I heard about this place during my regular yoga class. We had a substitute instructor that day. During Savasana, they usually say some calming words of wisdom for us as they guide us into complete relaxation — —-one of my favs goes something like, “For the next twenty minutes...you have absolutely nowhere you need to go, and nothing else you need to be doing.”— —So this particular day, the guest teacher said something that I immediately recognized... it took me a min but I realized that it was a quote by Jesus!! ???????????????? I approached her afterwards to ask about that. She said she normally teaches “Christian Yoga ????????‍♀️ “ ????????????‍♀️???? WOW ???? - I didn’t know that existed! Anyways, it was The Lovely Vanessa Duncan! ????????We ended up becoming cool pals over the years and she led me to the SJ Vineyard! NON-Denominational, Non-judgemental, gathering of Jesus worship. It’s entertaining, educational, there’s music, a coffee ☕️???? break, and you’ll always leave feeling fabulous about your life! ???????????? ☪️✝️????☯️☮️????☸️????????????????????♾????️‍????????????????????????????⛪️????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????✍????????????????✌️????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
