You may have noticed that it has an average rating is quite positive, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the assessment is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to give their feddback when they've done well with the service, it works.

Taste testing courteous Informative
Amazing tasting today, it was busy but Lorie was great. Lots of information on the winery and the wines. Had a late lunch as well. The tapas were very tasty, loved the clams.
This was the third great dining experience we have had here. Their tapas beats anything I have had in Vancouver. This is a must for every trip to the region
I have never been profiled so quickly. Standing in the lobby seeing if there was space open for tasting and being actively told to step outside and make a reservation online with they checked availability for our dinner. The wine was mediocre at best and the staff was unable to answer questions about oaking, time in bottle, or general tasting notes. To have say constabtly that the wine will taste better with food is not a good sell. But the ultimate issue was that the tasting costs were not refunded upon purchase, while every other winery on the bench refunds. Overall I do not recommend. I believe that the spirit of wine country is to be inviting for everyone, and this was not it.
Kate was so much fun. And the wine was Devine.
Today we had a fun tasting with Bonnie. Very informative and lovely wines! Then we had a wonderful lunch at The Kitchen with great tapas. Thanks Kimberly! Enjoy your time off and we'll be back next season ❤
Great wines but what makes it extra special is that the nicest people run this place.
Enjoyed both the wines and tapas.
The wine was Fabulous very well paired with the food that Abul made. We will be back very soon. Amazingly good wine.
I went for lunch, and it was fantastic. It was a cool day and they had heat lamps on their outdoor deck, overlooking vineyard and lake. Totally comfortable. We ordered tapas and wine, and it was as good as anything you could find in Europe. SPICY prawns in Peri Peri sauce, bright wines.
Excellent food! The wine is fantastic and I really appreciated the commitment to the quality of vine to bottle. The owner does all the oversight of the process. This is a quality experience! There is a true heritage here. You won't be disappointed!
Great food at their tapas restaurant. The Mac and Cheese dish was great. Well priced for the food and view.
We had a wonderful experience at the new Misconduct winery. The staff was really knowledgeable and I was impressed when Kailene was professional even when she served more than one group at a time. It was a busy BC day when we visited and everyone was enjoying themselves. My favorite wine is The Groove. We are looking forward to having lunch there when we visit again. Karen and Doug Thomson
10$ tasting fee, that is not waved with purchase, but only waved if you are a member of their wine club? Bizarre and unusual for Naramata. Thoroughly mediocre wine, at very above average prices, and staff that made no mention of tasting fees not waved with purchase. Many wines are available to purchase only to wine club members. Add in actively unhelpful staff, and you have the least enjoyable experience on the bench. There are better experiences available across the street. Did not eat food, so I cannot comment on the quality of that
Amazing tapas and great wine. Service was excellent too. Mac and cheese was the best we've ever had and the calamari is a must have. Would recommend to anyone who's in the area and looking for flavourful food, friendly service, beautiful views and great wine!
What a rip off. We came here for Easter weekend and visited a few winery's in the area and this is the first place that did not allow free tastings if you purchased wine. They claimed we were receiving a "flight" but it was barely a sip of wine, 5 wines for $10 thats not even a 6 ounce glass of wine. We bought 2 bottles after and were charged $100 for 2 people (the wine was not more than $33 a bottle). Do not come here. Honestly it is not worth it. It is highly over priced for mediocre wine.
Excellent tapas. Prawns, cerviche, Calamari.
We visited the winery for a tasting and meal in The Kitchen. The wines were very good and the food in the restaurant excellent and otherwise would be worthy of 5 stars, but we didnt feel that they are taking the safety of their guests in the time of Covid seriously enough. Unlike the 7 other wineries we’ve visited in the past few days where we felt very safe, at Da Silva there was little distance between the person pouring wines and the guests and yet no acrylic shield or even masks or gloves. In the restaurant, the servers were not wearing masks yet approaching closely. The same servers were removing dirty dishes from tables and then serving food to other tables, yet no gloves on when doing either task, so potentially spreading infection from one table’s used plates and utensils to another’s fresh ones. The management should visit other wineries and finer restaurants to see how others are doing it and making their guests feel safer than here.
Great wine. Nice staff.
It was okay.....did have a hard time hearing the girl speak....there was a couple of other converations going on around us that were a bit louder than her voice......
Nice family run business. Tapas was decent, chef seems very particular the way he prepares his orders. Staff is friendly and wine was good.
One of our favourite wine stops in Naramata, easy access from Penticton and lots of parking. THE WINES! Yes the wines, always full flavoured, well balanced and consistent, best Malbec in the Valley, and the Muscat and Pinot Noir we always buy a case. This is a winery that really showcases and celebrates 'wines of place' and for that I highly recommend them.
Fantastic winery, staff are very welcoming and the wine is great. If you like merlot this is my favourite - black label 2012 Merlot. We will be back as the tapas where delicious loved the walnut & chickpea spread aswell as the chicken& pork pate. Thanks for letting us park - Julie and Jason
Wow, food at the bistro is impeccable. We've eaten a lot in the okanagan and this place is one of the best. The flavours are out of this world. Do yourself a favour and get two orders of the piri piri shrimp AND a frozen wine drink.
