Got lucky and arrived just before the supper rush. Seated right away. Great menu and food. Love the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The chicken parm with spaghetti was hot and fresh. Very tasty. Service was outstanding. Will definitely be back. A little tip.... for supper, if you don't get there by 4:30, you'll have a looong wait.

Absolutely awesome Italian cuisine! Comparable to East Side Mario's, but about 60% more expensive for comparable menu items. You're essentially paying a premium price for feasting on delectable Mediterranean dishes in a restaurant with superior ambiance!

Was rushed when ordering. Waitress never came around asked if we needed refills. At the end of the meal said how are we paying instead of asking if we want dessert. Food was blah and really not worth it will never be going back again got treated like we had no money. Our waitress last night was awesome. She didn't skimp on the breadsticks or grated cheese and was friendly and engaging. The food was super good (pictured is the shells stuffed with cheese) and there was no wait to get in on a Tuesday night at dinner time.

Terrible experience 2 and 1/2 and my food was dried out from sitting under the heat lamp tomato sauce on my chicken parmesan was dried on the chicken and plate. Fettucini Alfredo noodles were dry, rock hard and stuck to the plate. East Side Mario’s is 100% better. Don’t waste your time going here.

Brand new to regina and a really good experience. I'm not a huge fan of chains but that being said olive garden has been good. Food is your typical italian chain food except to a higher quality. Portion sizes are great and the soup and salad fills you up before your main arrives. Servers are prompt and clearly know what their doing. I will be back for breadsticks!

I get that Caesar Salad wasn't "technically" invented in Italy. But I've been to Italy and eaten Caesar Salad there, so why it isn't an option at a specifically Italian Restaurant here in North America where the Caesar Salad is supposedly to have been invented is BEYOND ME! I judge a restaurant by the quality of their Caesar Salad! So to come to Olive Garden for the first time FINALLY in Regina and to be told they DON'T have Caesar!!?!?!?! Well I just feel so disillusioned with life in general now that i have begun to question my own existence! But the pasta was good. And regardless it's still about time Regina got an Olive Garden anyways.

Food was good, service was poor. It's nice that they have unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks but it doesnt work when the waitress never comes back. I had to ask for a drink refill or a glass of water from another waitress and it still wasnt refilled. A busboy did bring me a glass of water 30 mins later, by which time I was done eating. When I went to the washroom 8 waitresses were standing by the washroom talking. After we ordered we never saw our waitress again. I had to go to the back to ask for take home containers, then our waitress came with the containers and the bill. Brandi was our waitress, poor service.

I ordered from Olive Garden on a Sunday evening for supper. When I arrived to curbside pickup, it was very busy and the employees were hustling to get everyone’s meals out to them. When it was my turn, they worked very efficiently (and cleanly) and got my food out to me right away. It was ready exactly when the website said it would be. The people bringing food out and taking payment were super friendly. When I got home, I realized that I was missing two items. I called the store as I got in my vehicle to drive back, and they apologized profusely. They then told me they would be sending my missing items out immediately and they would add in a dessert as an apology. The missing food showed up quickly and was just as delicious as the rest. I missed the call, but about an hour after the delivery someone from the restaurant called to check in on our experience. I was amazed with the customer service, and the food was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Was a very rushed experience, waitress was fairly impatient, we got there before the supper rush, waitress never checked on the table or refilled drinks, and when we went to order dessert, the waitress offered the bill instead, we asked if we couldn't order dessert and she sighed and said well I guess so. Food wasn't spectacular, nothing special. Definitely wont be returning. Felt like our presence in the restaurant was a hindrance because we had a child with us. Not sure why customer service is lacking with retail these days...

The chicken alfredo pizza bowl was incredible. Cheesy and delicious alfredo and the bread bowl was just right. The minestrone soup was also really good, lots of veggies and very tasty, though I'm not a huge fan of zucchini, so I picked those out and enjoyed it otherwise. My grandmother got the chicken gnocchi soup and was disappointed, though. A big bowl of soup and she had four dumplings and three little pieces of chicken, and the chicken was apparently stringy like it either hadn't been cut properly or had been boiled in the soup for too long. The waitress was nice, Myriam,I think was her name, and she was great about keeping us refilled on drinks and suggesting foods and drinks.

