The staff at Baton Rouge accomodated our large group of athletes and parents after the USport National Championship on short notice. The food was excellent. C'est à ce moment que nous avons non seulement décidé de partir, mais de ne plus jamais revenir. Je ne doute pas que la nourriture soit bonne, mais le service que nous avons reçu est totalement inacceptable. J'ai très rarement vu ça. Nous sommes finalement allés dans un restaurant qui nous a offert un service impeccable et rapide, et ce bien qu'il y ait eu beaucoup plus de monde qu'au Bâton Rouge (on comprend pourquoi), et où nous avons passé une très bonne soirée.

The chicken strips.... were 98% batter and the sides were cold and soggy, pathetic excuse for food... I told them i didn't like it, I had to practically dissect my food in front of them to show why i wasn't going to eat it, before they removed it from my table. I expected a lot more for a 20$ plate of chicken strips... chicken strips.. the easiest thing to make.. We spent quite a bit too, and even ordered more drinks after the fact. The very aggressive manager came up and said she would only be taking off 20% off as she cant apologize for the recipe, as its a chain restaurant and that's how they are prepared. change your recipe. Not so great - ordered the 1/2 rack ribs for $25 - overcooked and dry - mentioned to waitress and she said she would let the kitchen know. Most of it was edible but the last 3 ribs were like charcoal. No response from waitress. Next time we will ask for a manager. We are too nice and didn't want to annoy the waitress.
