Very expensive, not very helpful or informative. As a first time wine maker I was sold the worst corks (long instead of short and dried out). Their wine bottle racks are 10 times the price of what I bought mine for. I will never go back to Fine Vine. Valentine's is a WAY better store with better pricing and customer service.

The lady who was there was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed. Told me to call if I has any more questions. They also offer a service where they will make the wine kit for you and you go in and bottle it for a beyond reasonable price.