Joined online wait list at 545pm arrived checked in at 615 was told 20 minutes can't wait inside due to covid. Waited in my truck for 45 mintues finally went back in and they took me off the wait list. Offered to put me back on i kind of when Karen on them and they sat us right away but still 20 minutes for drinks and breadsticks. Didn't leave the restaurant until almost 9pm . Longest might out for supper i can remember having. Ruined my daughter's 16th bday dinner. Made it up with a proper night out at another restaurant. Guess I'll save my $250.00 next time and pass on olive garden

Wow!! Went for an unplanned Thanksgiving dinner yesterday at Olive Garden and it was awesome.. They are very strict about vaccination and ID check (which is lawful and they are doing a great job). Coming at food, every item that we ordered were more than satisfactory!! We ordered the following: 1. Chicken and shrimp carbonara (side - soup, they give you unlimited refills) ** Soups are great, do refill. 2. Herb grilled salmon (side - salad, they give you unlimited refills for any sides or non-alcoholic beverages) 3. Pumpkin Cheesecake (Fall / Halloween special, for limited time) 4. Italian Margarita Lovely presentation, very warm welcome and service by our server. Everything tasted superb. They also have a complimentary winter tasting is you wish for.. Highly recommended.. We are going back soon.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Whenever our server noticed we were low on breadsticks she would bring us more. I enjoyed the "taste of Italy" dish and yumm! the food was hot and tasty. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. We had a good night out and will definitely be going back.

I always visit Regina during winter just to be with my family for a short vacation. However, one of the second major reason to visit Regina after the family is to eat and try out different restaurants locally. The food, customer service and ambience was really amazing. Thanks, Andy for fantastic customer service. Kudos to you! P.s. The restaurant is taking all the extra majors in this pandemic so this is a safe house to grab some tasty meals. Please make sure to call the restaurant for confirming the timings and to make the reservations.✌️

Our team just picked up an amazing Post Game meal. We parked the bus and three off us jumped up and headed to the Pick Up door. We were greeted by friendly staff and manager Chelsea. Chelsea was amazing, working out the most affordable and nutritious options for our team. We have Gluten Free requirements and a few of other special requests. Adding to the fun, we had changes from the road. Our individual meals of Fettuccini, salad, breadsticks and yummy chocolates were simply delicious. It is tricky eating on the bus , Olive Garden made it super simple. Thank you for the amazing service and attention to ensuring all players and our bus driver had what they needed. Amazing service, warm nutritious food (3 large boxes and one bag - a bit of an organizational feat ) topped with true understanding of the sporting world. Thank You! Your enthusiasm and follow through is spot on. Thank you also to GM Megan, you have a great team.

Excellent meal tonight at Regina Olive Garden. The service was good and the food, hot and fresh. We had a small issue with one of our meals and the server asked the manager to come over. She was so very nice. There was no question about the issue...it was 'we want you to be comfortable' and so replaced the meal AND comped it. Totally unasked for and certainly not needed but very much appreciated. We don't have the Olive Garden in Ontario so it was a special treat to be able to eat here. We will definitely see you next time we are here. Thanks for everything!

I recently visited this restaurant and didn't like a question asked to me by a waitress that 'WHAT ETHNICITY I BELONG TO' OR IN SIMPLE WORDS 'WHICH COUNTRY OR WHAT TYPE OF GROUP OF PEOPLE I BELONG TO' BECAUSE MY SKIN IS BROWN IN COLOUR AND CLEARLY ASKED BECAUSE I WAS SITTING WITH A WHITE PERSON' I do not know why that waitress asked me about it as Regina is a place where many people who look like me resides so my ethnicity was no surprise and probably if she reads it she'll remember who I am as I said to her at that moment that I'm not offended answering her question as I didn't want to make a big argument or chaos in the restaurant at that time but please if you are reading this then do not ask people these type of questions just because they're sitting with people of other skin colour. Overall restaurant is best in food service and dining.

We were blessed to receive tickets to the soft opening today and had a great time! The atmosphere was upbeat and the servers very attentive. The food was excellent and the sweet Moscato we sampled was very good. While it was very busy the food came fast and as ordered. All in all we had a great time!

Tiny overpriced portions. I actually hat to ask if they have me a kids or senior portion but no, it's just that much of a rip-off. I can't see this place lasting very much longer. Also, the service is garbage . Bread sticks were good though but you can get breadsticks at any bakery at a fraction of the cost. I'm crossing my fingers the place nosedives before summer so perhaps a decent restauranttake its place.

