10 years ago I bought my first wine kit at Valentines. At the time they were helpful and encouraging. It was a coincidence then when my son started attending classes at the karate school. I arrived early to pick him up, and was excited to have a few minutes to do some Christmas shopping in this store for my husband while I waited for my son to finish his lessons. I parked, nursed my baby then went to the front door where I was met by a woman who gave me hell for parking in front of her store. I explained I was feeding my baby before going in and she began to complain about the karate school. I mentioned my son goes there as well. She then blocked me from entering the store, told me she didn't carry what I needed and turned me away. I have never been treated like this at any establishment. I was treated rudely even after explaining that I was parked there because I was feeding my child before entering and I had every intention of purchasing from her store. I will never purchase from this store and when I told her as much she told me she didn't mind at all.
