The product is cheap, in all senses of the word. Some of the spirits were almost undrinkable - harsh, flavorless, or nothing resembling what they're trying to mimic. The beer was watery and flavorless as well.

I Originally gave this place 5 starts, but I had to make a follow up. I visited on Friday Dec 10th 2021 at 720pm. And I could have sworn the lady with short salt and pepper hair was drunk. She dropped my case, could not ring in my order as she had to open one eye while trying to read the register, Eventually ask another employee to ring me in and was Slurring her words. I was very uncomfortable as she proceeded to talk negatively about her coworkers and the establishment. If the price wasn't so cheap I'd NEVER GO BACK!!! ORIGINAL POST Minhas was not just an average trip to the liquor store, but an actual experience, we were able to try out the beers before purchasing them. $31.00 for an 18 the price can't be beat, the staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend

Asked questions regarding beer I purchased there, yet no one would give me a straight answer as to which brewery it actually came from. It was a simple question, yet no one would give me a straight answer. Through my own research, I found out that it was Black Bridge Brewery's IPA. The taps were not listed other than, "Sask IPA", which is technically true, but does not give any real credit to the brewer. When I asked which beers they had on tap, they didn't say they came from other breweries, nor was this information posted anywhere. Those two situations gave me the impression that the business was more on the shady side. However, I like to think I am a fair person, so against my better judgement, I gave them a second chance. Went in to claim my $16 free gift and it was two four-packs of their non-alcoholic soda. Wouldn't have been an issue, except that the soda is not flavourful. The ginger-beer tasted like carbonated sugar water with a hint of artificial ginger added. I would not recommend this to anyone who has taste buds. If they can't get pop to taste good, I can't really expect much from the beer they intend to brew soon. We don't need the cheapest prices. We need quality products made at a fair price, which is what the other local breweries are already doing. If you are looking for cheap product and don't really care how it tastes, this is definitely the place for you.

Last sunday I visited Minhas Sask and redeem the Reopening $16 Coupon . They Gave Really, really good beer! The staff is really approachable with a great knowledge of their product and also Minhas have great products at a great price. I'm waiting for My favorite Rumba. I really tried to like this company. Bought a number of bottles of wine, but turns out one had a leak. Called several times, but the company hasn't presented a solution. Fail Update. Opened another bottle. But needed to use pliers on the cap. And still no callback...

Minhas Regina has the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have only used their service twice. The first time the delivery took over 5 hrs from the time the order was placed . I decided to give Minhas a second chance and placed an order again today at 11 a.m. At about 4 pm I called Minhas to complain that I had not received my order, and was told someone would call me back. That never happened! My delivery finally arrived at about 5:20 pm, almost 6 1/2 hours after placing the order. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! First and last time going here. The store front is small and over stocked making it difficult to walk around. Staff we OK but not super helpful. The biggest problem is they do not accept CASH ... that's right our Canadian Bill's are no good here. So if you have cash in your wallet, like I always do save your time and don't go here. The excuse I received was because there isnt a bank close and they are open late so it is a safety concern. Really ... Robin's Mr Sub, Tempo are all close and they take cash. So they lost a 1 time customer today, so if you pay cash make the drive to Last Mountain Distillery they take cash.

If you're looking for quality spirit or beer, this is not the place for you. All the spirits are "flavoured" and the beer has just enough flavour to be called beer, reminiscent of American style beers. The tequila was a whole different story. No tequila (agave) flavour what so ever, pretty sure it was cut with furniture polish. The mixed drinks are much better and the price is pretty good for the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the shop itself is nice. You get what you pay for.

I was not impressed with my purchases...margarita, caesar and another mix. They were very sweet and did not taste like the drinks I know, and not even close!. They tasted like overly sweet low quality knockoffs with a rough, cheap edge to them. Obviously I'll never buy anything from Minas again. Horrid stuff. I poured my bottles down the sink and it hasn't clogged since. I had high hopes and wanted to support Saskatchewan made products but I'm over it for this business...also recently discovered that this business supposedly passes off products made elsewhere as their own...if true, that tells you everything you need to know right there. Zero stars!

Just went for a tour of the facility and was able to sample many of their "different" alcohols. Based on their tour they bring in their "neutral grain spirit" from somewhere they could not tell me, and I asked if it was from Sask and they "weren't at liberty to tell me". All of their products are just flavoured and coloured grain alcohol. Even their fortified wine is wine they ship in and then mix with their neutral grain spirits. The tour guide and employees were nice and let us try everything but it is definitely not "premium" like they mention every five minutes. Ten times distilled does not mean it is the same quality as grey goose. Worth a visit, but look carefully at everything you're buying. It's all the same, just with different flavourings. "Whiskey Flavoured", "Absenth Flavoured". They had beers on tap but they were all from District Brewry and one from Saskatoon I can't remember. Was told they would be firing up their beer production after the labour day weekend. Based on the product alone it is one star because of the misleading information they are providing about their "different alcohols" but the employees are nice and friendly. So it gets an extra star. For the price, it was worth the laugh.

