We were left with our empty plates for 30 minutes and the cocktails the same until we left ... in 3 hours at the table, 3 interactions with the waiter, 1 cocktail when we certainly would have consumed more. We had to ask the hostess to tell her colleague to come and bring us the bills. It took another 20 minutes more… I had been recommended this restaurant but seriously, it will be necessary to review the quality of the service… After 4 years in restoration, I judge that with the traffic of the restaurant at this time, we do not deserve this kind of service, practically non-existent. Never in my habit of leaving below 15% because it hurts my heart as a server, but honestly, the 10% was for the first time in my life, to put it ... I understand that it happens to "escape" a table, but the minimum is to be aware of it and apologize for it ... (Original) Pour avoir travaillé en restauration, je n’ai jamais reçu un aussi mauvais service… J’étais avec une amie qui est cliente régulière et je ne voulais pas nuire à sa réputation de cliente, donc j’ai décidé de venir m’exprimer ici. Tout d’abord, nous avons donné notre nom à la jeune dame à l’entrée afin d’être sur la liste d’attente. 45 minutes plus tard, on nous appelle pour nous dire qu’une table vient de se libérer à l’intérieur et mais que pour la terrasse c’est encore minimum 30 minutes d’attente… On lui précise au téléphone qu’on ne veut pas attendre alors nous allons choisir l’intérieur. Arrivés sur places, 2 tables extérieures (où les réservations ne sont pas admises, donc disponibles) sont vides. Nous avons demandé pour rechanger de place une fois assis. Ça a pris exactement 45 minutes avant qu’on vienne nous suggérer quelque chose à boire/manger. Service ultra rapide, bouffe 100%. On nous a laissé nos assiettes vides pendant 30 minutes et les cocktails de même jusqu’à notre départ… en 3 heures à la table, 3 interactions avec le serveur, 1 cocktail alors que nous en aurions assurément consommé plus. Nous avons du demandé à l’hotesse de dire à son collègue de venir nous porter les factures. Ça a repris un autre 20 minutes supplémentaires… Je m’étais fais recommander ce restaurant mais sérieusement, il va falloir réviser la qualité du service… Après 4 ans en restauration, je juge qu’avec l’achalandage du resto à ce moment, nous ne méritions pas ce genre de service, pratiquement inexistant. Jamais dans mes habitudes de laisser en bas de 15% parce que ça fait mal à mon coeur de serveur, mais honnêtement, le 10% était pour la première fois de ma vie, de mise… Je comprend que ça arrive d’ « échapper » une table, mais le minimum c’est d’en être conscient et s’en excuser…
