One star is to many! If you are looking for customer service look elsewhere! Having been browbeaten into purchasing one of the promotional wines against my better judgement by one employee, on attempting to get some satisfaction by delicately returning it during quiet hours, I was insulted by another employee. I'll spare you the details but head office may want to follow up, I live 4 blocks from a BC liquor store.

Incorrect interpretation of the liquor laws. I was refused service because my 18 year old was with me and we were discussing a gin drink she had while in Europe last summer. I was not purchasing alcohol for her. The very rude clerk refused to provide me service. They will never have my business again, there are many great options in the neighborhood to waste my time in this store. One star is too many. The wine selection is mediocre at best.

The sign says it’s open until 11 but it’s only open until 9. That’s my only qualm.

People here are just children trying to be adults. The manager got sent over because she wasn't cut out to handle the other locations.. that should say a lot about how the store is run. lol!

Great neighbourhood wine and spirits store. Friendly and professional service. The store manager is especially customer service oriented and always welcomes new product suggestions. I am only minutes from a government "premier" store but I do 90% of my buying at this store. It's all about the service.
