I love everything about Urban Distilleries! Their classy new location in West Kelowna (literally 30 seconds off the highway), their attention to detail, and everything I have tasted I love- but my absolutely favourite liqueur is their blackberry liqueur- I’m obsessed with BC blackberries and their liqueur has such richness and depth. My second favourite it the peach. Recently performed a taste test of 6 Urban Distilleries liqueurs and the other liqueur flavours are yummy too. Using only BC products, you can actually taste each flavour clearly and distinctly. And I like how they get their ingredients locally, supporting other BC small businesses. Can’t wait to go back! And their online ordering is so handy, for those times when we don’t get to Kelowna. Way to go Dan and Mark! Months of work has really paid off!

We dropped in to give the Mike a photo of a Kermode(Spirit) Bear. He showed us around personally and we sample a bit of the "Spirit Bear Gin". It is very good and we bought a bottle to take home with us to Terrace.

This place is amazing! The store was set up really cool, and you were allowed to check out their distilleries. The woman who served us our samplers was friendly and informative. They have a wide range of mead, whiskey, bourbon, gin, and vodka where all their ingredients were sourced in Canada. It was $5 for 5 samples, and that feels gets waived if you buy a bottle of liquor. They even had a bacon spice for lining your Caesar drinks or a lemon one for margaritas .... Both were amazing. We also bought their dill pickle vodka for Caesars, honey mead, and bourbon.

Great drinks. Great staff. Learned a bunch and had a good time for about an hour! Owner walked us through the back showed is the huge still and one vat that was making whiskey. Rory was great with the knowledge and tasting notes of all the spirits. Highly recommended!

This is a great place with awesome products. The Dill Pickle Vodka makes the best Bloody Caesars while both the Spirit Bear and Paul’s Tomb Gins are delicious in various drinks including martinis. Can’t wait to come visit the new location. For now I buy from the web store.

Did not visit. But tried to talk to them more about up coming classes. Due too having to plan ahead with vacation from work. Classes looked too be very well put together...E mailed them twice and also called once. Talked to someone who told me Mike Urban would contact me with more info. Did not get any reply...At all. There customer service pretty much sucks... Hopefully there products are better...Will never know.

Steve was the nicest and best host on our tour. The tastings were great and very generous. My friend even lost her sunglasses and he came out of his way to bring them back to her on our next stop.... overall, exceeded everyone’s expectations!

Really amazing spirits, and our server was super friendly. Have visited several Okanagan distilleries on several trips (I am from Ontario), this one is my favourite thus far. The single malt whisky was hands down the smoothest I have ever tasted, and though I generally avoid vodkas, their espresso infused spirit was so tasty I bought a miniature I could take back home. Their Spirit Bear was fruity as well, very different from your average vodka. Would most definitely be worth it to ship a few bottles online; if you take 3 shipping is free.

Absolute best selection of any other distillery around, loved their pickle vodka and mead! Ultimately I walked out with a bottle of Pauls Tomb gin (unique rose notes) and white bear moonshine which was surprisingly sweet. Fantatsic service, cool atmosphere, and excellent products!

On vacation from Alberta, I was on a mission to attain a Honey Mead which led me to Urban Distillery and Winery in Kelowna. As the facility was in transition of establishing their beautiful, highly distinguished and copper-vat filled distillery in a new location, I was unable to purchase the Sweet Honey Mead. This lovely delight was awarded a 2017 Gold Medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition and deservingly so. The creation of this mellow, softly-sweet dessert wine dates back from ancient times in it's history and has been delectably recreated by the talented crafters of Urban Distillery. Thank you, Henry, for the lovely invite to view the distillery. Your knowledge, hospitality and kindness were truly appreciated. May Urban Distillery and Winery continue to flourish in the years to come.

Do yourself a favor and check out this incredible distillery. They are very kind and professional! Great product line....My absolute favorite is the French Oak aged Honey Mead. This stuff is liquid bliss! Can hardly wait to experience their tasting room lounge which I was told is going to be like a glorified living room...my kind of room. Keep it up...I only see them being ridiculously busy in foreseeable future.

I am disgusted that they support the medical segregation of their customers. They even go beyond the provincial directive and demand a vax pass for the retail space. So disgusting and disappointing.