My wife and I love the Pinot Noir here, and were thrilled to make a return trip this year. The wine is as good as ever, and though there was a bit of a hiccup in getting some wine shipped out to us, our concerns were addressed more than fairly. We look forward to our next visit.
Da Silva has offered a consistently professional and curated experience. My partner and I have been a few times and consistently had an absolutely fantastic time in their tasting room. Their staff are passionate and knowledgeable and the wines are outstanding! Highly recommend the Pinot Noir and the Syrah. We will 100% will be back!
We were told by friends to try DaSilva......... and OMG!!! it was the best time ever! The wine was AMAZING food AMAZING every one was friendly very pleasant. We will be back soon...... very soon!
First time in Naramata and to DaSilva Kitchen for dinner. Came highly recommended. Wine and food were very good...a really nice space & ambiance. It was unfortunate that we had a unfriendly server. More or less made the experience a negative. :(
Da Silva is one of my favourite wineries on the Bench. Stellar wines from a family that has been doing this for a long time. I live on the bench and this is one winery I am sure to visit every season. I also recommend friends visit Da Silva when they are in the area. The tasting room is very nice with incredible views. Also, be sure to check out The Kitchen. Chef Abul Adame is a world class talent.
The food was and excellent mix or Portuguese and Mexican and the house red was fabulous. We were only ion the patio for lunch not a wine tasting.
The decore, wine and service were fine. The calimary was over cooked, rubbery and included a hair grose! The DJ sadwitch was swimming in sause had to eat it with a knife and fork and the baget was not fresh. We did also have the seared tuna that was good. Expected a lot more from a place with this price point.
Delicious food, nice and cozy ambience, welcoming and wonderful service!!!
Poor service.
Really friendly service. Knowledgeable and efficient.
Absolutely delicious wines! Great for gift giving as well!!
Awesome wines, didn't try the food
Tasting fee ($10) and volumes were out of line with standards at other wineries. Restaurant was slow to being menus, take orders, and serve food even with minimal visitors. One staff member in the restaurant refused to give food menus to guests or take food orders from multiple tables because it broke some sort of God given order of operations. Service was easily the worst I've experienced at any restaurant in the past year from this one waitress. Wine was quite good for the tiny drop we could taste, but it was difficult to enjoy with that type of experience.
(Translated) Very warm welcome at a restaurant "The Kitchen" serving excellent tapas. Definitely to visit. (Original) Très bel accueil un un resto "The Kitchen" servant d'excellents tapas. Définitivement à visiter.
Add Da Silva Vineyards and Winery to your itinerary. Hands down the best wine available and the food is exceptional! You are made to feel like your part of the wine world and Richard's knowledge of wine keeps you wanting to learn more. The food was absolutely amazing! Abul has such a talent with infusions and pairing! My standards have been raised! Ladies, thankyou for the exceptional service!
This is winery is a MUST! These wines are top shelf, and typically sold to high end resorts and restaurants. We bought bought 6 bottles and 3 cases of their newly launched boxed wines without even blinking. We stopped in last minute and met Richard DaSilva the owner and his lovely wife and they spent a better part of an hour sharing the history of the winery and their passion for make stunning wines. The views are picturesque and the restaurant is apparently amazing although we didn’t make it there this time. But we’ll definitely be back.
One of the best winery in the area. Great service and incredible delicious food prepared by the talented Mexican chef. It is worth it. You must go.
I love the wines at this winery. Worst part is having to choose which ones to buy because they are all amazing!! Was here last August for a tasting and really enjoyed everything we tasted. Didn’t buy as much as I wanted because they were the first stop on our trip and I didn’t want to go too crazy but of the 5 wineries we visited, they were by far my favourite wines. Regretted not buying more ! Hope to visit again this summer if we are able.
Excellent wines, food ,service and beautiful view..
I take my out of town guests here all the time and they rave about the wines and service. Those lucky enough to eat at the Kitchen are rewarded with a unique and delicious experience. DaSilva is a MUST visit on the Naramata Bench.
Fabulous time. Full line to sample. Wine pourer was well informed and handled a full house with poise and humor.
Extremely good wine, food, service & setting, could not ask for more
Amazing wine and impecable service by wine experts.
Great wine and great customer service. The food was amazing, would easily go again. Would recommend to family and friends.
Im not a wine drinker but my friends are, the wine was real good. Food was fantastic. Good job Da Silva...... you have made me a wine drinker!
Umm
Excellent fresh Portuguese tapas with a Mexican flare served in a very picturesque setting on the road to Naramata.
Highly recommend the Chenin Blanc Voignier, it tastes fantastic because it has so many subtle and interesting flavours! Love it!
It was okay.....did have a hard time hearing the girl speak....there was a couple of other converations going on around us that were a bit louder than her voice......
This was the third great dining experience we have had here. Their tapas beats anything I have had in Vancouver. This is a must for every trip to the region
Gorgeous location and view. Sweet, lovely people. Great wine!
