I've had a lot of Phõ in my time, even had it from a cart in Vietnam which I doubt was very clean or hygenic. But I am addicted to this awesome soup and have to try it everywhere I can. Well this place was a huge mistake. Staff were unfriendly, couldn't get our orders right and then tried to serve me someone else's food. When I told the guy that's not what I ordered he started yelling and slammed the food down. I don't care if you're having a bad day, or you work in a Vietnamese restaurant where nobody is Vietnamese, in the Yukon of all places. Learn to behave yourself. Be professional. And here's a tip, anytime you mention tips or say something about not getting one, you're getting nothing. As for the food, the soup was bland and tasted like dollar store chicken stock watered down. The vermicelli noodles looked like they came from a pack of Mr. Noodles and tasted like soggy cardboard. The meat was mostly fat and what looked like dog food scraps they got on sale from a refinery. I wouldn't feed this to prisoners and I'm pretty sure they eat better than THAT anyhow.

This is my favourite restaurant in Whitehorse! It's quiet, the service is quick and friendly and the food is incredible. The spring rolls are to die for! I recommend number 11 on the menu.

The Pho was good, although I've never had pho before without Thai basil, limes, the lemons and bean sprouts in it were good. I imagine it's harder to get Thai basil all the way up here. I noticed halfway through our meal that it was awkwardly quiet due to the lack of any type of music typical to most restaurants. The steaming hot food was ready super fast and the bubble tea was very sweet.

I have updated my review to one star. Everytime I've been there lately (over the last year or so) they have not had sprouts for the Pho (or basil or lime). Would be nice to know when ordering. Even worse (and the reason we will never go back), they do not write receipts! I insisted on seeing the breakdown of my bill because I couldn't believe it was an exact dollar amount. Upon calculation I discovered she had rounded my bill up by almost 5 dollars!

Looking for a good filling meal with fresh ingredients that is delicious and not a ridiculous price... then the Pho is the place for you. I traditionally like Western food and their BBQ meat selection is delicious. My wife likes the soup and other stuff and enjoys the quality of their food.

Food was awful, service was worse. Chicken RoTi was pan-fried and flavourless with little meat. Server came once to ask for orders (no introduction, no checking on us, no refilling waters, no thanking us on the way out) and wasn’t at all busy. Waste of money.

I ordered 2 pork grilled vermicelli via doordash, the vermicelli were cold, wet and crushed totally so I can't eat them. I am really exited when I order but it's not what I expected :( Grilled pork is still good ????

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service, waiter barely talked to us. I got the pho, and it was not worth spending money on. They did not give any toppings (mint, basil, jalepenos, bean sprouts). Do not come here if you are wanting to satisfy your pho or any vietnamese food craving.

Prices are a little steep for the quality of food. The vercemelli is served cold and the chop sticks are plastic uncovered with the possibility of some one with dirty hands touching them before you eat with them

no offense cause the staff seems nice but I've had pho at maybe 30ish places and this is the worst I've ever had, broth like unflavored chicken stock and mister clean, soggy brown bean sprouts, meat that tasted old. 1 star for "5 star"

Good Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices: extremely competitive with other food options here, where things tend to be relatively expensive. I enjoyed my Pho very much and while it wasn't quite like in Vietnam, it was certainly very close!

One of the worst pho that I've ever had. Customer service was really bad too. She probably said less than 10 words the whole time. TASTE: The pho was really bad. I think it may have been made with the tears of my ancestors. On a serious note, the pho seasoning was probably pre-packaged spices. Pho did not come with bean sprouts, mint leaves, basil leaves, and spices as usual even though they charged as though it would. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Really bad. Waiter said less than 10 words. Did not check up on us or ask if we wanted something to drink. AMBIENCE: Really plain. Words on the store front were all in different font. Half of the restaurant was closed off for no explained reason. LAST THOUGHTS: For some reason, this place has a 4 out of 5 stars. This may be because most people who rate it have not been to normal/decent pho restaurants. Trust me, you can get this pho out of a can. Don't waste your money or time. Bad places who stay consistently bad don't deserve to exist.

First time I have been there and ordered a large Pho Ga. Service was really quick and friendly. Broth was ok. I didn't get any fresh sprouts, salad, lime or chillies though. Not the most authentic Pho I ever had.