This is place has a friendly environment and good people working there. Their spirits are reasonably priced and are at a standard quality. I have bought 4 growlers and have never been miss lead into thinking they brewed the beer themselves. In fact when I asked if they made the beer, I was told they bring it in from another source.

My husband & I was at Moose Jaw farmers market this past Saturday July.24. We stopped to sample Minhas at their booth & perhaps purchase some, but the girl, who’s name I specifically asked for because of her demeanour- Savanna, was impatient, uptight, not into her job, & just down right Rude - she had poor customer service & made a bad impression for the brewery! The few samples we did try were fine & the product is good, but the girl they have representing them was horrible. They need to select their staff better if they are supposed to be the face of the company!!!!????

Minhas is a locally owned distillery with a very knowledgeable connoisseur named Peter. Peter is very personable and explained the products with much elegance. We love to go back and learn more from Peter and explore the products that Minhas has to offer. I recommend Minhas to all Saskatchewan residents and I suggest talking to Peter to complete the experience.

Have been trying to book a wine tour that I bought on Groupon for the past 5 months. Get the same answer over and over again that they are not ready yet. Why sell tickets for a tour when you aren't even available to book yet? Edit 11/1/2019 - Called again to try to book, again said to try in a couple weeks. What a joke.

I relocated from Calgary to Regina in the Spring 2021. One of the many things that I have learned to appreciate about Regina is it's vibrant craft beverage alcohol and beer community. I always enjoy my visits to Minhas Sask. in Regina. They have a wide selection of uniquely crafted beverages to taste and purchase. The service is always excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoy to free popcorn and the opportunity to "spin the wheel" and win some great prizes with my purchases. I am planning a trip over today to pick-up some "Tipsy Cider". Can't wait to try this new product. I am sure it will be delicious. Keep up the great work Minhas Sask.

Terrible Customer Service! Won a Facebook contest April 29th, nowhere did it say you only had so much time to come in and claim your prize. It was suppose to be a prize valued at $16 when I was finally able to go in (life gets busy) I was met with attitude from the girl at the counter and finally thrown 4 bottles of pop valued @ $6.99 When I asked why I wouldn’t get something worth the $16 as awarded she said I was lucky to get anything at all. In the future I would suggest if you have a contest and award a prize you honour it unless you specifically state the amount of time someone has to come in to claim said prize. I probably would have stuck around and spent some money here, tried something different but instead I won’t be shopping here nor will I recommend anyone else do so. The experience with the girl at the counter was brutal.

Bought the craft beer gift pack at the Regina store for a party as we all wanted to try the dill pickle, radler and raspbier flavours. Opened the case and we got regular beer in the craft beer box. Boo Minhas for bait and switch. First time trying Minhas and might be the last. Make sure and check the contents before you leave or you will be disappointed.

As someone who drinks very casually (especially with hard liquor), I will gladly purchase spirits here. The beer, however...well, you be the judge. See some pros and cons below: 1. Price 2. Selection 3. Daily free tastings 4. Tour is cost effective and a decent value Cons: 1. The tour was quite informal and, because it occurred during operating hours, it was loud and cramped. Probably tough to avoid (understandably) but still relevant. This limited the ability to ask questions and understand the process. 2. Minhas may be better served by marketing their product as a high value (which it is) opposed to high quality. Spirits all have the same base and are then flavoured and distilled to mirror comparables. 3. Not enough smiles :) That said...if your priority is to have a few bevies and enjoy your evening? Don't purchase your bottle anywhere else.

Customer service has went down since moving into their new store. I tried browsing to pick out a new flavor and was rudely rushed out of the store. I had to ask about getting points for my rewards. Before I could finish my sentence or finish looking at the product, the lady at the till rang me through and cut me off. I didn't leave with what I wanted, not because it was sold out but because how the staff rushed me, and their was nobody behind me. Okay, so I gave them the benefit of doubt and went back, samething happened again. Different lady, but rushed, no rewards, and cut off at the till. How would you decide what you want, if your not even allowed to choose something. I'd go somewhere else.

Went in with a decent idea of what I wanted, but wanted to take my time with the selection. Staff was very eager to help me out and make sure I got samples of what I was interested in, but not in a pushy way. Once I told them I was good on samples but wanted time to view the full selection I was left alone until I was ready which I really appreciate. Once I had made my decision (got a few extras because the selection was vast and great) they had me spin a prize wheel! I won some mix and am currently drinking some of my selection and prize. All around a great trip, and far more helpful than a trip to Sobeys or the LB (not to mention much more cost effective)

I just choked down the hardest piece of pizza ever. I asked him how long was it under the heat lamp. He says about 45 minutes........Hahaha I'd say 4-1/2 hours. I'd drink the beer and spirits but don't think ever eat there again.......

