DO NOT STAY HERE, PLEASE. Do not let these money worshipping people ruin your holiday. If they are willing to charge you a 5 star rate then they shouldn't give you a hostel experience. Once they have your money upon arrival you will not see them again. Lots of wonderful places to stay in Whitehorse this is not one of them, take your money somewhere else. PLEASE. First time at b& b not what I expected, shared bathroom wasn't comfortable

Room was clean, comfortable and great value; but the real pleasure in staying at this B&B was the service provided by the owners. They were very accommodating and even provided a taxi service to the airport at 4am!

Good spot. Quiet. Lots of rules posted in the room though. "If you need to dust, ask us for a cleaning rag or we'll charge you 30 dollars for a new towel"... Why would I need to dust the room I pay you to keep clean? And "wash your dishes after breakfast" OK. I don't mind really. .. Just not the typical B and B I guess

Whatever you think this place is going to be like, it's worse. Firstly, it's more like a hostel/backpackers than an inn and you will be told over the phone when you arrive how to get in, your room number and most importantly to take you shoes off. We did not see the manager/owner at all and had to find everything for ourselves. There was NO hand sanitiser at the front door even though it was stated on the booking site (and we are at the PEAK of COVID right now). As you enter there is a distinctive smell of spices and cooking ingredients- and not in a pleasant "home cooking" kind of way. The smell carries through the vents to your room above; on one such day the stench of rotten fish was so overwhelming we had to go out for a few hours. If I'm paying to stay somewhere, I want it to smell fresh and clean. The front entrance was unclean and disorganised. We did not feel comfortable using the kitchen or touching anything outside our room due to the sightly dirt and other VERY UNWELL guests staying at the residence. Our room had no toilet roll holder and there was a cup collecting water under the toilet that we had to empty but eventually overflowed. You are greeted with an extensive list of guidelines and rules, including limited internet (3G a day no matter how many guests) and that you will be penalised for going over the limited- how charming! There are more rules than going on school camp as a kid. The "sound proof rooms" that they claim to have are far from that. We were woken multiple times throughout several nights by a neighbouring guest continually coughing and could hear them talking through the door. FYI they are not a B&B. Not worth your $$$. Go somewhere a little more expensive and get a much better experience.

Absolutely terrible. Overbooked, didn't care that I had a confirmed reservation, didn't even bother to apologize then tried to book me into the worst skid row motel in Whitehorse as an alternative.

Excellent accommodations—family style. Lots of hot water and washer-dryer available. Kitchen: clean, modern, accessible, and stocked for breakfast. Motorcycle friendly and easy walk to excellent restaurants and shopping. Helpful staff.

(Original) Bitte Lest euch die Beschreibung sehr gut durch bzw. Fragt beim Betreiber noch einmal nach, der er Zimmer ohne eigenes Bad anbietet, das ist aber nicht immer so klar in der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Zimmer sind Recht klein, das gemeischaftsbad war aber sehr Sauber. Man wird auch aufgefordert die Schuhe beim Betreten auszuziehen. Im Winter ist verständlich, aber nicht im Sommer bei 25grad und Sonnenschein.

Minimum service: We had requested by mail that a shuttle pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at midnight, no one, we had to call, the boss told us that there was no service so late, so we had to get by with taxis.
