I’ve been in to bottle wine several times. Every time I go in I feel like I’m bothering the staff that work there. They are rude and speak down to me every single time I go in there and I dread it. It is very close to my house but I am going to use another wine place in the future. They have a disrespectful tone and clearly hate their jobs. I called today to ask if I could start a batch over the phone and I got a hard “NO Absolutely not! We can’t do that! I said that my friends had done it a month ago.” He was angry that I asked. A simple no, I’m sorry we’re not allowed to do that would have been fine but he went out of his way to be completely mean to me. Won’t be back. 1 star, if not less

Went in on a saturday to make wine and the guy behind the desk was watching youtube. He was rude and seemed like I was interrupting his video time. Very confrontational and aggressive. Came back four weeks later on a tuesday morning to get our wine and the same guy was working. Older guy and acted like he didn’t want to do anything. Asked questions about other wine and he was very rude and aggressive. We didn’t make any more wine there and will never go again. That guy ruined the place for us and should go.

Arrived for a 2p.m. appt today June 10 at 13:51 and was greeted inside store by I NEED YOU TO BE PUNCTUAL. YOUR TIME IS 2P.M. There was more in his curt conversation but I tuned him out since he was disrespecting me!This happened while another client was in bottling his wine.I went in at exactly 2, bottled my wine with very little acknowledgement and left.I will not be talked to in such tones and this is the 2nd time something of this nature has occurred. Their customer service is about a -3. Will not darken their doors ever again! Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star
