Just another local liquor store. It has a decent chilled section and a good amount of booze but overall not the biggest store around. Prices are a little bit higher than the BCL.

I have always loved popping in to this neat little boutique beer ‘n wine store as the staff is always friendly and fun and the place has so much character! Siskel and Ebert would definitely give it two thumbs up! ????????

The Sandpiper is a wonderful local liquor store on Johnston, with great hours (10am-11pm daily), a decent selection on craft beer, and friendly staff that are always there to greet you and your furry little friend (dogs are allowed in the store and they also get a treat!). #SupportLocalBusinesses

Only liquor store in actual white rock territory, smaller selection, decent enough for it's smaller size that is. Staff is cheerful and helpful when you have any questions. Not a 5 cause I've learned to stay away from on sale beer, always check dates or be wary of an acceptable to palate taste if past, harhar. 2 thumbs up.

This morning I went to Sandpiper for the first time. I will definitely make it my purpose to make this liquor store my primary choice in the future. That's because of the excellent and friendly service from Kelly. Just goes to show what a difference being polite, helpful and smiling will do for a return customer.
