My husband and I found this gem of a distillery in Peterborough today. Met the owner Bruce and had a tour of the vats and barrels. Wonderful experience! Enjoyed a few "tasters" and great prices! Loved the Coconut Rum liquor. Bottled with slivers of real coconut adding to this rum's unique flavour. Their 29% Sour Cherry brought back memories of Sintra, Portugal. Definitely returning with friends for their Vodka!

I bought one of their milk drinks from their factory store and wasn't happy to find myself consuming more then just milk. i shake up the bottle before drinking; since it's a milk product and upon drinking it, i get these chunky textures in my mouth. As i look inside i can see brown like specs floating around. i would suggest using a screen to prevent other material or critter from being added to the product!! be cautious when drinking this milk beverage...