Mediocre. How does one cook lasagna until noodles are burned as in the whole bottom layer was dark brown? Turned me off. Cook for 7 days? Manager was called and offered something else.. .but I'd seen enough with the lasagna. Didn't trust that anything else would be better. Service was good. My inedible meal was comped, which was nice. Left disappointed. Will not recommend nor return. Doesn't compare to others I've eaten at. Lots of hype for this restaurant which is really a thumbs down.

Extremely not recommend to order takeouts from here. Our friends, 4 out of 6 were food poisoned by the “Tour of Italy”. It’s more like “Unlimited Tours of Washroom”. Breadsticks here are also very underwhelming, comparing to East Side’s, it’s definitely more dry and hard. Main course also seems overpraised, extremely disappointed. This OG is unlike the other OG, quality did not reflect to the price tag. Avoid if you can. Save money and go to other local Pasta places.

It was okay, the food wasn't exactly rave worthy. The minestrone soup was delicious but I was rather let down by my chicken Alfredo as the chicken was dry. We were served by Kailtyn who was okay, there were little mistakes like putting ice in the water when we requested no ice (took 20 mins just to get the water), not offering any cheese for on top the pasta, and she wasn't overly interested in making small tall with the table.

Table of 12 tonight. Food and drinks were good for a typical chain restaurant. But, things fell apart at the end of supper. Bills being split incorrectly multiple times, periods of disappearance to correct them 15 mins or more, it was an hour and 15 minutes from the last meal eaten to have one server finally come with the correct bills so we could pay and leave. It will be a while before we consider a repeat visit.

Great new restuarant. Front hostesses very organized for waiting lists. Told 25 minute wait and we were seated in 10. Server was so pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious; however the two red wines I asked for they were out of stock. So got the more expensive as no other option...and was not offered for same price. Small glitches i understand..but the years i served the restaurant would have offered same price for their shortage. Overall a great family environment!

I have been to Olive Garden in Winnipeg and Calgary's 2 locations. This one in Regina paled in comparison. The salad was drenched in dressing the bread sticks had way too much butter my entree the 3 pasta platter chicken parm had a layer filled with oil the lasagna was very dry and they were dripping in Alfredo sauce. the service was not great either the waiter took forever to bring us our drinks meals etc.

I celebrated my birthday during COVID and decided to order Olive Garden. The process was quick, safe, efficient and everyone was so sweet! They wrote happy birthday on my containers and even gave me a cake with a candle so I could celebrate! It felt personal and I appreciated it so much, it truly made my day. The first waitress was rude and ignorant and didn't return to our table to finish taking our order. A second waitress then came to our table and took our order. She didn't give us much time and we felt rushed to order. We were not given the option for soup or salad as it was stated in the menu. Instead a salad was given even though it wasn't what I asked for. We absolutely felt we were treated very differently than anyone else in the restaurant. We asked for a box to take our food with us and when she brought it back to the table, she just laid it roughly on the table. As we paid for our order, again, the waitress stood there and I felt rushed.

I've been by twice. This past time I did not receive a re fill of bread when asked and acknowledged twice by the waitress. Pasta was good salad was over dressed service was horrible. Gift cards were not applied to the bill either. Will go back for the carbs though.

Disappointing experience. My friend and I waited over an hour to get in (our choice) - were seated and ignored. Finally somebody came to take our drink orders - and then another long wait. When we finally got the salad - the portion was enough for one - not two and was barely dressed. My friends pasta arrived without the sauce - and she had to ask another waiter to please bring some sauce as our waitress seemed to be avoiding us. The manager came out and noticed right away that the pasta had no sauce. She did comp a dessert to share, which was nice - but honestly I would have been just as happy with a waitress who seemed to care. I might go back but definitely would not wait in line for a mediocre experience.

Amazing food and service! It is constantly packed but still the wait time is super low. Unlimited bread sticks and salad as long as you order an entree. Staff are absolutely wonderful to talk to and beyond nice to you. Atmosphere is an Italian modern vibe and calming music.

The price is higher than I remember and it should be lower considering the quality. My bill was $5 less than Luigi's normally is for the two of us, same amount of food. In summary; if I want affordable and amazing pasta i'll still only go to Luigi's (which is local), if I want endless salad and bread I'll hit up East Side Mario's and for a night out with friends BPs has a better overall experience, selection and food. Olive Garden will be a Harbour Landing thing...maybe.

