I used to buy flowers when I lived in Sudbury here many years ago. Ordered flowers online today at 430 for someone who will probably be in the hospital a long time and needed some cheering up. I didn't know what I wanted so I picked the florist choice bouquet deluxe which arrived at 6pm the and honestly I have never seen a prettier bouquet of flowers; roses, Gerber daisies, Callalily's, and more and the bouquet made her day! I went here for my 8 year wedding anniversary and bought roses. I met the owners, a very lovely couple. The flowers at their shop are perfect. I've never seen any that perfect before and my wife, who can be hard to impress at times, was VERY impressed with them. They even threw in 2 extra roses to match the number of years we've been married! (yes I took credit for that one hehe) Extremely fast service and the flowers were arranged beautifully. I'll be going back to their store for all of my special occasions. Highly recommended!

There are you-brew wine shops, then there is Regency Wine and Flowers. I keep going back because of Ron's attention to detail during the vinting process. I've had Ron making my wine for over 5 years and have been pleased with every batch.

Well im glad everybody else had a great experience with them i ordered valentines day flowers before 8am. I figured my wife would have a great surprise sometime during the day while i was at work. So I get home to no flowers. I called the store around 330pm asking whats going on and the gentleman says the flowers will be coming on the next order. 530pm rolls around and still nothing! Once again I call the store this time saying i would like to cancel the order the "gentleman" on the phone says just refuse the flowers when they get to your door. To which i question will i be refunded, he says in a couple of days i will refund you. So I do as instructed and refuse PLUS THEY WERE DELIVERED TO ME BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS IN THE DRIVEWAY LEAVING WITH MY KIDS SHE WASNT EVEN THERE TO RECIEVE THE FLOWERS!!! only to get an email in a couple days saying they have decided to renag on what they have said and that i should not have refused the order WHICH I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO. Just simply bad practice and personal greed its sad to say that mom and pop shops are turning into lousy establishments like this!!!! Your customers make or break you and i would deffinatelt not refer thia place to anybody. No flowers, disappointed wife on valentines day and im out almost 80.00. Great business practice to have customers pay for items not recieved glad i could support your charity. Wish i could say something posative.

I ordered flowers for my mother on mothers day but when I ordered I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the Friday before mother's day or their best time. ..when they were not as busy. Thay delivered the flowers to my mom on the requested Friday. It was snowing in Sudbury that day. They simply left the flowers on the front step without ringing the bell. When my mom found the flowers, they were damaged and half of them wilted. I emailed the business several times for some compensation since I paid $80 for the flowers that looked terrible. They refused to reimburse me even some of the price I paid. I normally do not complain; however, this was the only way I could make mother's say special for my mom since I could not be with her. I will never do business with this place again and will spread the word. Very disappointing. ☹

Received what appeared to be a lovely bouquet as an anniversary acknowledgement as family could not be together. Within one week, the water was very cloudy. I took apart the bouquet, rinsed, trimmed, discarded and returned to new water. About five days later, I noticed the water was greenish, flowers were all deteriorated - when I took it apart in the sink, it was completely slimy and mouldy. I do not usually complain, but thought the shop should know that they perhaps a bacterial issue. Owner blames "Covid", but couldn't even extend a "Sorry the flowers were in such poor condition".

Ordered pink flowers and got orange. Many of the flowers arrived broken at the top of the stem. One actually broke off and it looked like someone just shoved it in the bouquet. Also forgot half our order. Expected more care for the cost of everything. :(

Received flowers for Mothers day. Flowers were left outside in the cold and snow storm. Not even enough sense to ring door bell. Flowers were broken and some were wilted and dead. Owner has an attitude and refused to do anything as a business owner to correct this matter. They were asked to pick up their flowers and compensate for their screw up. Owner is very arrogant and she said she had no intention of trying to rectify this matter. What a way to treat a customer and operate a business. Will never deal there in the future and will spread the word about our terrible experience. Wish I could give this business a minus star rating. I do not need your sarcastic response to this review as people do read these.
