Sensory overload!! Beautiful hilltop view of the lake, delicious wines, and excellent music and entertainment by Sean Patrick McGraw. Long sets with am enjoyable mix of his own music, pop, country, and Irish Folk. And, we very much appreciate the staff requiring masks indoors! Would definitely recommend.

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience here. I went with a group and they refused to serve us. When we proceeded to look around to buy something, they told us that we had to leave. The customer service was laughable at best. They were incredibly rude to potential customers. After all of this, they then called surrounding wineries to inform them that they “kicked” us out. They lost paying customers for the day, however, we will never even consider returning after how they treated us. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed! This used to be our favorite winery on Seneca Lake. But when we arrived, we were informed they had doubled the price of a tasting and no longer gave free tastings with our wine pass. The employee informed us that all of the wineries had done this. No, actually, only one other did and we treated the news the same way at both places. We walked out. Wont be back. Btw, we bought 9 bottles of wine at the 3 other wineries we went to that day and many more on subsequent days.

Good wine, good service, nice view! We arrived right around ten and the bar was already full. We happened to visit on a wine trail even weekend. We expected that there would be a wait at some places to accommodate with the event, which we were completely okay with. After waiting a few minutes the staff decided to to get us in anyway. They gave us each a wine list and had us circle our wine choices, then filled five glasses and put them in a neat wine glass stand/holder thing for us to take out on the deck and enjoy our tastings. With such a nice view we couldn't be happier.

Great variety of wines here from the super sweet to the dry and oaky. We were surprised to find a sweet Chardonnay, along with maybe the best red I've ever had. Deep, complex and not too sweet or dry.

Good for couples - not good for groups Of our wine tour White Springs Winery was our most disappointing stop. We were running late and our driver called ahead to confirm this was not a problem - Over the phone they said it was not a problem. When we arrived to the winery the women at the door made it abundantly clear that we were late and that it might be "cramped" because of our tardiness and we would have to wait for a table. Not the vibe a group of girls wants to be welcomed with for a bachlorette party. We completely understand we were late that's why we called to confirm it was OK so lets all make the best of the situation instead of pull down the mood. Once we were at our places the wines were rather sweet and were poured at lightening speed to get us in and out. I think this is a perfect location for couples but would not recommend for groups. We had 6 people and the vibe was not a fun one.

Over the last several years the service changed from hugs at the door and great recommendations for dinner, at one time they even made us our dinner reservations. To now rude and acted like we are a bother to serve.

I tasted their four dry wines, and Dani had two whites, two reds, and two specialty wines. One of their specialty wines was the "Mull it Over" wine which is a mulled wine ready to be warmed in a crock pot and consumed. We bought several bottles and are ready for a good fall day on our deck! They have an excellent view from their deck, and we enjoyed a glass of mulled wine there. The tasting bar we used did not have a great view, but it was the largest bar of the three.

Unfriendly staff, 4 of us walked in with 4 strangers who pulled in at the same time and the first thing out of their mouth is we can not take your group without a reservation

Is it possible to leave no stars?! Just went here, the place was empty, but because there were 3 couples, they turned us away and said no more than 4 people at a time. Not very business savvy .

Excellent tasting experience. I went with the beer tasting and my wife did the wine. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. Also they were open until 6 which was perfect for our trip.

New owners and Managment took over, got rid of all the personable, knowledgeable staff and replaced with college students who don’t know the difference between grape juice and wine and really don’t care. The owners of White Springs also own the fruit yard and Seneca shores, I’m sure the staff there is as uneducated as the staff at White Springs Winery, The GM that took over also does not like large groups, so take your party down the road, that’s where all the old staff is with the knowledge and fun.

Very rude. I guess because we lived in NJ they treated us as if we had a plague ( Covid) wouldn’t let us buy or taste. Matter fact when they seen we were from NJ. They escorted us out a separate door. Away from everyone like we were toxic. Very poorly handled. Honestly we’ve had there wines before and they aren’t that good for Seneca wines anyway. Yearly trips here. We’ll be driving right by there from now on. Do better. And at least if your gonna treat people that way. Where your mask properly!!

My wife and I visited for a tasting on our honeymoon and were so happy with our experience! Sammie (sp?) Was so friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. The gifts available were adorable and hilarious, and the wines has a great variety, all of which were very good. Dry, fruit, and sweet fans alike will be happy with this spot. They serve local beer, too!

