Christmas dinner 2019 was a complete disaster sadly. Trying to cram too many people in, too few staff to cope with the numbers. We had a 6:00 reservation and didn't get seated until 6:30. The buffet line and the folks waiting to be seated kept getting tangled up and people were confused. The food was mediocre, turkey in shreds, worst tasting stuffing. There were no potatoes, only dregs of turkey and about 1/4" of congealed gravy at the buffet when we went up. No one was stationed there to keep an eye on quantities and ensure replacement trays were delivered. We stood for nearly 8 minutes and still no potatoes arrived and no one from the staff checked in. We gave up and did without. Same when we went up for dessert, only crusty dregs of the apple crisp were left and we never did see another delivered. A $70 meal, with wine, that was a complete waste of money and utterly disappointing. We ate there 3 years ago and had a terrific meal so were looking forward again. What a complete let down.
