This is by far the best restaurant we experienced in Percé! The atmosphere was very modern and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were able to accommodate us at the bar, as they were fully booked with reservations. We ordered the shrimp cocktail which came with a house-made dipping sauce that was so good I could eat it with a spoon! We also ordered the seafood pizza, and it was pure perfection! The sauce, the crust, and of course the seafood toppings were just to die for! Our only regret is that we discovered this restaurant on our last night in town rather than our first!

Nous avons retourné les 2 assiettes et nous avons du attendre un autre 45 minutes pour recevoir les nouvelles et encore là les viandes n'avaient pas la bonne cuissons et le homard "à la canjun" était finalement non assaisonné, mais seulement au beurre à l'ail.

The 3 stars are given because we waited soooooo much to get served. First we were seated at one table and no one came to see us for 20 minutes, waiters passing by and not every looking at us. Then, my bf got frustrated and we managed to go sit inside at the bar. Thankfully, at the bar, we were served by the bartender that was very attentive. The food was delicious but again, it took forever to have it. The drinks were yummy and so was the wine. Please, please improve your service by training the staff to be more active and attentive to the clients. Only the bartender was quick and fast in serving everyone on time, the waiters were taking their time. Because of that I didn't go back but I would've liked to because the food was yummy.

So the short of it is this is the best dining experience you'll have in Percé. Very nice plating presentation and taste is great. Seafood is fresh the only criticism I would say here is why such small scallops and shrimps?? At those prices I was expecting at least large shrimps and scallops they were quite tiny considering we are ocean side. But again very tasty we each had the surf and turf and the filet Mignon was cooked perfectly and seasoned very nicely and we shared the scallops as an appetizer. Even the kids enjoyed the pizza and gnocchi. The beers were also excellent AuVal on tap.

Atmosphere was okay and the meals were tasty… execution and service was awful though. Poutine de la mer was good but barely warm. Surf & turf had the smallest portion of lobster I’ve ever seen, and more or less unseasoned. Gravy was good, but definitely not worth it for the plate. Server forgot to punch our order initially and we waited 2+ hours for our food, having to harass a waiter in order to get our orders in. Even still it took another hour until it arrived. Not to mention we had to fight to get any service. I’ve worked 8+ years in the service industry, and while the food was ostensibly alright it was one of the worst services I’ve ever had.

Plat de flétan bien, purée de pois vert très bonne, beurre blanc à la mélisse original mais jamais à 34$! Accras de fruits de mer avec beaucoup de pâte à beignet à l'intérieur, peu de poisson pour des accras à 4$ chacun. Pizza prosciutto. Quand le prosciutto est de qualité moyenne vaudrait mieux le cuire (rôtir) avec la pizza que le mettre a cru dessus et qu'il roule dans la bouche (28$!!!); la pâte et la sauce OK. Feuilleté d'escargots très bien. Tataki de boeuf pas mal mais déposé sur une verdure l'ensemble manquait de saveur particulière. Carte des vins bizarre. Vin Vino Lauria peu d'acidité, peu de tannins, pas agréable. Je suis amateur de vin et j'ai failli prendre une bière...

Nous avons mangé le feuilleté d’escargot et les accras, tout simplement parfait! En repas, nous avons mangé les gnoccis et le tataki. Le tataki etait incroyable, tendre et bien salé. Par contre les gnoccis n’étaient pas très aériens et la sauce manquait de sel mais puisque le reste était parfait ce n’était vraiment pas grave! On a terminé avec une panna cotta à l’argousier, frais et delicieux! Le service etait excellent (qui incluait le service du vin tout au long du souper ce qui est assez rare durant la haute saison) Merci la buvette!
