One my favourite places to have a beer and relax with friends in Whitehorse. This bar has live music, great seating, and a large selection of delicious food and drinks. Additionally, this place is really close to many other touristic attractions and shops.

We had such an awesome time. Fantastic food, delicious cocktails and down to earth and lovely staff. It is so nice to get out of the London/UK bustle and stretch your legs at a very cozy and inviting pub/restaurant. My favourite cocktail was the Buffalo Sour and when I told the waitress, the barman wrote down the recipe for me. I replicated it tonight and it's very nice, but not quite the same as the atmosphere is missing. It can't be properly described with words, but Yukon has my heart and I would go back anytime I can.

Liked this small pub a lot ???? great simple style, lots of beers on tap, weekly food specials and big TVs if you like sport. Had the Alaskan Salmon and a pizza with my boyfriend, still had pizza leftover! Miners Daughter is upstairs, we never checked it out but photos are from Dirty Northern on ground level.

Unfortunately their tables on the windows had not been cleaned. They were covered in Ketchup spots or another sticky substance all over. The table beside us, a couple from Toronto, had an equally dirty table and started wiping their table with their personal wet wipes. They offered us some and we did the same to prevent getting someone else's food all over our sleeves. Finally the waitress came and we asked her politely to please wipe both of our tables. She wiped them again in patches instead of going all over the table properly. The wine glasses were super dirty. The base of the glass and the stem was covered in huge stains and the glass bowl had a lot of visible water stains all over. It's super embarrassing for the Whitehorse restaurant industry if a place like Miner 's Daughter cannot train their staff properly to wipe tables or polish wine glasses after they come out of the dish washer. That's something you would not even offer your guests at home!!! The rest of the restaurant is pretty dark so I guess you wouldn't even be able to see the dirty glasses there. We asked kindly if the music could be lowered just a touch as it was hard to talk with what was a loud mix between 90s and disco. The waitress told us that the staff had strict instructions from the manager never to touch the music, not even the volume. Ok. thanks for that help! The food was mostly ok although the Tuna appetizer was prepared who knows when. The Tuna had a touch of fishiness and the Avocado slices were already dark or in other words oxidized. So definitely not made fresh. The fries were completely soaked in deep frier oil. They were so soogy and no crispiness left. So as long term Yukoners we left our dinner night again somewhat disappointed with and equally embarrassed about the Yukon service industry. But what else is new!!

After traveling for so long, I forgot what a real salad and cocktail tasted like! This place was delicious and reasonably priced with good service. The menu is focused but large enough to satisfy most tastes. My salad came with a house cilantro-citrus jalapeño dressing which was refreshing.

Theres more seating than most places around town, and the plexiglass they've put up between tables actually helps make it quieter, and is a big improvement. Now you can have a conversation without yelling, which is nice. Also, great food and a good beer list.

Food was excellent. Four of us had dinner here two different nights and we were all very happy with our food. I recommend the wild salmon tacos, wild smoked salmon pizza, and the local house salad (one of the best salads I have ever had!). My friends really enjoyed the devils on horseback and said the burgers were good as well. Beer selection is ok, but nothing amazing. If you go later it's more bar scene than restaurant, so if you have young children along I would recommend going earlier or go somewhere else.

Great craft beer selection, although we did have a more limited selection as our 5-day trip went on. Looks like they’re a popular watering hole! Servers and bartenders were very friendly and super fast. Preferred the atmosphere here compared to the Miner’s Daughter next door. Will make this a regular spot when I come back to Whitehorse!

We ate at the Miners Daughter side of the restaurant and loved it! The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive; we did have a short wait because the restaurant was busy and lively. Our wait gave us time to take a quick walk along the Yukon river. I would highly recommend if you’re passing through or staying in Whitehorse.

My favourite Friday-night spot in Whitehorse. Beer is great, food is awesome and potions are generous. I have the bison burger every time. You can't go wrong. The only thing I would like to see are bigger booths that can accommodate more people. For a crew of six, the seating is very crammed.

When I was here last winter I visited this place late into the evening and asked if I could get some food and was told yes. By the time my server arrived, the kitchen was closed. I had to walk to Tim Hortons in the severe cold as it was the only other place open. I don't know if the food is any good, as I will never return.

Beer and service was great. Waitress was lovely and gave us a discount because of the hard slab of meat called a steak that I was served even tho I asked for medium rare. Was super disappointed after all the hype our tour guide gave. To kitchen staff: You should operate a leather tannery from your kitchen and have Steak Frites as your number one recommended leather. The Steak wasn’t just well done at this point, it was congratualtions.

Aspires to big city quality, and features a menu of trendy items from down south. The ambience is okay, if just a moderately-customized facsimile of the hipster joints in Vancouver. The food that comes out of the kitchen is just so-so. It would be okay if everything wasn't so steeply priced. Still, Whitehorse has a real dearth of quality eateries and this is one of the better ones.

Was able to slip in just before the kitchen closed (10pm). Ordered the calamari and the spicy chorizo pizza. The calamari was really good, not like the usual stuff you get at most restaurants. The pizza was so good. Their pizza is a Neapolitan style crust and flame roasted in an authentic pizza oven. I would highly recommend coming here for dinner especially for the pizza.

Quickly seated in the holidays, and service was prompt! The food was very delicious and perfect for the 'gram! Prices were a little steep, but not terrible. Overall a positive experience, and would most likely return if in the area! ✌️

Busy Monday night but sat very quickly by a friendly hostess. Half price pizza Monday, worth it! Potato pizza and dirty northerner were both bomb. We are passing thru and interested in a t shirt and our server Logan was so accommodating! We are both service industry and I can honestly say he went above and beyond. If we lived here it would be our spot for sure!

I loved the music and the beer!!! Walking distance from hotels, banks and pizza place. Obviously they have a menu, but unfortunately their menu is a bit limited. Staff is good tho.

You have to check out Sheep Camp! Amazing cocktails and food. The view at Midnight in Summer shows the beautiful orange skies right through the window. Super comfy and warming.

The first time I came the service was terrible and the waitress didn't manage to follow the simplest of instructions, but the food it's self was good enough to give it another try. Today the service was great and the food was amazing. They have a good beer selection, but more than 2/3 of the selection is out of stock, so they lose a star because of that. It's the best place I've been in Whitehorse, just really wish they offered a better selection of local beers.

Excellent burger, very good beer list. Shame they didn't have anything local on tap, but that's life. Bartender knows how to mix a good drink too, so that's always pleasant. Based on my experiences this far, this one is a can't miss stop in Whitehorse, for sure. I'll be back.

Good food and nice place. I think this is the place to go for group, date and fun outings. Have good beers! My only moot point is when you buy a flight of beer to try a bunch, the barman will choose the beers that might not make you discover as much as you wish. We only got blonde beers.

The Dirty is an okay spot for drinks, with a few key shortcomings. On the plus side, it's about the coolest place in town, so it's where all the hip kids go, and the decor is good without either dumpy or in-your-face avantgarde. The food is consistently pretty good, too. Downsides: a) noise levels are way too high. When it's busy, you need to cup your hands around your immediate neighbour's ear to be heard b) seating sucks -- stools are uncomfortable and booths are weirdly too low for the tables c) their beer flights are inexplicably dealer's choice. I'm a craft beer nerd, and I really don't need some random bartender deciding for me which beers I want to try.
