A comprehensive review: Ambient: this restaurant/bar has a nice mix of tables separated in two floors. There are small, more private ones; bar style, and conventional tables that can be arranged to receive large groups. The theme is common to all restaurants of the franchise: a mix of country with contemporary, old fashion brewer shops with modern technology. They show with pride their large beer making tanks inside glassed rooms. Food: the menu is small but variable. In my opinion, this allows to provide good quality since it looks and taste fresh. Drinks: also few options, but with focus on what their name stand for: local-made beers. Great place to give a try for some different kinds of beers. Staff: we went there for a birthday dinner. 19 foreign people, one being a young boy. The staff that received us was very motivated, funny and courteous. Managed to have most of our orders correctly. Some minor issues that were quickly corrected. Price: well, it is expensive, and I do agree the price might not be compatible with all the content. Overall: we left full and happy - that's the main concept of a place like this, right?

Speedy service and the staff is really nice. They made sure to be very careful in the kitchen as precaution towards my nut allergy. Nous savions que nous devions être sur deux tables séparées, mais les places qu’elle nous assignait ne permettait pas des discussions. Une place où nous étions dos à dos, une autre où les tables était séparées de plus de deux mètres situé sous l’escalier avec de la musique beaucoup trop forte... nous avons quitté suite au mauvais service et au manque d’accommodation dès cette serveuse. En fait, merci à elle car nous avons trouvé une autre terrasse dans un autre restaurant beaucoup plus chaleureux avec un service parfait et convivial, complètement à l’opposé du 3B...

Je suis bien trop calme je veut juste une table avant eux je suis arriver avant eux j’ai fait une réservation avant d’arriver en plus. Qu’est-ce qu’il faut de plus ? Après quand tu parles de racisme ils te répondrons : « Non c’était juste un malentendu ». Lol Pierre-luc nous a donner deux différentes comme prévu et le groupe « de blanc » ils ont reçu des tables cotes à cotes. Franchement je suis pas ce genre de personne à crier « Oh racisme ! » mais ce qui s’est passer laisse réfléchir. Nous avons également commandé l'extra poutine pour 3,25$ et nous avons reçu que quelques frites avec deux-trois grain de fromage. Le tout était froid. Soirée extrêmement décevante. Plusieurs autres endroits offrent de bien meilleures bières et des repas à bien meilleure qualité, comme la voie malté, le sacrement et le projet.

Il a demandé que l’on paye tout de suite et lorsque le reçu de carte est sorti, il l’a brusquement lancé sur la table! Il est parti trop vite pour que je lui dise ma façon de penser. Pire souper à Québec depuis 10 ans que nous vivons ici. Nous n’y retourneront certainement pas.

My fiance has discovered hes allergic to gluten yet it will not change anything because 3B has a new GLUTEN free burger Bun for all burgers! And sweet potato fries are also gluten free! For others tho you know It will always have that comforting atmosphere with your favorite food and lots of varieties. Plus their beer is amazing and sooo refreshing!! Never Dissapoints! My all time favorites for 3B would be their IPA beer of course and the Rasberry White beer cocktail! The beef tartar that i wish they would bring in more often. The Spicy Sriracha/chipotle Berger and the Ribs!