Is the latest chain addition to Regina worth the wait in it coming here? Not overly. While there is nothing objectively wrong about it, there isn't anything special either. Being a chain, the pastas aren't made in-house. The small menu is a good thing, as it allows them to focus specifically on the decent number of dishes that they do serve. You're still better off going somewhere local, such as Luigi's.

Hello We were in today, January 24, the food tasted good. We had Shrimp Scampi, we notice the sauce was a little bit on the watery side and there sure wasn’t a lot of product in the bowl. There was hardly any dressing on the salad, I mean a lot of the salad had no dressing. We realize it’s growing pains. We know it will get better as the kinks are worked out. Happy you’re here.

I've been looking for this to open for a few years. I am glad it has come to Harbour Landing. Great looking building with cobble store design. Pretty update inside with a nice bar with seating. Huge dining area. The servers and staff are helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and warm. Our favorite dishes include Minestrone soup and the salmon dinner. I would rate 0 if I could The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. It was a disastrous gong show. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the salad and breadsticks. 5 minutes later, entrees were served. Obviously there was no space on the table for all the food, our entrees got cold so we packed them to go and most of all there was absolutely no apology for what had gone wrong. Also, there was no service to the table for drink refills, grated cheese and just overall follow up on how things were going. Even paying the bill was a difficult task for the staff to grasp. Very disappointed in overall service. Unfortunately, I love the famous Olive Garden salad and breadsticks but my family doesn't want to go back.

The menu was more limited than I remember from other locations I've been to. Probably can't fault the franchise as that is their direction. Service at the bar was good while we waited. The manager was friendly but our server took a good ten minutes to notice us and didn't even crack a smile. The appies, soup, salad and breadsticks were really good. The pasta entrees the three of us had were just ok. Have had better at other places. We would probably lunch there for the soup/salad/breadsticks again, but not huge on returning for a pasta dish. Definitely a novelty that may wear off if some things don't improve.

We had a good experience at olive garden. The server Juanita was amazing, she was wonderful and wanted to engage conversation with us. The food was fast and fresh. The bread sticks are so good. The salad was little salty and I don't know why. I would give them 5 stars if we weren't rushed out of our table by the guy manager before we ordered dessert. We will consider coming back if that never happens again. Other than that the food is pretty good.

We were there on Feb 8, 2020. It was still quite busy and the service was very slow (though we kind of beat the supper rush by coming before 4pm). The food was fine, the drinks were not good at all. Long wait for food. Poor quality control. Came in with a group of 8. Waitress did not come back to ask about drinks after initial greet. (1.5 hours). Food took a ridiculous amount of time to come 4 of our group had to box up and leave because we ran out of time. I went to Olive Garden last night for my birthday supper. First I have to say the server was excellent, but the pasta dishes were just okay. My bill for my wife and myself was $98. For 2 pasta dishes and calamari. I found that to be totally unreasonable for what I felt was only 1 step above fast-food. I will not spend more money there for sure.

Then we had no option of bar side or dining side even tho there was 3 people in the restaurant at that time. We had unlimited soup salad and bread sticks. I had dinner at Regina Olive Garden tonight with a friend to celebrate the holidays. We were constantly interrupted by servers, and managers (2 not in black) asking how things were. It was constant! We couldn’t have a conversation let alone eat our food. The food was only fair. When I told the server that my meal was only fair (lasagna overcooked and wrong sauce on pasta), the server said “ I am glad it was good”. She didn’t listen. We were also snapped at by hostess to show vaccination certificate and ID. Please remember it is winter in Saskatchewan. Give patrons a second to take off gloves and open up a purse to get their phone and wallet. Not the best experience tonight.

When I lived in Winnipeg, my husband and I liked going to Olive Garden. Compared to the Olive Garden there, I think the food doesn't taste as good here. The spicy shrimp scampy I ordered was so soggy and way too sour. Bread sticks were just okay. I remember them being much softer and a little more buttered. My mushroom ravioli was way too creamy that I could only eat two of the raviolis. Their garden salad was just ok. Not impressed at all. Service was poor. Waitress didn't come to refill our water at all... And when I told her that the raviolis was wayyy too creamy, she gave me the look like what do you want me to do here?. Spent around $80 for the two of us. Won't be coming back. Would rather spend $80 somewhere else.

