informative. Well managed park!
Beautiful experience! Animals are happy and well cared for. Our kids had an amazing time. Make sure to bring big bags of carrots. The metro in Montebello has very big bags worth it to buy 2. Also better to bring lunch or snacks as it gets pricey at the park and the food isn't the greatest. But the park itself is something every family should visit at least once. LOVED IT.
Take carrots to feed animals and bring change to buy feed from the dispensers. Beautiful spot. Plan on spending the whole day in order to see everything. Renting the golf cart was worth it ($25/hr). This is an experience our children will never forget and I'm sure we will go back. The park radio station shares great information. Lots of space to picnic. Don't miss the First Peoples' Trail.
Absolutely love! Our 2 year old has been 3 times now and enjoys himself every time. Great drive through park but also a great activity area midway through where you can get out, walk around, picnic, aerial park and must-rent golf carts. Highly recommend for adults as much as children.
Awesome place to visit, gives real safari experience. Feeding animals is an amusement in itself. Totally Recommend it for friends, families or all.
Amazing day feeding the animals in the car. The while family had great time.
I love this park. Variety of animals and you can feed them while you drive around the park. Recently. they expanded the park and added wolf shows. Highly recommend a visit to this park, especially with your family.
Really enjoyed our visit. The animals have ample space to walk around, they look happy and well taken care of. You can buy carrots on site at the visitor center, price is reasonable and not inflated. The farm area requires a bit of a walk so wear comfortable shoes.
I have been to Omega Park many times and I adore this place that is mostly done by car (reserve 4 hours for this visit and you need to book ahead of time due to Covid). You see all animals running free, all from Canada. You see dear, elk, caribou, bears, Artic wolf and fox, boar, Buffalo, turtles, mountain goats, and I am sure I am forgetting some. You can buy carrots at the entrance and feed all the animals that comes to your car. Over the years they added some lodging (all made of wood) where you can sleep in the middle of a wolf pack (reserve way ahead of time & expensive, but for way less you can also sleep in a tipi), amazing tribute to aboriginal people with a trail explaining all the tribes with different totems, impressive wood scultures, and suspended bridges. Theirs a part that you can walk or rent a golf car and continue to feed some deer, eat, and what a nice souvenir boutique with aboriginal goodies. Bird pray show and an the wolf pack observatory. You can also do a specific walk through the night and hear wolf and other nocturnal animals. More photos to come from my big camera!
We loved it! Great way to see super cute animals in their environment ???? Our 3 year old daughter loved it!
Omega park night tour is beautiful!! Do not expect to see animals if you go. You will see wolves but the rest is really a beautiful walk in the park and lights, sounds, etc. Well worth it !
Wonderful environment! It is a very beautiful spot and the animals are such a pleasure to be around! My 4 year old had a blast but I think my 31 year old male friend had an even better time! Definitely a day trip as we spent hours there. We were bombarded at the entrance by the animals, which was a bit intense as we would have loved to have fed them all but were so happy to see all the animals in a natural environment!
Great place for family, especially for kids. There is also a restaurant inside this Parc, with nice lake view and good service
Almost animals have been not wandered. Beautiful landscape but traffic jam inside the park.
Highly recommended. Very fun experience for family. Too bad that we can’t see some animals that are on the park map, and some people disregard the warnings and get off the car trying to get close to the animal for a photo op.
Loved it! The little piggies were le bomb. Great fun for the kids, bring your own carrots. Moose will slobber all over the car, be warned.
Be sure to have your tickets accessible off-line if you bought them online. There's poor connection as it's in the wood so you might not be able to access your email and be stuck at the entrance.
Kids loved it, animals are fed which attracts them to the roads. Think some must be comlletely filled with carrots. Happily surprised with the wi-tents.
This is a great park for kids. The park is around 2-3 acres in size, making it quite large. I like most the animals were moving freely in the open areas. Animals are friendly and aware of your presence. The hotel is lovely, but if you're just a couple, it's a bit pricey, and it fills up quickly. This year's wolf accommodation has been reserved. The trail is well worth a visit. observatory for wolves Highly Recommend this place to all..
Thoroughly enjoyed my time. Will be going back as it's touted to be a new experience each time. The bison were so much fun!
Great park for kids and adults. Bring the carrot with you or buy onsite. You will need couple bags of carrot as you will be feeding animals. Loved the wolves and bears.
It was a wonderful experience. Definitely worth a visit especially if you have children they will love it! Make sure to take a bag full of carrots to feed the animals!
Totally loved this experience in the winter. So many animals to see and feed, definitely recommend this activity to everyone!
I had an amazing time here at Parc Omega. All the animals looked nice and the cost of the carrots to feed them is well priced. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the park and helped out whenever we needed it. Yes your car may get damaged, but its your own risk talking an vehicle around larger animals. Overall its a great place to bring your friends or family and worth the price for the duration of the time you visit.
Nothing compares to drooling deer faces in your car
Wonderful experience! Bring carrots as much as you can (we had 3 packs but it wasn't enough at all!)
Amazing day feeding the animals in the car. The while family had great time.