I too noticed that 2 weeks ago this establishment had a rating of 1.4 stars and now hey have 3(ish) stars. Multiple 5 star reviews in the last week, some by people with the same last name, all giving 5 stars and the same generic key words. Minhas is not a local company, they do not follow the rules and regulations that all the other Sask Breweries and Distilleries are tirelessly following to create and distribute excellent products for our province. It is not worth saving a few bucks to get less than par products, and all you're doing is feeding their multi-million dollar (American) corporation.

Not a great place to work or purchase products, the recipes are being changed by the owner and has way to much sugar and artificial flavours to save 1$ razbier is not the same and is hard to drink more than a couple without getting a headache. Most stuff is not from sask it’s just a branding. Manager and brewmaster are awesome people though the owner doesn’t treat people as equals. I’d recommend trying somewhere else like a real sask brewery not one based out of Calgary. Also as a former employee I know 50% of the tips are taken from the owner so make sure to leave a cash tip because when being hired you are promised tips rather than being paid over minimum wage

Rude staff that treat customers openly different. Dress up/dress rich if you want mediocre customer service but average Joe's need not enter as they will be glared at, scoffed at, and greeted with absolute intolerance. Unbelievable that they claim to be a Canadian/local company when actually American, how very "local" of them. I bought a few different spirits dispite how absolutely repulsive the staff are and can safely say my house's drain pipes have never looked cleaner. Garbage products. Nothing I bought tasted as it was expected, very watery and stail harsh flavorings. I won't be returning due to poor product quality and the way I was treated by the staff. I want to support LOCAL businesses that have LOCAL product at a reasonable rate. I'm looking for that LOCAL hospitality.

Don't bother going for a tour of this place because they are not even in production. Went for the tour and was shown the equipment they will use and told that the brewery may be in production 5 months from now??? Samples we were given were from other Sask breweries but they would not even tell us where they were from. Quality of the beer they were serving was very mediocre. The tour was to include 4 bottles of beer to take home.....we were given 3 small bottles (about 200ml that were hand filled and labelled with a white label and black marker) of beer from who knows where??? How can they charge for tours like this??? Extremely disappointed.

Had someone from here message me asking for more information on Facebook sent them a response. After a day without a reply a simply sent them another message for a update. When I went to see if it has been seen or not i realized i had been blocked on Facebook from them.... why would you contact me In the first place and i replied just to block me??? I plan on never going back there especially after this and getting sick off of the ceaser mix. Beyond disappointed with this at this point Extremely disappointing with my experience lastnight. I understand that with everything going on right now that people are a little stressed but there is no need to be this rude! When we first got there we got screamed at to use hand sanitizer before entering the building (I understand the hand sanitizer thing but no need to be screaming at us). They never even really gave us a chance to see what they had available, literally rushed us right out the doors! When we went to pay the person who was working there was beyond rude. I dont mind turning the bottle around so you can get the barcode and not touch it yourself but theres no need to be taking such a disrespectful tone with us. We did not do anything wrong and did what you asked. Once we paid they literally threw the bag at us and hurried us out.... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Supported Minhas for years but won’t be any longer. Besides going in store countless times, only to discover our favourite beverages always seemed to be sold out, our last experience with them was the final straw. Have ordered online delivery multiple times this year and never had any issues. This last time, we had to call every day asking where our order was. Finally it was delivered nearly a week later with half the product we ordered missing. When we called, surprise surprise, they were all sold out once again. No one called or emailed to inform us half our order would be missing or to expect delays. Poor customer service. Worth spending the extra money elsewhere to not have to deal with these problems.

We had such a great time at the grand opening of the Regina location. As residents of Saskatchewan, we are thrilled to see this one-of-kind facility open up here. The owner (Moni) was quite friendly & answered all mine & my husbands’ questions. His passion for this project was clearly evident in his enthusiasm. I ordered some vodka online for delivery and got no confirmation about the time it would be delivered, so I called later the following day, I call head office in Regina and she transfers me to the warehouse where no one answered so I call the warehouse number and finally someone answers, and the guy tells me that they don't have any vodka in Thier store so they need to cancel my order, so I tried to chat with them online, tried an email, tried customer service, and it took me to call them to find out that they were canceling my order, super bad customer service and in general experience, but they are very quick to take your money that part was fast and efficient, I will go out of my way to not reccomend this place.

My husband and I came in for their taste testing they held on February 16 and with all the hype going around about it we were a little disappointed when we walked in and saw all the Minhaus family playing on their electronics. Not once did one get up to greet anyone or thank them for coming into their store. On a positive note, the prices are very good and great flavors. However I don't think i would make a special trip there because of the experience.
