I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I recently got a kit made at wine sense. They did it all for me. I got the Cheeky Monkey Pinot Grigio. I customized my labels exactly how I wanted them with the help from Victor and Craig. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My wine tastes DELICIOUS. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and I love it. I would definitely recommend that kind if you like dry white wine with a high percentage (12ish). I will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to everyone!!!!! THANK YOU WINE SENSE!

We’ve tried alot of different varieties and have had only one type that we weren’t very fond of. We returned the bottles we had left, reveived a credit for the wine, bottles, corks, labels & seals and then started another type of wine. When it was ready, we bottled, corked, labeled & heat sealed the dust caps for no charge. That’s satisfaction guaranteed!!

Super helpful staff, the manager really knows her stuff and all the employees are SUPER friendly! The place is clean and there are so many different varieties of wine! They rebranded things but the new stuff is SO much better than what it was! I personally recommend the Private Reserve; Wine Xpert (used to be called Eclipse) or the Wine Xpert reserve (used to be Atmosphere and Selection) beautiful drinkable especially once it's aged for a bit! 10/10 will go back there and will recommend to friends and family.

Love Wine Sense . So many varieties of Wine to choose from ???? Red or white from different countries! Prices are very acceptable ! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! Service is by far excellent ! And a lot cheaper than the L.C. And the staff will prepare in-store for you !! What more can you ask for ???????????? I love this wine sense I've been to a few of them but this is my favorite it's just down the street they bottle your wine with you right there help you until you get the hang of it very knowledgeable staff when it comes to picking out what varieties of grape you like great prices great deals especially right now go check them out tell him vegan life sent you great parking in the front

I called from Ontario to purchase a gift card for some family members and the manager was incredibly sweet and helpful. She called me back straight away and are going up and above for their customers. Now I know why my family have been long time patrons of this location, great service! Merry Christmas ????

Will not be going back to the one in south dale never have I been treated so rudely by management she should not be in management if that the way she talked to customers I’ve had my own business for 32 years and if I treated my customers like she did I wouldn’t have a business the young girl was very nice and helpful at the end of my bottling as I was told I wasn’t going fast enough and to start washing floors 45 minutes before closing and having asthma the fumes really bothered me and they did not have masks on thank you Roz Brian

Amazing wine for an AMAZING price! Love the Private Reserves! The Fiero is soo good and is here for a limited time. Perfect gift ideas for Christmas/birthdays/ext! Anywhere you can get fantastic quality wine for cheap count me in! A Private reserve s only like $5.5 a BOTTLE!!!!!!!