Fantastic drive through safari park. It's well maintained with friendly animals... Except the bison... Don't feed them. We'll worth the money
Great park for spending few hours drive through… kids will enjoy feeding the deer’s; take plenty of carrots - you will regret if you don’t; how much you take won’t be sufficient!!! Apparently they didn’t like corns, I had a few they just sniffed n walked away…lol; deers /reindeeers are the major attractions don’t have high hopes like the lion safaris.. then the rope bridge can be some fun activity too
First time to be there with my family and friends. Kids can feed the animals and touch them. Beautiful environment and many fun.
Great place for kids, friendly staff and joyful atmosphere. Highly recommend it for a day trip or a stop on a road trip.
My 4 year old had great fun. Loved the farm and the live music. The icecream you get from the shop behind the live music centre is just amazing! Loved the bridge and feeding the animals (not the bears and Bisons) The walk in the end where there are Algonquin structures and a walk through the water bridge was perfect. You have clean and well kept washrooms :)
What nice place to go with family.Bring a lot of carots, because wapits like it !
Amazing experience! Animals are so friendly and approachable. Make sure to bring (or buy on site) a lot of carrots. We brought 15 pounds and we didn't have enough! The site is so beautiful, you can really enjoy nature. Just be aware the animal can sometimes scratch your car. Twice they hit mine with their feet and did some scratches. Nothing major but don't go with a brand new car. The staff is super friendly. Nice areas to picnic outside, by the water, some parkings, restaurant and ice cream stand. Would recommend!
it was a terrible experience. I was in a traffic jam for 3 hours. no animals were seen. but we saw a lot of ill-mannered people who do not follow any rules
If you're looking to spend some time with your kids- this is the best place. Very entertaining and fun.
We took our two grandchildren on a gorgeous day. What an amazing park! Lots to see, lots to do, animals of all kinds (all naturally found in Canada) elk, reindeer, deer, wolves, bears, boars and more. The kids got a huge kick out of feeding and petting some of the animals (bring LOTS of carrots!). The facilities are very nice with decent restaurants but you can bring your own food as there are lots of picnic tables around with many under a big tent. Really good learning experience for young children but also enjoyable for anyone. Awesome place!
Visited omega by night, very cool to see in a different light. Made for a great date night.
We had a great time at Parc Omega! The kids really enjoyed the hands on experience feeding the animals that were able to be fed. We also enjoyed being able to get a great look at some of Canada’s Apex predators. I would recommend a day trip here to anyone! P.S - bring lots of carrots, and I mean lots…
Incredible experience. DONT DRIVE NEW OR EXPENSIVE CAR! It'll ruin your day to get scratched by animal antlers or hooves. Bring apples to give the animals. Everyone brings carrots which gets old and gets little excitement from the animals. The only downs side is you can't pet the moose. It's fenced in with it's only friend a goat. I couldn't resist getting out of the car to get an opportunity to pet the moose and give it apples. It's was amazing but I almost got kicked out. It was worth it. I plan to go back as often as I can.
Good fun. Was a weekday so not many people. Animals all seemed well fed and taken care of. Great place to spend the day.
I'm originally from Ontario but live in Alberta I brought my boyfriend down to see my family and brought him here because I knew he would love it he had such a blast it's always awesome to have the animals come right into the vehicle and eat out of your hand lots of different animals to see some that you would expect in that type of Park we got to see every animal that they had while we went down. we also rented the golf cart to go to the farm and I was super cool so really nice drive through the bush and by the Sugar Shack to get there definitely worth 20 bucks for an hour
Right when we arrived, we decided to buy some carrots to feed the animals. We decided to buy 2 bags, and we noticed that the carrots were slimy. We asked to change bags, but the person at the counter didn't acknowledge how bad the carrots were. When we opened the bags in the car, it smelled rancid and the carrots were so slimy and mushy - it went all over our car. We threw the two bags away because we couldn't even touch the carrots because of how gross they were. How can you feed bad carrots to these animals? I think it is better to bring your own carrots...
I would rate this as a MUST visit for anyone in Montreal and Ottawa. Its about a 1 hour drive from either city. In the park, you will do a self driving trail during winter seasons and probably need 2 to 3 hours to complete the experience. You can rush through everything in 1 hour if you wish. Please prepare tons of carrots, we bought 5 packets of large carrots from Walmart. I would recommend a mix of large and small carrots for different sized animals. And probably at least 4 packets.
Great experience for the kids to feed all the deer/elk/moose and goats right from the car. They had a blast.
Amazing Amazing Amazing You can go there, sit in your car and feed lovely animals. You won’t regret it.
Great place for Wild animals and nature lovers. Enjoyed a lot. Amazing experience in my life time.I love animals and nature. Very beautiful in fall season. One of the very rare places in the world.❤????
So fun. Lots of laughs ! Thank you Park Omega. Constructive critism .. could have more covid rules in place in the barn area...make sure you carry your mask with you outside your car.
Good for kids. Felt not worth. The park mainly had deers, few wolves, and bears.
Beautiful parc , i have been twice . Good selection of animals . You can feed the animal and sometimes pet them from the window . The issue is if it is busy the staff would not allow the animals to come to you so you don’t slow down the traffic and they could get more cars in . It was really annoying when they did that and took away from the experience . Other than that good place to spend half day and in summer you can eat in the park .
