Hands down, the best spot in PEC! Adega is not just a place to order wine by the glass, but a full-on experience that comes with the owners' passion for wine and his sommelier experience and knowledge. He lives and breaths wine; that is obvious! Thierry is one passionate guy and has real support for the community. Adega is a great space to do a tasting of hand-picked wines or enjoy a glass or bottle. Plus, you can buy wine at their bottle shop! The food platters are delicious and beautiful, undoubtedly Instagram-worthy. Adega is an excellent experience in little old Consecon, and it's never too busy where you need to yell over to the person across the table. It is a perfect spot, in the old mill, on the water in a hamlet. It certainly has its charm. If I could give it ten stars, I would!

Came here recently from a trip to Prince Edward County from Toronto. I liked the trendy millennial vibe of the place. The crowd seemed super chill and young and really woke. The group beside us was having an animated discussion about the colonizer mindset in the County and I would've joined in except I was too shy. They were totally my kind of people. The only slip-up with regards to atmosphere was one of the staff, not sure if he was the host or someone like that, was very condescending in his attitude. He had a very superior attitude which is not the way to treat customers. As for the the food and bevs selection, they were unfortunately not up to par, especially for the price. These were like Toronto prices without Toronto selection or quality. Also, quite disappointed that a place like this would have highly unethical fois gras on the menu. Atmosphere 4 - 1(for the superior attitude guy) = 3. Food and bev = 2. Overall 2.

Adega Wine Bar is a perfect spot for a nice evening. It’s is run by a lovely married couple, Thierry and AJ, who are highly knowledgeable about the food and wine that they serve, and are exceptionally kind people. The charcuterie board is great. Our favourite drinks of the night were the desert wines: the port and sherry were the perfect way to finish to our meal. The bar has been freshly renovated and has a calm rustic feel with nice music played at a comfortable level in the background. Definitely worth a visit!

Wow! What a fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Thierry and enjoying an evening with the place all to ourselves. We were welcomed as friends and treated so incredibly well. Thierry is an excellent steward of wines and wine culture. His knowledge is world class and he's clearly passionate about his craft. He was incredibly generous with his inventory and encouraged us to try everything before we committed. Not only that he was so open to sharing his resources and connections with fellow wine connoisseurs. The photo is of a combo food board (charcuterie + spanish) and was so delicious. The choices are well curated and incredibly tasty. After we finished Thierry invited us to check out the new space right beside the Grist Mill. This is going to be a landmark destination in the county. Mark my words. Thierry, thank you for an amazing experience. We'll see you soon.

What a wonderful addition to the county. Amazing selection of wines and the Mediterranean board was amazing! They even substituted the meat with more cheese to accommodate our diet! My husband isn't a big wine drinker but Theirry took the time to understand his taste. Amazing experience!