I usually wait about a year before trying a new restaurant. This gives them the opportunity to really get things sorted out and lets the new restaurant craze settle down. But, my wife and daughter talked me into going last night. The wait time was a little over an hour but they have pagers which is really handy, so we went over to Lancaster tap house for a pint while we waited. We timed it perfectly as our pager went off while we were walking up to the Olive Garden door and sat right down at our table. Our server was professional and friendly, we never had to wait for anything. Each course of our meal came quickly and was very hot. The consensus at our table...the food was delicious. It's hard to argue with salad refills, pasta refills if you've got the stomach room for it. The price I would consider average to lower for a restaurant of this quality. Well done Olive Garden staff and management, we will definitely be returning.

Arrived at 4:00 on a Sunday to avoid the supper rush with a party of 10. We were seated within 15 minutes. That was the good part. We ended up placing our food order around 4:30, and subsequently waited for over an hour until our food arrived. Not a great experience, especially with some young kids in our party. Hate to disappoint some, but the food is very average. If you've had Olive Garden anywhere in the last 15 years, you know what to expect. She advised me that the staff would be receiving some extra coaching on how to handle cases like this in the future. She promised that if I returned that things would be better, so I have agreed to give them another try. I don’t know when that will be, but I will update when it happens. My family of five visited tonight. I ordered off the gluten friendly menu (which consisted of maybe 5 options for me) I decided on the steak. The description was a 6 oz sirloin steak with herbed garlic butter, parmesan garlic mashed potatoes and parmesan garlic broccoli. Sounded delicious! It came as an overcooked steak with no seasoning, with a side of rotini with tomato sauce. Not at all what the menu described. When questioned, the server said that “due to Covid 19” they took the potatoes off their menu. But it’s still on the menu????. I sent my meal back asking to get what I ordered meaning I wanted the herbed garlic butter on the steak and the broccoli at least. During Covid 19 they sent me back the same steak, that I had cut into, with some cold garlic butter on top. A little while later the steamed broccoli came. I worked in the service industry for many years. Normally this type of experience would result in me offering a discount or taking the meal right off the bill. My meal was nothing like what their menu describes and i was still charged $24 for it. When I got home I called to speak to a manager to share my experience. I did get an apology, but I don’t think I will be back.

Regina, Canada We're supposed to have a dinner last night with my family. We booked a reservation just to make sure we can get a spot. The manager I talked never mention their in house rules that they require an actual I.D. along with proof of vaccination. To make the story, In the whole city of regina where I went that requires the ID and proof of vaccination they recognized my ID picture that I kept in my phone ID wallet. This racist, poor service restaurant never recognized my ID in my phone Wallet and they even advised us to go back home and take the actual ID and they will keep our reservation. It's a no brainy idea because we drove 30 minutes just to get there and they just RUINED OUR NIGHT!

I like how the breadsticks and either soup or salad is unlimited. The pasta is pretty tasty too. They are usually very busy on weekend evenings, so unless you want to fight your local soccer mom (and they can be quite vicious) for a spot at the bar to wait, come early.

Service was great, (made sure to get there early before the rush started and there was a line out the door) food was very tasty. I had the Tour of Italy and my wife had the Parmesan Encrusted Sirloin. Prices are right in line with where you'd expect for the quality and quantity. Unlimited breadsticks were very tasty and the chicken gnocchi soup was quite good. Can't believe they only offer a house salad (with croutons on it to boot!) but no Cesar! My only real gripe! Realistically if you're going to a pasta place for supper you're likely not eating the healthiest meal possible but Cesar salad is my thinly veiled attempt at healthy eating when out for supper. All in all very good. I highly recommend the Tour of Italy your first time as it includes a sample of their lasagna (my least favourite but not bad by any means), chicken parmesan (2nd place with crunchy breading outside, soft chicken inside topped with a very tasty sauce and cheese) and the star of the show and a big surprise to me: Fettuccine Alfredo! It's a staple in every pasta restaurant's menu and is usually a safe bet, but wow is their sauce fantastic! Pasta was also cooked to perfection. 5 stars will definitely visit again but not any time soon as I'm very full and it's definitely a treat not an every week or even every month type of meal.

