Beautiful location and facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We just returned from a long weekend here, and it's elegant enough to feel pampered, but also laid-back enough that you can relax and feel at home. Great views, constantly changing with the weather and nice trails about to enjoy nature. The restaurant menu isn't huge, but well varied and very good. Only had dessert the final night, but dessert may be where the kitchen really shines. The wine list is extensive and feature local vineyards and apparently the cocktail menu is about to get an overhaul, which is due. I suspect they were short-staffed the first night, because every other meal we had through the long weekend was delivered with incredible speed considering they were at full capacity with the Covid-reduced seating. There was a lineup (usually less than 5, at most 15 minutes) in the last hour before breakfast, but they managed to get everyone through very efficiently without ever feeling rushed. A new Austrian chalet restaurant is about to open below too, which may help. The place was very clean, Covid protocols were maintained and sanitizer is at all contact points. There's no wear on the woodwork or furnishings, but there are a few areas in the rooms where a maintenance person could address minor wear/poor fitting to make it just like new. Note this is an adult-only resort, but they do have some pet rooms for 4-legged family members.
