I like this location. It's a little out of the away, just off Albert Street, but in behind some buildings so you don't notice it if you're not looking for it. Once you do find it there's plenty of parking and the usually offer free samples, generally of stuff I'd never consider buying.

As government owned liquor stores go, this is one of the better ones. Decent wine selection. Some pretty good tasting events. The staff unfortunately know nothing about wine but there's one guy who's something of a whiskey expert.

I still go to the SLGA even with all the private stores now open. This location has an okay selection and the prices are good. The staff are courteous and ask me if I need help each time there. It's too bad they don't want to elevate their product lines.

Good liquor store location. Staff have always been super helpful when I have looked for something or wasn't sure what I was after or wanted to try. They know their products and are happy and helpful. Generally well stocked. Use the saskliqor website for current deals and stock of products too if you are after something in particular.

The Quance location has more stock but this store is nice. If only they'd follow sobeys' lead and build a walk-in. All the product moves through the provincial liquor board so they could have a similar selection to the private stores!

Bad experience with one staff been rude he didn't how to use the cash register so another staff suggested to help him which he did refuse, tried a few times and end up asking for help also ask for a paper bag he said they don't provide any paper bag,and when I said there's a bunch under the couch he threw it at us.. definitely won't go back .

It has a wide range of products suited for any kind of celebration which includes cousin parties, fortyniners, birthday parties etc....or just sit back on the couch after you pelicaned down supper, you come along and wash it down with some excellent wine from Italy or from British Columbia... they have a great selection and remember one thing, hangovers aren't too bad... LoL

I have never been a big fan of governemnt run facilities but this liquor store makes me want to change my mind. The staff are very knowledgable and can help you find what you want or suggest something new. The only downside is that at times it can be hard to find the staff.

The first time I was in this store, I was specifically looking for some special wine, and I was lucky to finally find it here, after trying 3 other stores! They have a wide inventory. The staff are helpful as well. This store is right behind Earls, and they have free parking. Overall, I enjoyed browsing and shopping here.

I like the South Albert liquor store. It offers a good selection, is usually well stocked, has a knowledgeable and friendly staff and most importantly, the price displayed on the shelf includes the Saskatchewan liquor tax and GST. It's too bad that private liquor stores feel that displaying prices before tax is a smart business practice.

We go here a lot. On one occasion, staff here very loudly, rudely harassing a customer for 5 dollars. They could've just refused his alcohol but my bf paid the balance for the patron.

Kimberly was very friendly and helpful. I have been looking for a very exclusive bottle of scotch, calling all over Regina and across other provinces. I was told by several stores to not bother looking. Kimberly took my name and number, promising a call when this bottle would arrive. To be honest, I did not expect a call, as most places say they will call, then lose your number, and sell to whoever is in front of them. But I got a call today, and was able to pick up already! This is a gift for a loved one who is a collector, so I'm very happy. I am very impressed by the selection, and the service from this store. I actually live in Edmonton AB, but grew up in Regina. I would say that Kimberly and the South Albert Liquor Store is better than any of the stores in Edmonton. If you live in Regina, do yourself a favor and shop here.
