Deb Sales Representive When I said ooh ok Mam I'll check with my friends from Japan Place hand up to my face and said dont call me Mam Then demanded Id for my friends I have been coming here for a few years and spent 100s and 100s of Dollars at this winery I felt very Offended and felt Very Uncomfortable of this women's approach and attitude !!! And have not ordered today due to offended of the attitude of a staff member and also I bring in International people to this Winery !!!???

one of our favorite tastings! they have a fancy contraption for the wine and the staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and lovely to us. many of the other wineries we went to you could tell they were judging us based on our age and thought we were just here for the free wine tastings, but jokes on them as we spent our money at olive farm instead. keep it up, we love your wines and will be enjoying them from sydney!

Such a great cellar door winery. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and happy to guide you through their amazing selection. Bit unfortunate that bus groups arrive unannounced and expect to be served before others. We went back a few times

Fantastic tasting experience through Best of Perth Tours, being shown the behind the scenes of the winery including the vats, machinery and aging barrels. So many different wine varieties no matter your taste there will be one for you. A much better experience than the larger wineries. Also has a cheese shop on the property to improve the experience.

What an amazing last day visiting Perth. After a horrible experience at Sittella vineyard down the road we stopped off here with friends who have been before. We were greeted by Steve and he took us through an incredible wine tasting with his extensive knowledge. We ended up buying lots of bottles to take home to the UK including a gorgeous fortified wine for my mothers 65th birthday. Next time we visit Perth we will most definitely come back to the vineyard here and have lunch at The Cheese Barrel!

So dissappointed. I think you have lost your focus on what a good winery is. That is, interacting with someone who is passionate about the wine and enjoys imparting their knowledge of the product. Instead we were greeted with a wine self serve dispersering unit and the need to purchase a wine card to sample your wines. Whats dissappointing is, there weren't even any wine notes provided Not sure what your rational is, but it has changed the whole dynamics of your winery and not for the better. There is nothing personable about the experience. We have experienced this set up in wine bars in the US and it has worked very well but it dosent work in a winery environment. Shame.

One of the best winery in the valley ! We've been there a month ago and we had a great tastings with a girl (I'm sorry to not remember your name) really dedicated to her job. They have a huge range of varieties produced and processed on site It's not the biggest and fancy place of the valley but if you like wine just go there

Some of the best wine in the valley and a lovely way to taste (8 tasters for $10) and it's in a beautiful setting. Here and Lamont's have my favourite chardonnay and some beautiful heavy reds

Large selection of cheese, you won't have trouble finding one that sits your taste. If you don't know where to start the friendly staff are a great help. Great atmosphere and view.

Have been here twice with family when they have visited. Both times were recieved with friendly and informative service. 6 dollars for 10 tastings including one complimentary tasting. Cheese and bread olives or bread and oil for cleansing pallet between tastings. There's a small area so if you have children. An iPad is set up with some toys for entertainment for little ones. Nice atmosphere, both when busy and quiet. Have visited during both times. So if you fancy a drop of good quality wine with a superb and unique selection this is for you. ????????

Place was nice, cafe next store is good as well. but the staff in cellar was really unfriendly, and she ruined my trip. She don't seems like to give us any wine taste, she even ask my wife to check ID who is 29 this year. So offended. Never want to go back for this wine taste.

We arrived OFW late in the afternoon and there was a bit of a crowd, so we decided to return the next day. When we did, we were surprised when Steve the guy serving us welcomed us back. His knowledge of the wines and vineyards is amazing most of all he was patient and helpful. His energy and passion for his products was evident, as he had a cold yet went to lengths to describe the wines. The tasting menu is extensive and for $5 you get to sample a decent pour of 8 of your selections.

Such a disappointment..we were on a swan valley tour and one of our friends was wearing a hair scarf. They automatically assumed that none of us will have any wine and there wasn’t any such thing as a welcome or a hello. Which was observed from the other customers coming in. Maybe they need to train their staff properly.

THEY HAVE MOVED TO MILLENDON ON THE GREAT EASTERN HIGHWAY,A BIT FURTHER UP.THE NEW PLACE IS LOOKING GREAT,AND WORTH A VISIT IF YOU ARE A WINE LOVER. Visited this winery with a friend if mine who knew the family. I had never been here before and was surprised at the range of still wines and fortified wines that they produce. All that I tasted were enjoyable, especially the Durif, which is not a common grape variety in this part if the country. More common in Victoria.

4.5 stars. Decent spot for wine tasting, with a surprisingly long list of wines to choose from. They have a range of sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, sweet and not-sweet wines, fortified wines. I was surprised that they allow free tastings of all but one of their fortified wine range (the $2 tasting of their specialty one is worthwhile too), quite generous; one of the free tastings was from a bottle that i think was around $149 (from memory), it was nice so I definitely considered it, dangerous for the budget! They also had some chopped bread to taste their olive oil in a corner, and they'll give you some of their olives to taste too ($10 if you want a small-ish jar).

Did the wine tour and tasting with Tess. Tess was very knowledgeable about the wines and was able to find ideal reds and whites based on our preferences. Tried some incredible wines I’ve never experienced anywhere else! We really enjoyed the chilled Autumn Cabernet (our favorite).
