The food is always... well it’s what you would expect from McDonalds. The only problems are the wait times (because there’s ALWAYS someone ordering WAY too much food during dinner and it just slows everything down), and how RUDE some people are toward the philippino employees! Very rarely is anything ever actually the employees’ fault; it’s always just some overly-dramatic IOC employee throwing a tantrum because he doesn’t know how to scrape a pickle off one of his 10 mcdoubles! If it wasn’t for that super friendly guy with tourettes (?), I’d never come here because of how toxic the customers are. That guy makes your food taste better just by bringing it to you I swear to god.

As McDonald's go, this one seems to be running at half mass. During a rush (by small town standards ~8ppl & drive thru) your gonna wait a while to place your order unless you use the kiosk. Kiosk machines are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. Additional (McChicken) sauces exist only in styrofoam cups, not sealed packages like every other McDonalds, which they charge more then elsewhere for too. Food is, well it's McDonalds so pretty standard, par for course.

I had to wait 14 minutes for a coffee and laute to then be told that the latte machine was broken ????. Getting close to 4:00 and I was the only customer there at the time. All of a sudden the place filled up. No fault of the cashier as she was the only one working. There were 4 other employees in the store when I got there one being a female management I assume as the uniform she had on. I think she thought it was more important to play around with 2 of the other employees as to help the poor girl on cash. I did get a little frustrated after 12 minutes waiting but assured the young cashier and the poor girl trying to help her get caught up as it was starting to get very busy. First time in all my years going to McDonald's I've ever experienced anything like that. Glad I wasn't getting dinner ????

i went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a vanilla ice coffee with two shots of caramel. they put in a caramel ice coffee and acted like i never told them that wasn’t my order. so i told first window and the worker said whatever same thing and made me take the caramel and i ended up getting sick off it because they didn’t mix it at all as well and i drank syrup. not to mention also waited 20 minutes for that and a muffin. would not recommend, they also had the first window worker taking orders while serving people

Absolutely horrible service and nowhere near "fast food" drive thru times on average are a 10 minute wait or more, no better going inside to order either. They constantly get orders wrong or just forget items altogether. Employees are often rude and argue with customers over wrong orders as well. This place is highly unorganized and unprofessional. I'm changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star. While waiting to be served. The manager waited on the couple in front of me and then just walked away. He didn't even give the couple their order number. When I did get waited on. My order was 2 coffee . Both with sweetener and one with milk. Plus one was supposed to be decaffeinated. Both were regular coffee. Both had sugar in them ( I'm a diabetic) so not good and both had cream in them. That is like the 4th time. I been there and my coffee was messed up.

Service is extremely slow. You should never have to wait 15 minutes for a single coffee. Went in one morning and someone stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even looking at them. When they asked if someone was going to serve them, the manager was very rude in her response. I've had several experiences where items were missed. I'm giving 1 star because the food quality is at least partly decent once you get it (I also cannot give lower than one).
