Great selection of wine and liquor. I don't seeing any other BC liquor stores with this variety of wine and liquor. It is a new store and it is well laid out, great lighting, its bright and it looks like they have put some thoughts in lighting. Cold Zone was great, I was really impressed with their wine collection as well. Staff were helpful and seemed that they know what they were talking about. A bit of line up but cashiers were quick. Overall great experience.

Since the renovations, the store's space is huge, bright, and very well lit. It looks classy with the lighting styles and modern with tasting bars. The selection of liquors looks like it has been expanded a bit with new liquors I haven't seen at the West Van BC Liquor before and the selection of wine is vast, taking up probably half the store. The cold zone is wonderful addition to this store. I wish the beer selection was also bigger, .

This is a government liquor store. It's a good size. Generally most staff are helpful. They are slowly expanding their craft beer section but it's not the best selection in town. True to government liquor stores there is less chilled product than some cold beer and wine spots. No walk in cold area. I don't think most folks go to a government liquor store for that anyway. Their best attribute is that they are right beside the grocery store which is convenient. Their worst attribute is if you are buying a large quantity of booze for an event they are not accommodating. You would think if you are dropping a grand or four they would provide some extra assistance. The staff seems to consider it an inconvenience though. There is also no way to get larger amounts of alcohol to your vehicle. The tiny carts are too small for large amounts of booze. They have trolleys that would be perfect but they won't let you use them. When you ask how how they expect you move the alcohol they just shrug and say by hand. For our wedding we had to have a bunch of guests come to manually carry all the booze to the vehicles. Meanwhile the big trolleys sat in the the isles blocking our path and staff didn't help carry a single item.

For wine and and liquor selection, it's one of the better BC liquor stores. For beer, kinda surprised by lack of offerings but still has a decent selection. It's a newly renovated store and perhaps the largest in the area. Store has sections for standard liquor and wine along with tasting area, cold beer and hi end spirits that some the select stores carry. A good selection of wines, but was still missing some that private specialty stores carry. Decent selection of Chinese spirits and Japanese sake and whisky.

Since the renovation it seems they greatly expanded the selection of wine and liquor at the expense of beer choices. There was a handful of beers here that aren't normally in a BCLS, but overall it was very underwhelming, especially considering the size of the store. What a waste. I'll be sticking with The Rusty Gull beer store at Park & Tillford, they have a much better selection of beer.

Wow it is might be the nicest BC liquor store ever. A dedicated tasting bar (operates for a few hours each afternoon), and a locked glass case with a bottle of booze for $7k. Huge wide open space where the we spotted a well to do couple pushing a cart full of liquor ... Maybe for a party. Anyway, the usual BC stores are okay but this wide selection of craft beers (not usual in these gov't stores) and wines was beautifully merchandised, like art. Lots of sales too. Only complaint is that no staff member said hi, not even the grumpy looking security guard for goodness sakes, and we must have been there 20 min -- which was pretty stuck up. Lots of cashiers so the wait was minimal.

Requesting a search of specific bottles is a breeze. They have special ordered and or located the good stuff provincially for me numerous times. The parking can be a bit of gong show, but is ample. Bourbon section needs more expansion :) . All in all it's the place to go for booze.

The Signature Liquor Store at Park Royal North is bright, very expansive, well-appointed and absolutely brimming with Specialty Spirits, Wine, Beer and Liqueurs from the four corners of the globe. Located off the ground floor atrium at Main Entrance of Park Royal North--opposite The Gap & Steve Nash Fitness Club--with ample parking in front, and above in the parkade (accessible by escalator) it's highly unlikely that whatever you seek in the way of libations will elude you here. If you lack direction or inspiration, the expert staff will cheerfully guide you on your quest. During this unusually gloomy Christmas - Holiday Season of Covid-19 restrictions, where so much has been severely dialed back, this place is truly overflowing with a bright and endless array of specially-packaged limited seasonal product. If specialty libations figure on your list for Christmas - Holiday or whatever occasion, this is *The Destination* on the Northshore bar none.

This is a new large store that looks like it would have a large selection. The selection is not that great. The people working here are not that friendly. On a recent visit 16th November to buy a bottle of wine, the people working here did not like me doing research on my phone. All I was doing was looking up a wine on the internet. Employee asked if I need help, I said no. He walked away then another employee came, maybe it was a manager, not sure. They kept harassing me. I was a customer and they made me feel un- welcome here. I gave up trying to buy a wine and walked out and went to their competition. This happens because this is a government owned store and the government don't care about customer service.

An awesome store and from what I understand it is the flagship retail store in province of British Columbia and is clearly the largest. Their annual and seasonal events offer vast selections of virtually every corner of the planet. Their tastings bar allows you to improve your palette whilst ensuring what you are buying pairs well with what you have planned for dinner. The sommelier is definately on his game and loves a challenge chasing down our desire for exotic wines, and spirits. Keep up the good work!

Was keeping my friend company as he needed to buy 2 items. Was asked for my ID. both of us started laughing, and said to my friend "its cause i'm brown". Employees of course don't like that, but I don't see them asking the 6 year old girl whom was with her mother for two pieces of ID. It may, or may not "be the law", but its not enforced (according to my friend), especially on christmas eve rush hour.

OMG, this is the best liquor store in Greater Vancouver. No, seriously. If that don't have it, it probably doesn't exist. From rare rum to baiju from China, scotch and whiskies from India, Taiwan and Japan, to an excellent selection of BCVQA wines... This place has it all!

Really good speedy service. Lots of selections to choose from (and includes cold zone; an entire back wall dedicated to chilled beverages). From the cheapest to the most unique, expensive, and exclusive selection of bottles. Lots of free 15 min parking outside with trollies to use if you’re deciding on buying in bulk. Prices are flat-rate all across as they are government owned (and not private/independent) so no crazy mark-ups. Note: the only reason I see to shop at an independent store is because they are open till 11pm. I hope my review helps.

Went to buy a last minute gift for a wine connoisseur ,I know minimal about fine wine. The lady who helped me was great(Mogjan)! knowledgeable and friendly,she took the time to explain different brands ,even thought it was super busy. Great service and the best collection I have seen. I live in North Vancouver but decided to come back there for shopping as a regular customer.

I always have such an awesome experience coming into this store that seems to have the largest selection of craft beers out of any BCL locations I've been to, even Signature ones. I've always been a craft beer drinker forever, and have a real affinity for seeking out the most unique and unordinary beers out there. What has made it a lasting experience was meeting Sebastian, who handles Ops Management/ordering of all the craft beers year round. I always enjoyed talking to such a beer passionate person. He'll always give recommendations and enjoys talking about all the beers that he orders in. The best thing about craft beer is how they change seasonally, year round. Back in October, the very appropriate "Pumpkin Spice Latte Ale" was probably the highlight for me of the October beers he ordered. Then around Christmas, I was there often trying to pick up all the seasonal Christmas beers. "Nanaimo Bar Porter" (yes, it was actually called that!), Cranberry Ale, "Sleigh Booster IPA" are just a few to name. Good luck trying to find such unique/commodity beers anywhere else out there, even less likely in pubs or restaurants. Part of a memorable shopping experience to me is returning to see constantly changing product. Looking forward to seeing what to pick up next!

This store in on the north side of Park Royal. It is a very large and modern store with a wider selection of beverages than many other stores. It had a wide selection of sake bottles including some sparkling sakes and a selection of special Chinese liqueurs. The staff is very helpful and their help desk is staffed with knowledgeable employees who can provide sound advice.