My experience was horrible. My auntie has made us a reservation over the phone and everything was good. We get to the place only for us to sit there for half an hour, we went to go ask what is happening only for the guy manager to tell us they aren’t taking reservations and it would be another 45 minutes to get us in while other people were just walking in like nothing. The guy manager started raising his voice when we just simply asked if they could seat us and we explained our situation with the reservation. The guy manager was very rude and disrespectful. We both had water, shared an appetizer and both got the pasta "special" which is a complete rip off because it's just pasta and costs around an extra $6 to add a protein to it. Amazing Service & Staff - it was extremely busy (as expected as it is opening month and regina has been waiting YEARS for this) and all staff had a great system going. I was floored by the way some of the way customers were treating staff/complaining about wait times/complaining to manager because the hostess "didn't sit them right" etc. I understand that we are paying for a service, but I think people eating here (for now at least) need to remember that every restaurant has a learning curve. The staff was extremely respectful even when rude customers were screaming at them for waiting "over 40 minutes now". Food was amazing (highly suggest the lasagna fritters and fettucine Alfredo" Andy was an amazing server !! (I hope I remembered his name right) Will be coming back once the hype has died down!! :)

Finally got the chance to try the location in Regina. The wait time wasn’t too bad considering how popular it is right now! Our food was delicious. The breadsticks were the freshest I’ve ever tasted at any Olive Garden, our soup was nice and hot as were our meals. Presentation was spot on and our waitress Olivia was amazing. She was prompt with our orders and had our food out in a timely fashion. All in all it was a great experience and we will certainly be back!

Visited this establishment the second week of its grand opening. The soup and service were great, however the main dishes lacked a bit of experience (dry noodles and not enough sauce, steak was overcooked however it is not known for steaks clearly). Having previously visited other franchise locations I knew this was not par for Olive Garden, so I will review again after a 6 month interval and see if they have it sorted.

Going in, knowing it's a typical chain restaurant. That's fine. Show me better than expected food and proper service and you get 5 stars on a curve. Party of 12 so willing to cut waits staff a break. That's the mindset. Two waiters show up to take half the orders each. Get confused as to who is taking which side. New restaurant, still willing to be lenient. Food starts arriving with a delay for some. Water never gets refilled unless asked for. 4 drink orders take a while and people are almost done their dishes before they arrive. Then the fun begins. After desert is done, at about 6:35, we ask for the bills. 4 different waiters come to give us our bills at fifteen minute intervals, every bill except one is wrong each time. After an hour, I go try to find the manager. She doesn't come but another one does. He had no clue we had a problem. It is wholly unacceptable for wait staff to try and figure out a table of 12 for 75 minutes and never getting a manager involved. Other bills were coming out but we were left with our breadsticks in our hands. The chocolate lasagna was great, there's your star.

Wait to get in at 330pm was 15 min not bad, service TERRIBLE. When server finally showed up first thing said, "I don't know who will be serving you, I am done at 4 so I will give you water for now." She leaves comes back with water leaves again. Than comes back 10 min later says " I still don't know who is to take over but I will take your order" ok fine we oder than she leave. We sat for another 20 min no one came back several serves went by did not ask if we had been served. Finally 35 min nothing except water, no bread sticks, no salad, no server. We got up and left. There were 4 tables that I could see came in after us had drinks, bread sticks, salad and 2 even got meals.

We were surprised we didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes on opening week. I had told my gf about the famous salad that I was so excited about!! When we did receive our salad, it was the saddest looking little bowl of wilted up salad. Typically, OG salad has beautiful thinly sliced red onions. Our salad had huge chunks of red onion, not sliced and inedible. One little piece of tomato and not enough to feed one person let alone two. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Our entrees were satisfactory. Service was good but I won’t be back till they get the kitchen to standard with other locations.

Ordered a pick your own pasta meal with chicken and garden vegetables on Friday. The garden vegetables were nearly non existent with a few pieces of zucchini in it and very little sauce, my girlfriend has ordered hers with shrimp and asparagus. They put in the asparagus but with no shrimp. One of my friends who came with us got no meatballs when he had ordered spaghetti with meat sauce with meatballs. Our food also arrived barely warm. The servers did correct the errors with the missing items and brought the missing vegetables, meatballs and the shrimp and did remove one of our meals so didn't have to pay for it. The wine they suggested with the meal was very good so that at least that was good along with the salad being tasty and good breadsticks. I decided to give Olive Garden one more try in case it was a very off night for them. This time I ordered a lasagna dish that wasn't a build your own pasta. Food was flavorful and wasn't cold this time but while I eating came across a hair in my food. That was it for me. I've never had so many bad experiences with a restaurant in such a short period of time. I won't be back.

