I love A&W. I try not to eat fast food but if I have to I usually go here. I love that their meat has no hormones or GMO or antibiotics. Usually very fast, friendly service. I frequent the Kingston location more than this one but it's nice to know I can travel and have consistency between cities.

As usual, the food was delicious. What I didn't realise was that if you order the burger that's on special, you have to pay full price for everything else. Which means that even if the sign says "complete your meal" with onion rings for one price, you'll end up paying for your onion rings and root beer individually. So I ended up paying $1.20 more than what the sign said my combo should have cost. Still got the combo for cheaper, but they should be explaining this stuff up front. Oh Well!

The food tastes delicious, best fast food burgers around hands down. They frequently get orders wrong which is annoying as the food is expensive, but I believe that's most likely the managers fault from the rumors I've heard. If you aren't picky about what you want on your food and like it as advertised, I think you'll enjoy it.

I drive to A&W in Stephenville or Deer Lake rather than eat at the Corner Brook location. They need interior upgrades and employees who show passion in their work. I dont feel comfortable with some of the employees I've seen making my food.

Attention the manager of this a&w. You have a big problem with the cook on this morning. The young lady serving was wonderful but had an awful time with the cook who made it obvious that she was not going to engage her with conversation about customers orders. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. I'm not sure how the young lady keeps a smiling face because her coworker is making her job of keeping customers happy very difficult. We asked if my husband could have egg whites. The cook said no and refused to engage in any further explanation. Extremely rude and pretty much workplace harassment for the young lady at the front.

I love A&W but not this particular place. While waiting next in line knowing I wanted two full breakfast orders, they decide to change the sign to the afternoon menu exactly on the hour. They could have very easily made two full breakfasts as I was the only one left in line. If my two friends ahead of me hadn't already ordered, I would have walked out. Also, to top things off, the staff who were preparing the food, did not wear gloves as mandatory. That was disgusting. I will never go back to that place and neither will the people who were in my group.

Ordered 2 Beyond Meat burgers on August 4th at 10pm and they were both beef. I went back and was ensured that they were Beyond Meat, but they tasted and looked nothing like the vegan burger. I went back a second time and they still said they were Beyond Meat but would make two new burgers. The new burgers looked and tasted completely different from the first two and were definitely the same as the Beyond Meat burgers I had tried before. I took the staff's word but I should've taken the refund. Don't go here for the "vegan" burgers.

I went to this location with my 21 months old baby for the easy access to a highchair. We bought food for me and my husband there (29$ for 2 people). Unfortunately my baby is not eating everything yet so I had some food for him in a cooler. A woman working there came to me and said that I cannot bring my own food it's the restaurant policy to avoid contamination. She was just doing her job but I cannot believe that the management have this rule for babies. Even the airport security let me bring my baby food. So my baby didn't eat (except cucumbers because cucumbers are allowed but no sealed puree packages, no avocado and no hummus and bread, I really don't see the point here...) and I had to feed him later in the car during our 8 hours drive. I am really disappointed that the management is not more comprehensive for babies. I am never going back to A&W, plenty of fast food accept me to bring baby food, it's the first time it happened to me in 21 months and I do travel a lot with my baby.

The food is pretty good, however if you plan to eat out for a late night snack, be aware that they may be closed before their advertised closing time. From my experience, they tend to close sometime between 11:00 and 11:30 PM on weekdays.

Went threw the drive threw to order burgers at first they only took the one order and didnt let us finish the order then after haveing to repeat 6 times what I didnt want on my burgers I go to the window to pay for them and total didnt hear the price ....when asking again for the price of the order I was told to drive away if I didnt understand her so I ask to speak to manger and she told me off about not being able to understand her employees and was told to drive away with out my order ....if you are going to have forners take orders in your drive threw be sure u have a translator or aless someone who can talk and understand english ....should not have to repeat my order 6 times befour its understood

There are two A&W locations in Brockville. The Wal-Mart location is by far the best. The staff are friendly, efficient and attentative. The other location in town is slow, rude and their over all quality is lacking. Though A&W may not be cheap price wise, their food quality far makes up for the few extra dollars you may spend versus McDonald's and others. Always a treat and an enjoyable stop.
