Amazing, to say the least. This is my first time going to this location and I must say I had one fantastic experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door by a staff member. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Erroll Gee. I must say this guy's customer service is out standing. He's extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and clearly very well rounded in his craft. I walked in and was made of questions, to which they were answered by Erroll with pleasure. He is quite obviously great at what he does and it's clear he enjoys teaching his knowledge of the art. As a first-timer myself, he walked me, step by step, through everything that is going to be done with my wine. He also gave me a walk-through of the facility and the process of everything that is going to happen from start to finish. And than we started my first batch together. ( So Excited !!!) I am a first timer at wine making and I am very much looking forward to my first two batches. I purchased two batches of Enigma. One will be standard made and the other will be aged in oak for two weeks or so. I am really excited to try a side by side comparison of the same wine aged two separate ways. ( And will update my review upon completion ) I left this place feeling very good about my purchases and the education that was provided to me by Erroll. I highly recommend this location for all your in store and at home wine making needs. Hands down the best. See you in October :)

I recently went to winexpert and was greeted by the new owners - Lindsey and Brenda. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. They made my experience very pleasant. Oh and the wine is amazing too! I will definitely be returning to restock in the spring!

Making your own wine is a fun experience. The prices here are pretty good compared to other wine making places, and compared to buying bottles of wine at the store, this place knocks it out of the park as the cost ends up being around 5 bucks per bottle (give or take a dollar) for really nice, custom made wine. One issue is the store owners attitude. I am very unimpressed by his lack of preparedness and attitude when dealing with customers. He's nice at times but often presents as high energy in a pushy way, overwhelmed by the responsibilities of his job and expectations of customers. He needs to work on his manners and professionalism, or hire another employee who is a bit better at the job, before I'd recommend his store or return to make more wine. Furthermore, outside of the store is very icy in the winter. This may or may not be the store's responsibility to deal with; either way, if you visit in the winter be careful.

my issue is the corks they use ,are indeed old dry corks they are next to impossible to remove ,and break ,fighting to open a bottle of wine ,No thanks
