(Original) Deuxième visite à la microbrasserie Lion Bleu, au centre-ville d'Alma, il y a quelques semaines. Encore une fois, vraiment pas déçu pour la qualité et la variété des bières proposées. Ça prend définitivement plus d'une visite pour pouvoir tout apprécier! Mon coup de coeur, cette fois-ci : la Tart IPA, une IPA sure au lactose, fruit de l'assemblage de deux brassins. Le buveur que je suis est assurément vendu aux IPA surettes, mais celle-ci se démarque par sa rondeur intéressante suite à l'ajout du lactose, dans un second brassin. Un petit bijou que vous pourrez vous procurer sans vous rendre au lac Saint-Jean puisque celle-ci est embouteillée. Par contre, si vous êtes dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à vous rendre pour un bon repas; la nourriture est délicieuse! Des visites des installations brassicoles sont aussi organisées et il y a une petite boutique sur place où l'on vend tant des bouteilles que de la "merch". Bref, on ne s'y ennuie pas! ???? At the time of payment, a restaurant that is serious and takes care of its customers would have given some compensation to apologize but nothing on our bill, no discounts, no coupons offered and no apologies for the mistakes they made. La serveuse ne prend que les commandes pour nos entrées et dit qu'elle va prendre la commande pour le plat principal plus tard. Recevons nos entrées mais elle ne nous demande pas pour notre plat principal. Nous avons été obligé de demander nous-mêmes à la serveuse à 21h00 de prendre notre commande pour nos plats principaux. À 21h30, une autre serveuse vient nous voir "en s'excusant" que notre commande "n'a pas sortie" à la cuisine et qu'ils font tout ce qu'il peuvent pour nous servir le plus rapidement possible. (moi je crois tout simplement que notre commande n'a pas été transmise à la cuisine car, toutes les autres tables alentours, arrivées après nous, ont été servi avant nous donc, ce n'est pas un problème avec leur informatique) Nous avons donc reçu nos plats principaux à 22h00. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, les entrées étaient correctes. Les plats principaux étaient fades, pas assaisonnés, manque de sel, sauf ce qui contenait de la sauce: elle était trop piquante et masquait le goût des plats qui en contenait. Au moment du paiement, un restaurant sérieux et qui prend soin de sa clientèle aurait donner une certaine compensation pour s'excuser mais rien sur notre facture, aucun rabais, aucun coupon offert et aucune excuse pour les erreurs qu'ils ont commis. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Sauf que malheureusement la serveuse était seule dans le jus donc n'avait pas le temps de jaser nous expliquer les produits... Être sympathique... Malheureusement elle subit la mauvais gestion et évaluation des besoins lors de vacances de la construction!! J'en suis très désolé car cela a fait que nous nous sentions pas nécessairement bien .. sentions un peu pressée puisque la serveuse était à la course nous nous sentions dans le même état d'esprit ! Nous avons grignoter et s'était ok ! Juste ok ! Pas de quoi à y retourner malheureusement mais pour la bière l'emplacement la terrasse!
