First time customer - but have used different wine maker stores for years The store is brand new with modern appliances for washing ,filling and corking the bottles. Very easy and fast once you catch on. Included in the cost is the labels and they make our own labels with your names on them and the date of bottling. There are quite a few different labels to pick from. Plus you get to pick what color caps that will get shrink wrapped onto the bottle. Looks very professional and cool. Very happy with the experience with Roger & Christine Recommend their store for your wine making needs. Try them - they are very friendly people.

From start to finish, the entire experience here was amazing. The owners were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The environment was so clean and very well organized. (It was so clean we could have been preforming surgery) The equipment was top of the line and very easy to use and the prices were very reasonable. In fact, after bottling our first batch we ordered our second. Needless to say, my wife and I would highly recommend Vin Bon Welland to anyone who would like to bottle thier own wine. Today is third time my wife and I have used this location for bottling. Each time, we have been totally impressed. The place is by far the cleanest place we have ever used. The equipment is very easy to use, and Roger is very helpful. And the Wine is Great! Custom labelling makes each bottle great to look at, and very personalized. Highly recommend this place!

Roger & Christine are very friendly & their establishment is spotless. This was our first time bottling wine. We had 2 batches. Roger helped us & the process went very smoothly. There is so much to look at in the store. We sampled our wine. We were very surprised that it was so good, especially as it was just bottled. The wine is going to be delicious as time goes by. We are going to wait 3 - 4 months before we drink it. Looking forward to bottling again in 6 - 7 weeks.

My second visit to Vin Bon in the Fitch St. Plaza and it was a very good experience , Rodger and Christine are very pleasant and very helpful, prices are reasonable and the oultity of the product that they have is tops,i absolutely will be returning and i do recommend their business to any person that is interested in taking home a good quality wine.