My wife and arrived last Saturday just before 5 pm. This was our first Olive Garden experience. We were greeted by a very friendly and sincere front of the house staff member who informed us the wait would be approximately 20-25 minutes. We waited in our vehicle for a text which did come around the 20-minute mark. We had a table setup and waiting and our waitress took our drink/appetizer order promptly. Honestly, I had no expectations because it's a crazy time we are living in. That being said the food was fantastic and tasted fresh. The service was also great. We will go again with our children once we are vaccinated.

Service...hmmm...manager & 2 waiters greeted us at the table. 2 wait staff to serve a table of 8?!?! 1 side of the table got their drinks & water, the other side (served by the other waiter) didn’t get drinks until after salad and breadsticks were served. Took over 15 mins to get our bills after asking and they still came incorrect. I realize they have just opened recently, I hope things improve as the Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants.

Not a great experience. Breadsticks were meh. Appetizer was meh. No Caesar salads here so went with the house salad (the only option) and asked for no olives - they came with olives. They brought my partner the wrong dish (he ordered mushroom ravioli and they brought chicken parm). My chicken Alfredo got cold as I waited for them to bring his correct dish. The manager did bring me a fresh plate and packed the cold one for me to take home, but it was bland and the noodles were crunchy, so I got two boxes full of gross alfredo. The server was unorganized and unkempt. The chocolate that came with the bill was good though, so there’s one star.

The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful, and on the ball. The Chicken Margherita, however, was very bland. Gotta say the ever famous bread roll was tasty, though. I wouldn't go again, unless I had to for a work or family function. The menu is loaded with salt and trans-fat, making it not really my kind of place to begin with. My boyfriend loved it though. He doesn't watch calories and was tickled pink by the free soup refills. Wasn't enough for me!

So, I haven't had Olive Garden in over 20 years since the chain left Ontario. Passing through the country I thought why not give it a go, I haven't seen these in so long maybe they've changed?... Not surprisingly, Olive Garden didn't survive Toronto clientele tastes but are alive and well in mid western Canada. Still low quality food, just as I remembered. The middle of the country feels more like the US, so I guess it works better here. It's the whitest Italian food I've ever had.

If you're gluten free this is not the place to go. They had two options, pasta with meat or without. I had gotten the meat sauce and added grilled chicken to mine. There was nothing grilled about the chicken I had gotten. It was chewy and gummy like it had been boiled and then fried. The salad we had ordered was not very good it had rotten pieces in it. I had spaghetti and meat sauce for lunch - A BIG TWO THUMBS DOWN! I was served an extremely small lunch size portion in comparison to the very generous lunch size servings you would get at Boston Pizza or Luigi's. Both the spaghetti and meat sauce tasted flat. I was also served a massive amount of house salad and it looked like bagged ice berg lettuce salad from the supermarket. Why not serve a massive amount of spaghetti and meat sauce like your competitors do and go easy on the lettuce? The bread sticks weren't as good as the bread served at East Side Mario's or Boston Pizza. Given this experience, my personal opinion is that there are far better places to get pasta in Regina.

Very disorganized service. We had a table for 7 and they could not manage our drinks or food orders. Half of the dishes showed up and the other half got forgotten. The manager offered free desserts for the slow service (took 3 hours from start to end of meal) but mentioned when the bill came with all the desserts being charged that not everyone gets a free one. No word of apology from the waitress who screwed up our orders. Worst service I have ever experienced and the food was nothing fantastic.

Our wait time was not long at all. Our server was nice, food was delicious. A few things I did not like were: 1. My cutlery was dirty, like food caked on it. 2. Little pieces of paper (or napkin, not entirely sure what it was) on the floor - nobody that worked there saw or picked up? 3. Someone that worked there smelt like bad body odour. 4. We smiled at other servers, not one smiled back. 5. For an "Italian Kitchen" our server kind of gave us a strange look when asked for our salad at the end of our meal. In Italy, that is the traditional way to eat, FYI. 6. Bread sticks were a little too salty for my liking, but tasted very good.

Very disappointed they don’t take reservations. Especially when you have a person with you that has trouble walking and standing. They suggested they would re evaluate this after Christmas. I guess that gives me time to re evaluate if I ever want to attend this restaurant. In fact I think I know my answer already.