Always love their wines! Everyone is super friendly and the owners are always around and they are so wonderful to chat with. Their dogs are pretty amazing too ????The Kitchen is to die for. Grilled Caesar salad and the pork belly dishes are always on my order. a must visit!!????????
This is a beautiful small winery which was our first stop on the Naramata Bench. We paid for a tasting but were very surprised and disappointed that the tasting fee is not redeemable by purchase as most wineries. We also felt that we couldn't make a purchase because the tasting portions were so small that we didn't really get the chance to properly taste the wines. We would have spent much more money by purchasing a few bottles of wine if the tasting fee was redeemable and we had a proper tasting of the wine. We also felt very patronised for asking if we can bring kids to the restaurant - due to COVID's effect on profitability this is no longer an option. Overall it started off the day on a negative note for us which luckily was redeemed by the many friendly, flexible and customer oriented wineries on the bench!
We recently had the pleasure of dining at The Kitchen. We fortunately showed up a few minutes late so we were only offered the chef selection. This was one of our best dining experiences ever. The food was creative, original and so flavourful. The service was great. Kimberly was kind, honest and very sweet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional food. Amazing.
$10 tasting per person and only waived if you buy 1 bottle per person. In addition you can only enjoy their patio if you buy wine by the glass. For people more focussed on experience and maybe price conscience I highly recommend places like ruby blue or origin. Da Silva was easily our least favourite.
We had a great time and the restaurant was amazing! The food was delicious and the wine was superb. We will for sure be visiting again
Great staff, very warm friendly and informative.
Not my favourite place on the bench.
Honestly, if you're lucky enough to get a reservation at the winery's restaurant (The Kitchen), your meal will be an experience you won't forget. We asked that the Chef select our tapas. What a feast it was. Very much enjoyed our wine flights, and ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home.
The wine is lovely! If you aren’t adventurous with food (like me), this restaurant is not for you. So for me, the wine is 5/5 but the restaurant wasn’t my style of food however, the people I was with said the tapas was great. It was clean and the servers were very kind!
Loooove da Silva! Amazing staff, beautiful tasting lounge abs fabulous Malbec!
Fabulous restaurant
A hidden gem on the Naramata Bench that I only wish I had visited sooner. When looking for a stop on the way to Osoyoos to celebrate a good friend's 40th, we landed on Da Silva Vineyards and the Kitchen. We were warmly welcomed and treated like queens for our lunch on the patio. I had mentioned the birthday milestone when making reservations, and they kept our guest of honor occupied at the tasting bar while we quickly decorated the table. Unfamiliar with the menu, the chef and owner made recommendations and I'm so glad we trusted them to choose for us. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we actually cancelled our next stop so that we could stay longer. A must stop if you are touring in the area. Some great finds in the wine shop, took home a sweet picnic basket as a souvenir. We will be back!
My husband and I spend a weekend away in the Okanagan every year and Da Silva is always on the top of the list. We had our wedding party lunch there 6 years ago and have gone back ever since. Amazing food, terrific wines, sweetest dogs and wonderful people. Highly recommend
Amazing staff and exceptional wine!
We had a wonderful experience at the new Misconduct winery. The staff was really knowledgeable and I was impressed when Kailene was professional even when she served more than one group at a time. It was a busy BC day when we visited and …
Da Silva winery was our first stop in the Okanagan. We were greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff..and that was the beginning of an amazing experience. We booked a reservation for lunch and recommend because there was a wait and after having one of the best meals we understand why. It was paired with exceptional wine and we of course left with 8 bottles after promising ourselves a 3 bottle limit...so good! The whole experience was wonderful! We are heading back up to the Okanagan and have already made our reservation for another unforgettable day at Da Silva. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!
First off, I would like to point out the positives of my visit at Da Silva winery. The atmosphere was great, the view absolutely stunning. The food was made with love and character, and paired nicely with the wine. However, we found a hair in our first plate of olives. The waitress appolagized and being if the another plate ten minutes later. After a couple more items, we received the duck (she told us it had just been made) and halfway through, I noticed another long hair in the food. We politely complained again, and were told we were being rude. At the end of our visit, we were charged in full, they attempted to charge us for an item which we did not receive, and were asked not close me back on account of us complaining about the hair. To say I am appalled at the level of service we received would be an understatement. I am embarrassed to have been here, and would not recommend this winery to anybody.
The experience eating on the deck was phenomenal. Great food, amazing service, and a wonderful view. I can't wait to go back!
All of their tasting wines are great and had this little specialty about them! Compared to other wineries we visited it was one of the best. Definitely recommend stopping there!!
What a wonderful place own by a fantastic couple who love what they did and its reflected in the quality of their wine and their winery
Thought we’d check out the Kitchen at Da Silva today for lunch and we weren’t disappointed. Beautiful choice of tapas and delicious wines. So welcoming and friendly, definitely will be back again and I would definitely recommend to give them a try. Well done
Absolutely delicious wines! Great for gift giving as well!!
The food was much better than the wine