We came to have a good time as we normally do as our last stop. Unfortunately, the owners do not agree with patrons having a group of people that plan ahead to have a designated sober driver and cut us off from purchasing more beverages. Our group showed no signs of bad behavior nor did we impact any other patrons - if anything, we made everyone's stay more pleasurable. At the end 9f the day, we did enjoy our time spent as our last stop, but are looking forward to another venue to appreciate what our group has to offer.

This was an excellent stop on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We were delighted to have Anna introduce us to the wines and beers offered at White Springs. Although we have been here before, this was a wonderful experience. When we arrived, she was very busy assisting 4 other groups of patrons, but she was able to make us feel like we were the only people there. My wife and I shared a wine tasting, and then purchased a bottle so my wife could enjoy a glass while I tasted a beer flight in front of the fire place. We were able to spend a relaxing hour talking, and discussing the area with Anna. Please take the time to stop and enjoy what White Springs has to offer.

This place was an absolute disaster. Wine was not great & server did not speak or make eye contact apparently the 12 foot rule applied to her. There are plenty of other amazing wineries to visit I would definitely skip this one. CRAZY Covid protocols, way more over the top than any other the other dozen wineries we visited this week.

We did a tasting and had a few glasses. We had flown in on vacation so we could only purchase what could fit in our check bag. The wine was so amazing, we ended up ordering a case online while we were in the airport coming home from our trip. The music, atmosphere, and service was awesome. They had a local musician who was singing while switching between playing an acoustic guitar and a keyboard. He was great. The patio was nice and most of the tables had umbrellas for some shade relief. Onto the wine. The Riesling and the Traminette were amazing. We tasted several Rieslings and Traminettes from several different FLX wineries on that trip, and the offerings from White Springs were in the upper echelon. My absolute favorite was the Apple Blossom. The winery's property is lined in Apple trees and the good folks at White Springs are talented at using them. It was hands-down the best apple wine that I've ever had.

Went here with a group of 8 people. We went in as 2 totally separate groups of 4 because advanced reservations weren’t made. The second he found out we came together he turned us away. Hasn’t been a problem at any other winery we’ve been to around here that has that same rule. Seems like a pretty pointless rule that does nothing but lose them business to me but hey, to each their own I guess. Tons of other accommodating wineries here :)

This rating is not based on the wine which is delicious the first time I was there on this past Saturday I would give it 5 stars!!!!! Went back because I wanted my best friend to experience the spectacular view, and the ???? the service on Saturday was exceptional I had a wine flight the server gave a bowel of pretzels but on Sunday when I asked the server why we did not get the pretzels with our wine flight he stated oh well it happens! No apology and the other server looked surprised that he said that to a customer my wine flight was room temp when they should have been chilled. I was disappointed since I had such a great time there the day before.

A lovely winery which offers beer and wine tastings at $5 or sit-down, more involved tastings for $8. We had a great experience with Elizabeth who took the time to chat with us about the vineyard and the wines we were tasting and to explain the difference between, say, oak and no-oak chardonnay. She made the experience at White Springs stand out among the other Seneca Lake Wine Trail tastings we did. Thanks!

Seemed like a great place to check out with a group. However they are not very accommodating for groups. Had a reservation over a month for our group. Called to confirm and they never wrote us in. Assured us they could get us in and because of a ton of miscommunication I expressed my hesitation to pay before we got there to make sure they had room for us like promised and they cancelled our reservation 2 days before our tour. Bad business.

Stopped by for a flight this afternoon and Sylas served us. We have found our eldest child’s twin. He knew everything about all of the wines and even answered an off the wall question we had about the grapevines. Great experience as always and great wines!! That’s why we keep coming back ????

We stopped by for some wine tasting on a Thursday afternoon. Covid restrictions had been lifted the day before our visit. When walking in, you could go no further than a person waiting at a register to cash you out for your wine tasting. I would have liked to look around at some of the wines before deciding on my flight. As with all the wineries in the Finger Lakes. Tasting was $10 a flight. Wines were good. Flight was nice, on a pedestal type thing. We were able to sit outside, as it was a beautiful day. Scenery was very pretty.

Wonderful place to visit. They were very friendly and yes they did have all the COVID protocols but they are doing what they need to do to make sure they stay open! I was very happy to see that they were making sure everyone was safe. Will definitely be visiting again. Wine and beer were fantastic.
