This is my first time here but it certainly won't be my last. I am a certified BBQ judge and therefore quite picky when it comes to my smoked bbq meat and this plate was absolutely delish. The service waa also excellent.

Kind of hard to find, but a gem for sure! Great friendly staff and excellent beers that are made locally, with awesome local artwork and names. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves craft beer.

I have been a fan of Stack Brewing since they first opened five years ago. Every visit to the Sudbury area requires stopping in to enjoy their great beers. (One of the reasons that is important is because they have some amazing annual anniversary releases that are only available for a limited time, as well as several other experimental brews that aren't available in broader distribution) Regardless of your preference for beer flavours: IPA, Stout, Ale, Lager, Sour, you are certain to find something to your liking in their broad selection of cans, bottles and growler fills.

Great to have a brewery back in town! Select beers are available at the LCBO, while some appear only in store. It helps to drop in as you can sample the beers before buying; you can also buy growlers or have them refilled at the brewery. Their standard beers are mostly very good (I like Impact and Stack '72) while their seasonal beers mix things up. Some of the creations are a bit hit or miss, but they get full points for creativity and for supporting events like the Elgin Street Craft Beer Festival.

Local microbrewery offers a continually changing selection of great beer on tap, in bottles, and cans. Your best option environmentally is to buy a few Boston rounds or growlers (depending on how much fridge space you have) and enjoy fresh draught beer at home. Their eight draught taps mix in small experimental batches such as the Grand Piquant (pepper and coffee notes) with standbys such as Impact and Saturday Night. If there's a line up, you're always welcome to kill some time on the foosball table.

A small and slightly hidden gem but definitely worth stopping in. They don’t offer flights but still allow sampling. We had the Nickle City lager, the Hard Seltzer and the Sour IPA. Every one was delicious and would definitely visit again if in the area.

They have a large and diverse beer selection. The staff was friendly and was more than happy to offer samples of the beer. They take great care in filling growlers and even vacuum seal the top and attach a tag with the name of the beer. Overall a fantastic brewery

Remember the award winning sour IPA, Expansion? That's Stack! They've also got a series of lovely IPAs, but what drew my attention was a very rare beast -- the Altbier! Based on a German beer style, it is a deep red brew that combines a deliciously malty taste and caramel fragrance. For a small operation, Stack Brewery brews big beer!

Was a faithful customer for years. But significant issues with consistency of quality have made me shy away. I love what they do for our community but they need to take a very objective look at some of their products. The just-published Ontario Craft Beer Guide, 2nd ed. would seem to agree with me according to their scores.

Great beer. I really can't say more. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and the brewery is very tied to the community; from special events at the brewery to participation in festivals. They've always got something special brewing and their staples like Portes de L'Enfer, Impact, Valley Girl and Sudbury Saturday Night are great examples of their respective styles. They have a sour series which has not disappointed yet, a great selection of apparel in the shop with *GASP* a cycling jersey and growlers/Boston rounds for filling. My current favorite is the Expansion Sour IPA they've had available from time to time. Speaking of favourites please bring back the Grano Piquante or I'll pull a star from my review!

Emailed back and forth trying to get information on puppers beer. Before we made our trip to Ontario I contacted and confirmed they had a new batch made, usually replied within 24 to 48 hours which was great. We purchased 16 cans (all the same batch number) during our trip to Sudbury, when we returned to BC we were shocked when we opened the first can to a foul odor. The beer tasted rotten, we then opened a second can thinking maybe something had gone wrong. We tried 3 ourselves, and had 4 friends try others, no one could finish theirs either complaining about the same taste without knowing how we felt. I emailed the same email I had been in contact with and have had NO reply. Very disappointed.

Top-notch local brewery. Very chill, down to earth place and people. Sooo many beers to choose from, and the T-shirts and sweatshirts are super comfortable. Try the Saturday Night Cream Ale, it's the best! Tours are available, but you need to book ahead. Tastings are always free and available. They are currently celebrating their 1000th batch, and 5 year anniversary.
