A great place to stay in the Mt St. Anne's area. Condos are nice, but don't have quite enough silverware/plates. Service is good and rooms are nice ranging from 1-3 bedrooms

Great waterpark for kids, but be aware that you don't get to use it every day. I met some people that with their timeshare only got to use the other pool. Nice apartments that are stocked with kitchen utensils and and has a small washer and dryer.

The place is well located. Kitchen stuff was incomplete and falling apart. Our towels and blankets were rough and thin, with wholes in it.

the pool area renos are wonderful for children, unfortunately after the 3rd day, the pool heater broke and the water was freezing, no one was entering the pools, because of COVID the restrictions were severe and well respected, the daily obligation to have a wrist band to enter the pool area was not respected even after I had complained, nothing was done, the couple was told at the reception couinter that they had no access to the pool as they were staying in an area that excluded the pool but barely a half hour later the whole family was all in the pool and their friend did not put on their wrist bands but kept them on a towel to show, but they did not have enough for the 11 people in their party. Totally not respectful of the other guests who follow rules.

Room was chilly but after turning on heat, and waiting a couple hours the room heated up. Parking is right by the suite door. Full sized mirror on the wall beside the kitchen table is a little confusing on the mind. Bed is comfy and TV is free and some French and English sports, movie and news channels available. Internet is decent but connection is sometimes flaky. Very friendly staff and the included nearby spa is very nice

Beautiful location, Nice and comfortable units. The only complaint is, the place was not clean properly. Bath tub and sink was still dirty. we had to clean it before using. Floors was sandy they need to take more time to clean plus it smell really bad we had to spray with perfume after airing it out.

Small but OK rooms. A few weeks after having made the reservation, we were asked to pay an extra cost than what was advertised apparently for cleaning and wifi... That extra ended up being 33% of the total cost for 7 days. Was too late to change our plans so we assumed that cost with a bitter taste left in our mouth. Also, some of the reception staff (not all) treated us like kids (talking down to us). If you're willing to pay the extra surprise cost, then it is OK, we only wished they would advertise that price at the time of test reaction, and not weeks after the reservation was made...
