Friendly tasting room staff, beautiful European influences style in the grounds and tasting room and good wine. Prices are a little expensive, but still worth the trip if you are in the Fair Haven area.

Not greeted by cleaning staffer as we approached. Friendly hostess. Service was slow. D.T.E. server! I’d like their CEO to explain why my bottle came to table uncorked & not poured. The bottle, nor cork, appeared new/unused. The menu, food & chef created confusion.

Love the atmosphere. Feels like a great big family get together! Such pretty grounds with a great view! Live music with many comfortable seats to enjoy it from! I have tasted most of their wines and have yet to be disappointed. This is a place that you just feel like you want to stay awhile. Nice day trip.

The winery and venue is gorgeous. They had live music and a full house when we went. We waited in line to order food for 25 minutes, then we ordered and were told it would be 40 to 45 minutes. After the 4 other people with us and everyone behind us in line was served, we thought something must be wrong. One person told us that they lost our order after an hour and 35 minutes. Another told us that they would start making out order right then. Someone else went to get a manager. She came over and told us she would drop off some free drink chips and a gift card, so that we could come another time and have a good experience. She left and came back 10 minutes later with half of our original food order. We never got a drink chip or gift card. We were so disappointed. Very nice views.

Was unhappy when we got there. Internet said open for tasting but it was not. Could buy bottles but not do tasting even though we belong to the wine club. Drove one hour in a snowstorm to find this out. Seems like we should have been able to get a glass free.

Elegant winery on the shore of Little Sodus Bay just outside Fair Haven. It has beautiful grounds with well designed buildings and great views. The wines are great. You can try them in a gorgeous tasting room. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. In the summer they open a really cool outdoor bar that features excellent wood fired pizzas.

Good selection of wines made from estate grapes and imported from Australia. Beautiful tasting area with knowledgeable staff. They also have events and can be rented for weddings and parties.

The only reason this place gets one star is because the attendants in the tasting room are the only ones who gave great service, or any at all. Got there to enjoy some good food for a special celebration dinner with family, the eating area wasn't even ready. Heaters were off and remained off after two attemtps to ask employees to turn them on. We turned them on ourselves. Orderes our food and the employee was incredibly rude and acting as if we were doing her a disservice by ordering. The food was made by kids, not chefs, which may have been okay if it was close to what I could make at home, but it was awful. The "woodfired pizza" tasted like crappyfrozen and reheated pizza hut. The wings were disgusting amd tasted microwaved and the fries were soggy. I regret ever going there.

At a day quilt retreat. It was all wonderful. Sewing room was roomy yet cozy. Food was terrific. Snacks and drinks all day. Overall setting was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our wine tasting at Colloca. For $7, you can taste 6 of their wines. I prefer white so really enjoyed their award winning 2019 Lake Dry Reisling. All the wines I tried were really good. If you are looking for a good port wine, you should dry/buy Tawny

The wine tasting was fun and the wines were very good. I especially enjoyed the three Rieslings they offer. I was there on a picture perfect, sunny, and blue sky day and enjoyed a band outside. I loved their wood fired pizza. I hope to go back again.

This is a first class vineyard. Really nice atmosphere and great wine tasting experience with friendly staff. I had to go 4 stars though because I promised my kids ice cream if they behaved while the wine tasting took place. The wine tasting room, bar, and restaurant all take cards but guess what's cash only...the ice cream stand. So rather then stay and order food and a few glasses of wine along with ice cream, we had to leave. People mostly do not carry cash and this cost you all additional business. Kind of frustrating to have cash only businesses in 2019. Please accept card transactions on all sales.

We got married last weekend - ceremony and reception on the estate. Monica was wonderful and took care of every concern. Power was available for the ceremony by the water, golf carts to transport elderly relatives, food was outstanding and absolutely delicious (chef made some last minute recommendations which enhanced the experience), drinks - no lines - guests raved at the beauty of the location and entire experience. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They took care of absolutely everything. I couldn't have been more pleased!

The location and venue was nice. Service and food was terrible. We waited forever to be seated. Someone from our table had to get up and ask someone to take our drink order, get us water, and bread. When our entrees arrived they were cold and the steak was overcooked. They didn't serve the steak with steak knives. I've had filet mignon that you could cut with a fork. This wasn't it. It was a very expensive meal. I was very disappointed.

Wonderful vineyard....very new, fancy, well maintained, with a great wine tasting bar (10 wines at least) along with nice choices for lunch check or dinner. Great grounds to walk around including the lake. This was our second visit.

Venue is always great, but the only food available was a BBQ chicken dinner or chicken salad sandwich. Had the dinner which was sub par. When they get their menu up and going I Would recommend them whole heartedly. But on this occasion they did not provide their normal 5 star Experience

My wife and I who are Black decided to visit the winery after going to the Ren festival. Once we entered the doors we began to get immediate stares. We were not dressed in costumes just normal clothing but the patrons did not seem to like us there. I saw an opening to the bar and someone beckoned that they were actually waiting for service there. But 30 seconds later someone else comes in and goes up to the bar and there was no issue. So we left. Just did not feel comfortable there at all.

Was looking forward to sampling some of their wines, only to walk out. My wife and I were ready to receive a tasting when a group of 4 walked in behind us, then a group is 5 walked in 5 mins later, so we waited. Then a lady walked in and wanted a taste of a certain wine. The representative (server) proceeded to serve the single lady while we waited. Very poor service as we were neglected. Well never come back.

We were with friends for a get together at this place. A friend ordered food and drinks from the bar. They kept her credit card at the bar. When we were done and the friend went to close out her card. She was overcharged by $31. The bar maid who was short, fat and had a blond pony tail wrote on the friends receipt that she would “fix the problem when she came back the next time”. How do you run a business like that? An employee makes a mistake like that and won’t refund the amount of the mistake back to the customer’s credit card and then expects them to return to get the problem straightened out. I for one won’t spend another nickel there. They couldn’t pay me to come back.

This place is amazing with top notch service. We showed up by boat. There are 3 floating docks to tie up to. If you call they will puck anyone up with a golf cart to save a small climb. The food was excellent. Our kids had the pizza. My son rated it a 10.7 on the Dave Portnoy pizza scale. Fish and chips were delicious and hit the spot. My wife's crab cakes looked to be the best she had ever had. The food was amazing and only out shined by the service.

Just entering this Estate is a thrill. Pristine vines, pond with a waterfall, and beautiful property. The Pavillion houses a Wine Bar (full service) great inside and outside seating with some delicious menu items. Crab cakes, wood fired pizza, burgers and my favorite the BLT salad just to name a few. Then on to the Wine tasting room. There you can have a tasting cor just buy a bottle or two. There is seating inside and outside also you can get their famous Charcuterie platters which was a first for Fair Haven. All in all it's a delightful place to visit.
