WiFi is garbage. Breakfast was very average. They gave very limited quantity. Some stuff we're overcooked. Room quality was very average. A lot of the amenities were not functioning or I'm bad condition.

Horrible service at reception desk. 45mins to check in after calling in advance to reserve and only get 2 of the 3 rooms, was told to come back later for the 3rd

The room wasn't ready on time, the desk clerk was most interested in leaving after his shift than serving us. They lost the booking of several people of our group and they overbilled others. The room was cheap. The Hall looks nice but the hotel is awful.

Horrible- Our room had no heat, we were told they were full and handed us a little heater. When we rented the room the clerk advised for an extra fee we would get a hot breakfast. In the morning we were advised that they had made changes and starting that week there was no more hot breakfast - You would think that there would some type of communication between the kitchen and front desk. The bed sheets were stained. Other than the shower we have nothing good to say about this place.

I was disappointed with my stay, especially the cleanliness and the faint smell of cigarettes in the air. The 3 star designation is not representative, I would classify it as lower. The overall feel is gloomy and dingy. I wouldn't recommend it.
