Les entrées (dumplings, soupes au lentilles, mozzarella de buffle et les tartares) pour ne nommer que celles-ci étaient toutes excellentes. Chacuns des plats principaux que nous avons essayés étaient excellents aussi (pour moi c'est une note parfaite pour le thon et les hush-puppies aux crabe). Le menu brunch était lui aussi délicieux. Le décor est à noter puisque qu'il garde plusieurs traits de l'ancienne cages aux sports en nous faisant oublier totalement l'ancien décor pour un instant tellement c'est moderne et joli. À essayer, j'attends le nouveau menu avec impatience.

Was here for a birthday brunch with friends and their kids. The first thing you notice is how big this place is. Super high ceilings, tastefully decorated. Two story wine cellar, looks awesome. We had a private room on the mezzanine, which gave you a great look at one of the prep stations. It was perfect for us, the kids could run around while the olds sat back and chilled. Our waitress was nice and attentive, we never ran out of anything. She wasn't pushy, but you could tell she was trained to upsell anytime she could. No big deal. The food philosophy is to focus on homemade and local products. They make their own jams, even the bread is made in house if I remember correctly. Me and a friend ordered the breakfast for two, and it's a huge amount of food. Everything was delicious. Brunch prices were similar to most upscale breakfast chains, but the quality was better here. Didn't check out the dinner menu, but I would expect the prices aren't cheap, but worth it. They had a few non brunch items available for those who don't believe in breakfast. They have a take out section, where you can get practically anything off the menu, even beer and wine. Aged steaks, sauces, desserts, bread. Looked nice! I would recommend this place if you want an upscale night out, and most definitely for brunch.

Que dire de la crème glacée dans leur dessert, on a jamais su cetait a quoi mais disons que c'etait loin d'être bon, on aurait pu leur donner a la vanille au moins... Le tartare de boeuf était decevant. En fait je devrais dire pas mangeable! C'est le pire tartare de boeuf que j'ai mangé, moi qui normalement est une grande fan de ce repas. Ca ne goutait que la mayonnaise, il y en avait tellement sur le dessus, c'est bien normal.... Les prix sont exagérer pour la qualité, les drinks sont bons mais eux aussi, très cher. On a meme pas le temps de regarder le menu qu'il faut commander. On se fais presser meme si on vient de s'asseoir. Erreurs 2 fois dans les factures, on doit encore une fois courir après le serveur pour les faire corriger... Disons que c'était la première et la dernière fois, surtout au prix que ca coûte pour si peu! Un repas de fête plus qu'ordinaire!