I had the 6oz steak. It was amazing. Would recommend. And the unlimited bread sticks are to die for. When we first arrived there was a 20 minute wait. But its well worth it. Very clean inside and very friendly staff. A++

Rarely leave review, but feels necessary. Service was great. Food was poor. I have been to plenty of olive gardens in my life and always loved them. Breadsticks now seem to have changed, they are just plain crunchy break with tons of garlic salt. They used to be much softer and buttered. Soups were actually pretty good, we enjoyed them. We both got the tour of Italy for our mains. The mains were terrible. Dried out, tiniest portions I've ever seen, hard noodles. I barely touched mine. Will definitely never go there again.

Came with my wife tonight by invitation for the pre-opening training event. Sure didn't seem like training, though. Our server, Cherie, was nothing short of awesome. She was very familiar with the menu and able to make suggestions that very compatible with our tastes. From appetizers and drinks right through the main course, everything was fantastic. Regina, you've been calling for Olive Garden to come here for many years. It's here and it's great so go and enjoy it. We'll certainly be back.

I’ve never been to The Olive Garden before. I heard it was a couple steps above fast food. Like Earls, flash frozen food- not very exciting. I was at The Keg last week and spent a decent amount on very little. Tonight at Olive Garden Harbour Landing, the food was delicious, the quantity per plate was perfect and the service (choose Lauren) was spectacular. She was also extremely skilled with my demanding children. Bravo! I will be back again and again. Thank you, this supper made my weekend complete.

Ordered again and found that too was bland and unseasoned. Overall my experience with costumer service was great but the food was unsatisfying and I didn't like how I had to pay full price for unsatisfying food.

Been here a couple of times, most recently this afternoon for lunch. The food was ok, typical of other Olive Garden locations in other cities, but the service.....yikes....our server seemed bothered to be working. She didn't make us feel welcome. I had a question about a menu item and I got a short and abrupt reply. My husband ordered unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks but had to ask for any kind of refill on any of those. Then our bill was incorrect when it was brought to us (salad added to the bill that we didn't order). We won't be back.

Good food and great service! Our server Anthony was pleasant and attentive. The free bread sticks were warm and delicious. I found my gnocchi soup and seafood alfredo pasta bland but I tasted my fathers and brothers food and it was good. I will order those on my next visit! Be prepared to go into a food coma after your meal!

Yesterday my family had a wonderful experience visiting Olive Garden for the 1st time. We were very much pleased by the food quality, the service level and the hospitality of the staff. To our great surprise we got a complimentary salad bowl first hand. At the end of our visit when the waiter knew my son had a birthday he was given a small yummy complimentary dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Regina location, great restaurant and food. Servers very friendly. The starter salad and bread sticks were awesome. Had the 6oz steak with Fettuccini and the steak was soft and very tasty. Took home the lasagna cake for dessert and that was very delicious. Will come again and try something different. Evy (trainer from Washington) was awesome, very friendly and great personality.

My daughter and I went To check out this new restaurant. After an hour long wait To be seated we were excited to eat. Well we ordered and I had to call the server back because I wanted to make sure my dish didn’t have my allergen in it even though it wasn’t listed, better safe than sorry. . The server said that it was a weird allergy that she never heard of, wow I guess when your 20 there’s lots of things you haven’t heard of. I was assured that my dish did not and in fact only one dish on the whole menu did have it. So when our appetizers came I took a bite with no worry. Except that the appi did have it! When I called the server back she was surprised.she went To the kitchen to see if the dish did have my allergy and it did. She asked if I was ok and I said I would take my medication and should be alright but asked her to double check my entree. We had to ask her to remove the dish from the table. At this point I was concerned about cross contamination. I was also surprised that the manager didn’t stop by to check in. The server did return to say that she would take that appetizer off my bill, that was nice of her to not charge me for something that made me have a allergic reaction. When my meal came I took a bite and was so put off by the whole experience I couldn’t eat. I did contact Olive Garden but they didn’t reply, guess they don’t care. Needless to say we won’t be going back. It’s too bad, the bread was good.

We chose to wait in line this time instead of going somewhere else and boy were we glad we did. The food was absolutely awesome and there was plenty of it too. The wait staff were friendly and didn’t let being super busy affect their service. I would recommend making reservations ahead of time so you don’t have to decide to wait or not.
