Urban cellars has a great selection of wine and spirits. The staff are friendly, and they often sample their products on the weekends, which sometimes includes snacks too! A great place to stop in after picking up your groceries next door, but with enough selection that it deserves its own pit stop even if it’s a bit out of your way.

So I walked in, and I was asked to leave my bag on the customer service desk. Perfectly fine, I understand. But my bag was left unattended on the desk while the employee was talking to other customers, anyone could have grabbed it while I was shopping. It made my shopping experience uncomfortable as I had to keep going back to check my bag was still on the desk. The actual store itself is fine, prices are fair and the layout of the store is nice. The amount of locally made drinks was nice to see. The cashier was very abrupt with me however and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Which I can understand having a hard shift but all together I won't be returning to this location. You can find the same prices at different stores with better customer service.

I was 5 minutes before closing and was hoping to grab my drinks quick if I was turned away no big deal. Except 2 groups walked in right before me and were browsing for their drinks. I was the only one out of 3 groups turned away quite rudely. Luckily coop 2 blocks away is open later and has great customer service.

Great selection and not run by the government so the staff are friendly and helpful. The wine selection was pretty sold out the day I went last time which was weird. Prices are fair, comparable to any SLGA stores. Lots of free parking.

The whole store is very easy to navigate and the staff is genuinely nice. They greet you when you enter 100% of the time always friendly and willing to help with whatever requests or questions you have about your purchase. Wine deals are very good as well. The only place I choose to go Is Urban Cellars And will always be a loyal customer. Me and my family frequently go here for our beverage needs and can find anything we need even by request! Thankyou Urban Cellars for the cheer and the beer!!

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever stepped foot in. I was harassed and discriminated against for my disability the second I walked in. The employer chris even asked for my personal and private medical documentation which is a complete violation of the personal information privacy act. Lost a customer and a $300 purchase yesterday.

Very bad service and bad behaviour of cashier. Asked for ID and showed on my phone but I was told to get the actual one. Had to go back to car in this cold and none of the other customers were asked for ID. Not coming back ever. It was racism for me because I don't belong the same community cashier does.

I came in with a friend who forget their ID. They were helping me carry it to the cashier. When asked for ID and my friend did not have it they said they could only sell different type of liquor than the selections I had if they could not present said ID. I asked to speak with a manager which lead to them saying I could not purchase anything. The staff clearly did not have a grasp on liquor regulations and I ask to see these specific regulations they were talking about. Directed me to website, I and still could not find it. Very awkward and unprofessional. I understand they are doing their best but sometimes that is not enough.
