Great and friendly staff. Plus they're the only ones to carry James Ready. A 10 dollar 8 pack made in Canada that is much like Alexander keith's. It is 5.5% and is great value. You can find it with the value beer in the cooler. They also always have great sales on wines too if you like to try wines that can be up to 20 bucks on sale for around 11 or 12 bucks.

Went in for a Christmas gift and it was a win. The parking lot has ample parking and the staff are friendly. The store itself was huge with a large selection in the cooler and out. When you first walk in it looks kinda empty but there is a large selection. Also staff are more then happy to help and seem to enjoy working there.

I find the staff to be totally unhelpful and on the verge of being rude. Possibly this may be due to their lack of command of the English language. When I have bought a case of wine I have never had an offer to help me out to my car ( I'm a senior and can due with a hand with heavy items). I have gone to the other store at the North part of the St. Albert trail and when I put my wine bag on the counter the clerk didn't even have the courtesy of putting the bottles in the bag. Also they have lost leader pricing to get you in the store. I have seen wine that I'm familiar with selling for $4.00 - $5.00 less at other stores. Know your pricing not everything is a bargain.

I used to go into this place almost everyday until today I was accused of stealing. The guy seen some thing in my pocket which was my phone. I didn't understand what he was saying until another customer told the guy it was my phone. At first I thought it was a bill that was falling out of my pocket and didn't understand I was like no there wasnt. The customer then said he was accusing me of stealing. Not sure how you mistake a phone for booze but it's bs. Won't be going back there because of it.

On a larger purchase, I was charged for 2 more bottles than I purchased. I didn't check my receipt for a couple weeks. When I went back to inquire what could be done, they made it right within minutes!! Fantastic service! I will continue to support this location.
