Stopped in on our Family Vacation from Ontario Prices very reasonable, great atmosphere, friendly people and the food is great! We were even lucky enough to have the owners come to our table and say Hi! We will definitely stop by again!

Food was great and lots of it to bring home for later. Fresh handcut fries with my club sandwich that was also hot and fresh. My son had the beyond meat burger with fries (he's vegetarian) and also enjoyed it. My only complaint is that it took forever for anyone to realize we were there and we just about walked out.

Great chowder!! We were recommended by the staff at the Anne Murray Centre across the street and are we ever glad they pushed us to try it. The staff were fun and friendly, the food was over the top and the prices were so low compared to what we had experienced in Halifax for seafood. Thumbs up and an extra credit for the great music mix being played at a reasonable level for us older folks.

One of the best Hot Turkey sandwiches I've ever had!

Just moved to town went hete for supper. Had burgers and fries. Fries were not edible overcooked and grease running off. Burgers were ok but couldn't see the cheese. Expected a lot more for a $10.00 burger. Other person wanted a starter salad was informed the $10.00 salad was all that was available. Good service but food was extremely disappointing.

Quick fast service. Comfortable atmosphere. A small cozy pub. Tasty food. We had the chowder, burger and chicken caesar wrap - all recommended. I enjoyed the 80s hits on the sound system. Nice big bright windows in front and a mix of seating. Look forward to returning.

Good food. Large portions. Ive been there a few times and the waiter is sometimes friendly and sometimes distant. Only ever 2-3 other people in the pub when I have gone. Spends time interacting with the locals.

Hot as hades in Springhill this day. We found Sociable just in time. Food and hydration were essential to complete a 300k day trip. 4 of us masked-up and seated ourselves. Server arrived, took drink orders and gave us time to check the menu. Wife had quesadillas, I had make your own burger with salad. Very reasonable tab with two large craft beers each, and very tasty. Wife gave 1/4 of her meal to me, it was so full! I would go again for sure.

We googled best place to eat anywhere from Oxford to Parrsboro and Sociables in Springhill had the best rating and reviews so that's where we stopped for lunch today. We weren't disappointed. Service was fast and the food was great. I will deffinatley eat there again on our next trip out that way from Halifax.

Food was cheap but really would not recommend this place at all. Service wasn't great, our server just seemed like he really didn't want to be there - no smile or conversation - and another server brought over some salad dressing for somebody at my table and literally set it down ON her phone screen. Food was low quality. Might be alright for a quick beer but go somewhere else to eat.

Great, friendly service. Food orders were taken promptly, we were asked if we wanted either lemon or orange in our water which I thought was a nice touch to something as basic as water. Food came out hot, orders were made accurately and our server made 3 trips to our table to check on us even though the resturant was busy and she was the only server on staff that day. We will certainly be returning to Sociables Pub and Eatery.
