Good store ! Except the idiot Italian staff member that likes to power trip over the customers. Almost refused to serve me because my daughter was with me and then proceeded to lecture me while the line up behind me grew out of control. Lucky I was in a good mood that day. Next time I will head over to the goverment store.

This place is quite a drive for us (from East Vancouver) but if you're into classic and rare cocktails, this is THE place in the Lower Mainland to get the super obscure bottles. You will pay for it (besides the usual BCLDB massive markups, they mark the bottles up more), but if you're looking for a Punt e Mes, or a Bitter Spirits bottle, this is the place to go to. Weekend staff doesn't know the products much; so go during the week - this is especially important if you're contemplating a $100 bottle of gin and want to know exactly what to expect in the taste, and why it's worth buying.

Ok for international beer selection, but difficult to access the freshness. Prices seem quite high but considering the high income West Vancouver neighborhood, this isn't anything new. Three star but this venue pales in comparison to any BC Liquor store or the Everything Wine location in North Vancouver.

Service is hit and miss, sometimes very poor. Ok selection. Some staff is friendly, some knowledgeable, some not friendly. I've gone in there to return my empties a few times. Usually no problem if I was a few bottles over the limit(24), as I've done there and several other places before. One time the clerk there refused to credit me for two extra bottles although he would take them. I found him rude and had me waiting a while. Ridiculous.

This place is a gem! Not only do they have one of the best selections of craft beer, their selections are a well rounded mix of beer from Canada and the US. Their prices are very reasonable to boot! The best prices in West Van by far! Their staff is also quite helpful. I asked about a beer and they were able to give me a sample. The recommendation they gave was spot on which is tough to get right. When you're looking for beer to go in West Van look no further !!!

Incredibly rude lady, presumably manager. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Other staff generally nice, but not very helpful either. Will never buy from that liquor store again. Park Royal North is the way to go.
